They turn guests that would like to dine in away because they are too busy fulfilling to go orders. I’ve never been so baffled! It was hard not to laugh. How embarrassing for whoever gave them that direction.

They were out of Penne Rosa sauce, regular soda, and napkins when we ate there yesterday. I didn't ask any employees about the soda, but I can't drink diet beverages. All the 'available' tables were dirty. Please hire more staff to make sure your inventory is stocked and to clean the tables. Thanks!

Short staff so I was told to order online. That's fine but then I was charged extra for it.

Nothing fancy but not bad tasting. Pasta was cooked perfect and the pesto dish was flavorful.

Food was bland, stood in line for long time to order. Soda machine wasn't working properly.

It's sad they can't find anyone to work there. Foods always been good. Menu needs an update I think I had the same stroganoff in 2004

Very very slow place. Hopeful I get my lunch before my lunch break is over.

Without fail…they always forget something. I wouldn’t have noticed so much of it hadn’t literally been the last 10 times. They have a hard time sending out complete orders.

Great place, clean and not very crowded. Standard menu options but not a good choice if you are vegetarian and spicy food lovers.

Granted, I went at night 7pm but noodles were very dried out. Paid the same amount as if i was there any other time. They tried to put extra sauce on them which you usually don't get. Mac n cheese was a little dried out as well.

Very clean. Service was as good as restaurant table service. The cashier went above and beyond by bringing us our food and answering all the questions we had regarding ingredients.

Pretty decent for what it is. I would rate it as good as a fast food place can get but not good enough to be a restaurant. Food lacks flavor and all pre made sauces and noodles come from a box I'm sure.

Out of our 4 meals, they were out of something in all 4. We had to change our order for each of them. Then 2 of our meals were cold.

Food was cold and my husband food did not taste right. Will not buy for awhile. Had to order online store was close to dine in store and it was not even 7pm on a Saturday.

Had a good experience here, the food was amazing, the service was good. I initially had a mess up with my order but it was quickly corrected. When the food got to me you could tell it was fresh. It was delicious the tortellini here is super good. I will be sure to recommend this place to colleagues and I am 100% brining my business back here.

Didn't get to eat because it was take out only and we were looking for done in. I saw no reason the lobby couldn't be open other than the employees didn't was to clean tables.

I never leave bad reviews. Even if I'm not happy with my experience at a biz, I typically just let it go. But, the service at the Noodles in Oak Park Heights has been consistently terrible. I totally understand that restaurants have to deal with online and in-person orders. However, when you have a line of people waiting for 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement because you're too busy filling to go orders... that sucks. Either just be a to-go order place only or staff up. We've been to other Noodles and they do a great job. However, the Oak Park Heights location is terrible. Since we live here, we keep trying as we'd like to support the business. However, today we quit.

Usually it’s pretty good but was disappointed today. Today we ordered in store for take out and this was the ‘apple slices’ included with the kids meal ( they pick 2 of the following sides; applesauce, broccoli, apple slices, rice crispy bar). It was approx $25 for 2 kids meals and 1 adult meal.

Always a great place to eat. Now that the pandemic is over we always dine in.

Ordered Korean Noodles and Got Mac&Cheese instead. Not even close to what I ordered. Lost my appetite just left food in Lobby. This place needs to be shut down.

This location does not have the best food. The wait was ok, 10 minutes for our food. But the food itself was not good. The mac and cheese had no cheese sauce, and when we asked to get more when we got it, there was only runny cheese sauce with a water constancy. The soda was fine. Overal, Would not recommend.

Order here regularly and the food is consistently great. If you’re upset about them fulfilling online-only orders, maybe you should just place an order online.

Service was extremely slow and we were the only 2 people inside. Food was cold which seeing how its cooked to order is a tad surprising. Don't think I'll be returning .
