This was my first time at the salon and the experience was amazing! The environment was fun, friendly, soothing and customer focused. This place is also super pet friendly and will allow your dog in there. When you first walk in, they check you in and offer you something to drink. The neck and head massage was awesome! Karla was amazing, she was friendly and helped me pick my hair style. I will come back for my next haircut.

I have been a client at James Anthony for 17 years! I’ve had several stylists and currently I work with Lauren. She totally gets me! And I am so happy that now I can bring both of my sons with their lovely head of curly black hair. I love this place and have recommended so many people here. I won’t go anywhere else!

Karla did such an amazing job with my hair today! She made me feel very comfortable the entire process even though I was nervous to do a complete color change! She explained everything in detail and perfected everything that I wanted and more! I already have gotten so many compliments on my hair cut and color and it is barely the first session! Excited to continue my hair journey with her!

Claudia is the BEST. She thoroughly impressed me with her talent, professionalism and kind, fun nature. This is my second time here with Claudia and I always leave having the best afternoon with her - and fabulous hair. Have to mention Gabby who washed + toned and massaged in the Lather Room. She was incredible. Finally the girl at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name!) has been excellent both visits too. A little pricey but so worth it. Thank you ladies!

Leticia did a balayage and toner for me. Love the color! At first thought it was a little ashy color but just had to dry a little and the color is great. She is very knowledgeable with the balayage look and was very friendly. Would recommend! I went for a blonde balayage, so for anyone looking for someone who knows how to work with blondes and or bleaching your hair, she would be a great choice. *pics taken later by me so don’t mind the lack of styling :)

James Anthony Salon has talented hair artists and a friendly, relaxed environment. They offer a points system to earn discounts. The highlight is always getting your hair washed along with a head & neck massage in the "lather lounge" - it is amazing, I would recommend going in just for that!

Karla did a terrific job with my haircut and highlights. I had never dyed my hair to any extent before and had so many questions. Karla made sure I felt comfortable, knew what was going on at each stage of the process, and did a killer job with my highlights (she managed to get the exact colors I was looking for.) Highly recommend going to see Karla on your next visit!

This past Saturday, I had an appointment for a balayage and haircut. While Gabby is fantastic at cutting hair, my hair color is everything I said I did not want. The color does not match any of the inspiration images I shared, it is way lighter than I requested (which makes it worse when my natural hair is so dark), it's poorly blended, and it's brassy. While I appreciate the fact that Gabby took the time to go back in and tone down my hair, it's still completely wrong. Leaving the salon I felt completely defeated and I tried to work with what I was given. Within these past few days, it's been rough when family, friends, and coworkers have all noted that my hair is off (and not in a good way). While I appreciate the friendly staff and great haircuts, my balayage experience was completely awful. The loss of self-esteem is not worth the price or the practice the salon got on my hair. **Update to my review. I would like to thank the owners for reaching out to me to correct my hair color. Karla did an amazing job at color-correcting my hair to the dark natural look that I was going for. She was also a great listener and validated my concerns. It's been almost 2 weeks since my appointment and I am still getting compliments!
