We moved here in March of this year when our apartment building was sold. We love Oak Park and wanted to stay in the downtown area. Eleven33 answered our prayers, it's a fantastic building, with the feel of upscale living that is not overpriced! If you want to live in a great community in Oak Park, this is the building to pick. The apartments are very nice and spacious, great views. It has amazing amenities ie state of the art workout facilities, dog wash and run, social club with outside terrace, off street parking availability and much more. Our dog wasn't use to elevators but loves riding in them now. We can walk to stores and restaurants in the area. And you're across the street from the trains...perfect! Most importantly, the staff are very professional, friendly and interactive, when issues pop up they take care of it immediately. We have a lot of tenant events for those who want to be social. We feel safe and would highly recommend living here.

Love living here! It’s very pet friendly and in a safe area. The units are spacious with new appliances. The white cabinets are gorgeous. The garage is connected to the apartment building, so you don’t have to go outside to get into the apartment. Maintenance is very fast. Every time I had an issue they came within 24 hours. My cats love it here too.. The amenities are great - the fitness center is new and renovated. The only thing I wish they had was a printer and an ice machine. Oak park is a lovely area as well, and just a quick drive away from Chicago. The downtown area has lots of great restaurants like Kyuramen and a Target within walking distance. Costco is also only 10 minute drive.

My husband and I moved to Eleven33 in 2020 after a truly rough year. The move was unexpected and (at first) unwanted. But whew. Living here changed my mind. Of the various apartment buildings we’ve lived in over the years, this has been by far the best, my favorite, and the place we’ve lived the longest. We’ve made lifelong friends in the building and surrounding community. We had our first (and last) baby here. We’re looking for a house now since baby boy joined us, but if we didn’t have a little one, I know we’d stay longer. The staff is amazing. Maintenance is amazing. Amenities are amazing. Resident events are always so fun. The community in the building as well as oak park in general is so wonderful and the location is PERFECT. So close to parks, great food, groceries, and the green line if you want to head into the city. If / when we do leave, I’ll miss this place so much 😭 but just know that if you do decide to move in, you’ll be making one of the best decisions ever!

This is the best building I have had the pleasure of living in! Althia was my leasing agent, and she is by far the best leasing agent I have ever had. She was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She continued to check on me and the status of my move, above and beyond what I would reasonably expect from a leasing agent. I could not be happier moving here, and it could not have been an easier move. I would definitely ask for Althia to help you out if you are thinking of renting an apartment at this place!

We moved here about 2 months ago and we love it! The apartments themselves are super nice... quartz countertops, waterfall islands, stainless steel appliances (and not the cheap ones), etc. The amenities are awesome too! They have basically everything we need, and the gym is nice enough that you won't need a membership to an outside gym. What really sold us on this place though was the dog friendliness. The dog run is amazing for taking the dog out during bad weather, and everyone here seems to love dogs. Would definitely recommend living here!

I have been living here for a year now and have no complaints so far. The leasing agents are making everyone feel super secure during this COVID times with each floor having sanitizer dispensers next to the elevators, the gym equipment is cleaned and sanitized twice a day, everyday. I absolutely love living here!
