BEWARE living here!! Very unprofessional management staff, I lived here for about 1 year and a half and during my stay here I felt as if I was discriminated multiple times. The way that the staff treated me was unacceptable. They are very nosey and it feels as if you have no privacy. Also, whenever I submitted maintenance requests it took days for them to come out and take a look at it. I had to even track down the maintenance workers when I would see them in the elevator or hallway to get them to come to my unit after days of not having my maintenance request resolved or even acknowledged. When I first moved in, they also offered lots of community events but ever since they had a change in management, there are close to none. The amenities in the building look very appealing when you are touring the building, however there were many drastic events that happened on the 18th floor where people who aren’t even residents of the building were fighting, playing loud music, underage drinking and the police had to come and shut it down multiple times. Ever since these events, the 18th floor closes early to residents who are paying to be able to use the amenities. The pool area cabanas were unusable the entire summer because there was a storm and it caused the loungers to fly away and they did not get replaced. The fire pits no longer work on the 5th floor, nor the TV or the string lights. There are 4 grills on the 5th floor and only 2 of them work, every time I tried to grill they were always dirty. The hallways on my floor also were always dirty. I felt unsafe as there were a lot of break ins into my neighbors units from people who had access to the building and made a master key fob with access to any unit in the building and burglarized them. If you are okay with dealing with all of these ridiculous and unacceptable issues, then this is the place to go. Also upon my move out, the front desk staff told me I was not supposed to remove all of the trash from the unit of which I was moving out of, only to get charged $300 for trash removal when there was barely anything to even remove. I actually started to remove some bar stools and plants we didn’t need anymore and the staff told me not to worry about it and that they actually wanted it to take home. My key tag was even disabled 2 days before my Actual move out date for which I got charged for “pro rated” rent since I was only staying 1 week of the whole month. I’m paying rent for the place and my key tags were disabled?? So unprofessional. I got charged ridiculous fees overall and the manager-Leslie has been hard to reach via email with my concerns. Overall I would not recommend staying here at all, as I did not have a good experience here. There are plenty of other places in Oak Park that I’m sure offer a better living experience.

I loved living at Albion Oak Park, definitely the best apartment complex in the area! Beautiful amenity spaces, apartments have high-end appliances with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide wonderful views of Oak Park. Staff is friendly and kind, any maintenance issues were quickly addressed. Other tenants are friendly as well, one resident helped me load my moving boxes into the elevator when she saw I was struggling to maneuver them on my own! Apartments are very quiet, which was important for me as someone who was doing some work from home. Dollop Coffee just off the main lobby, an additional perk. The only reason I moved out is because I was relocating out-of-state, otherwise I would've 100% renewed my lease. Highly recommend!

Living at The Albion is a high-end experience. The building amenities are stunning (designer lobby, party room...). The views are beautiful. Most of all, the staff make the experience outstanding. Birute, the manager is extremely accommodating and thoughtful. Sarah decorates parties and makes killer drinks like a party professional. The building is a stone's throw to nice, downtown Oak Park restaurants. We will definitely miss living there!

I scouted several apartments in Downtown OP and Albion OP stood out. First, I love the location, I'm the type that wanted to have a city life but yet there's still a touch of "suburbs". This place is accessible to a lot of restaurants, theater, and local stores which is a plus for me! Second, Albion apartment has so much cool, interesting and modern amenities that I can totally see myself utilizing them! I had a studio tour with one of the Albion's staff Adia, and she is amazing! she's very professional and respond so quickly to my inquiries. Lastly, I love how they are active on social media and not just show the apartment but also being active with the community that is so engaging! I can't wait to live here - Future Tenant!

Albion is the best apartments in Oak Park. We lived there for 2 years and were very satisfied. Excellent apartments with a good soundproof walls, modern, high-quality appliances. Very friendly and helpful staff, if there were any problems, they were solved very quickly. The only drawback for us was the parking, some parking spaces are little bit tight. There are many comfortable amenities in the building, where it was always very clean and pleasant to spend time. Terrace on the 18th floor with an amazing view of Oak Park. There is even a Dollop coffee shop inside the building, so you just need to go down to the lobby and enjoy delicious coffee. Great location, in walking distance from the apartments there are many cafes and restaurants, grocery shops. We are very happy that we chose Albion.

Literally so impressed by this place! 5 out of 5 stars, would give more if I could! Albion Oak Park is truly a luxury oasis nestled in the hustle and bustle of city suburban life ! Every inch of this location is in pristine condition and the staff are truly remarkable! I can't say enough amazing things about the wonderful young ladies at the front desk Ghadeer and Akya! Both of them present themselves in a way that is warming, welcoming and downright professional! On countless occasions I have found myself truly dependant on the knowledge and hospitality Ghadeer and Akya seamlessly provide! The big wigs at Albion Oak Park and Village Green really hit a home run with these two impressive ladies:) Overall the quality and lifestyle at Albion Oak Park is matched by none! For a truly uplifting and rewarding interaction don't hesitate to come check the place out!!!!

I absolutely love living here...even though it’s only been 1 week. The building is impeccable, clean, loaded with amenities, with views that are stunning. The units themselves are designed with top of the line finishings, and also intelligently made to optimize the space for storage and overly comfortable living space. The staff is beyond amazing...super professional, super nice, and accommodating to your every need and want. I am constantly impressed with the amenities, the professionalism of the staff and with my neighbors that make this place a complete pleasure to live at. UPDATE: Now I have lived here for 6 months and it just keeps getting better! Now the weather is changing and I cannot wait to use the pool and the other outdoor patios! It truly is an amazing place to live. I love being able to walk out the door and be close to everything including the beautiful Austin gardens park behind the building. It still makes me grateful to call this building my home!!!

Their communication is not up to part. The timeframe is so off. They are very consistent before you apply to their property, but after they receive the fee there's no communication at all. I shouldn't have to call to follow up with them on several occassion. I wouldn't have applied and paid my fee if I wasn't interested.
