This
past
Saturday,
I
had
an
appointment
for
a
balayage
and
haircut.
While
Gabby
is
fantastic
at
cutting
hair,
my
hair
color
is
everything
I
said
I
did
not
want.
The
color
does
not
match
any
of
the
inspiration
images
I
shared,
it
is
way
lighter
than
I
requested
(which
makes
it
worse
when
my
natural
hair
is
so
dark),
it's
poorly
blended,
and
it's
brassy.
While
I
appreciate
the
fact
that
Gabby
took
the
time
to
go
back
in
and
tone
down
my
hair,
it's
still
completely
wrong.
Leaving
the
salon
I
felt
completely
defeated
and
I
tried
to
work
with
what
I
was
given.
Within
these
past
few
days,
it's
been
rough
when
family,
friends,
and
coworkers
have
all
noted
that
my
hair
is
off
(and
not
in
a
good
way).
While
I
appreciate
the
friendly
staff
and
great
haircuts,
my
balayage
experience
was
completely
awful.
The
loss
of
self-esteem
is
not
worth
the
price
or
the
practice
the
salon
got
on
my
hair.
**Update
to
my
review.
I
would
like
to
thank
the
owners
for
reaching
out
to
me
to
correct
my
hair
color.
Karla
did
an
amazing
job
at
color-correcting
my
hair
to
the
dark
natural
look
that
I
was
going
for.
She
was
also
a
great
listener
and
validated
my
concerns.
It's
been
almost
2
weeks
since
my
appointment
and
I
am
still
getting
compliments!
