I wanted to try this place but DO NOT RECCOMEND based on our business transaction. I got a new phone number which changed my information in her ticketing system. She tried to tell me that because of this I needed to place a second deposit to create a new account. After discussing she did wave this second deposit...fast forward to lash getting day and she does not respond to my repetitive calls and texts because she says she was in court. Even though I sent these messages the day before and hours before my appt time because I needed to confirm things before driving an hour to oak park. She finally responds and took responsibility, then mentions I can reschedule due to her error. When I mention I can't reschedule again, she tells me that my deposit is nonrefundable due to her system not allowing money to be sent back to customers. Be mindful that I paid via cashapp and this can be sent back anytime. Soo all in all, I never got to get my lashes done, the deposit seems to be a scam she uses to make money where she can't, and I'm sad to say she was pretty rude throughout our entire encounter on both phone numbers. Sorry for the rant over $20ish but I'm sick of small businesses taking advantage of people who tried to use their services over big business. I hope this process can be fixed before someone else goes through the same stress. I did really want to use her service because she seems to do great work but it's not worth all of the hoops.

I had an AMAZING waxing experience!!! I can't recommend Jasmine enough! The salon was clean and she made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The waxing itself was virtually painless, and the results were flawless. My skin felt incredibly smooth and soft afterward. I was impressed by the attention to hygiene and the use of high-quality products. If you're looking for a top-notch body waxing service, this is the place to go! BEST wax I’ve ever had!!!

Received a Brazilian wax and Classic extensions lash set. Excellent customer service. And I love my lashes. So does everyone else. Definitely will be going back and sending referrals.

First time here for lashes and it was a pleasure. Very clean facility and Jas does great quality work and professional. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, is when I got there it was raining and the door was locked during regular business hours (as it's a store also) and the receptionist had left for the day so I had to call to get let in. But she promptly came to the door and we began right away!! Im satisfied and will definitely be going back!

Excellent customer service! I appreciate that Jas cares more about the health of your natural lashes.... I love my lashes! They are full and fluffy yet still natural looking. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

This young lady right here. I love her. She’s definitely about her business. I’ve been going to her for a few years, I would never go anywhere else. She’s a hard worker, she’s dedicated and it’s been a wonderful thing watching her grow in her craft. She doesn’t over book, she doesn’t have you waiting if anything she’s texting “where are you at?” Wherever I go I get nothing but compliments on my lashes. She also does the best waxing jobs very thorough. Nothing but love for this young lady try her out.🥰💕

Jasmine was absolutely amazing! her customer service was on point, she treated me with kindness. She was very gentle w/ my waxing & every service she did! I highly recommend, I can’t wait to go back!!!
