🚨DO NOT BE FOOLED by these people. I have never seen so many cheesey and obviously fake 5 star reviews in my life. I brought a car and it broke down within a week. These people will lie straight to your face and they have no shame in doing so. Please take my review seriously so you don’t make the same mistake I did. You’ll save a whole lot of time and money.

bought a car off them a few months back. within a week the engine red lined and i had lost a ton of coolant. i called them up immediately, and was told to get the car to a mechanic. i asked whos paying for that. the man said dont you have that extended warranty from finance? i said dont i have a 30 day dealer warranty first? so i brought it all the way back to the other side of the city for them to fix. (side note- the loan car they gave me was legit missing lugs on the tyres, not exactly roadworthy) i was told that the issue had been a cracked welch plug and coolant was leaking through that. i asked how does a welch plug crack? he said oh they corrode over time. never really rang true to me. fast forward to winter- my heater doesnt work. the thing is i know the heater worked before it went back to them to repair because as i was pumping more water into it when it over heated, i had the heater blasting to get the circulation. so pulled the pipes off the core and flushed it and it works again. bit strange i thought, but it worked now so thought not alot more about it. i was checking the oil in it last week, and for the life of me i couldnt understand why my yellow dipstick handle was completely covered in soot. did i have an exhaust leak on the manifold? no. what happened when i took it back to be repaired was they by-passed my manifold egr cooler. never been surer of anything in my life. didnt even block off the exhaust pipe that comes off it. so all this time ive been wondering why im getting 15L+ to the 100km, surely the cars not that heavy. everyone elses seems to be getting 10L to 100km. why has the car got no acceleration in 3rd or 4th? because theres an exhaust leak before the turbo. beware of these guys. they are everything you could expect of used car salesmen. unbelievably dodgy.

CON MAN. I bought a van from these guys with a "road worthy certificate." Less than a month later, it broke down. We went to get our own road worthy, and the van had rusted floor under driving seat, radiator needed replacing, a total of 16 problems that needed fixing. They told us it was all our fault from wear and tear after less than a month. The road worthy company we had it checked with said they've had 5 or 6 people come in from this company after being scammed by them. I am currently going through vcat to try and get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. The roadworthy we had done was one month after purchase, the time it took to review is irrelevant. You haven't denied the problems with the van. You know you're giving out dodgy road worthies. We contacted you about the issues at the time and you said it was wear and tear, not your fault. No help at all. I'll add the purchase documents to show my roadworthy was less than one month after purchase. Not to worry, we have the evidence. VCAT can deal with it from here.

Extremely happy with the service we received from Western motor sales. Compared to many other places we looked at, they were honest and upfront. They went over and above, ensuring the car was in top condition and helping with transferring to a new state. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

I requested Corey come with me for test drive of vehicle as I didn't know the area. Had a good chat along the way. Gabriel was most helpful & great to deal with. Neither Gabriel nor Corey were at all pushy. I requested a full detail of vehicle prior to purchase. Vehicle was spic 'n' span when collected. A couple of minor issues (cosmetic) were resolved perfectly. All in all a pleasant & easy business transaction.

I don’t often leave reviews but this place really deserves it they went the extra mile for my elderly disabled parents Micheal you couldn’t of been any more helpful and in my dads words “I like they don’t pressure you they walk away and give you time to think about it” it is not easy buying a car for someone with such disabilities and taking the time to make sure the car fits their equipment they need. Micheal did all of this with us and was extremely polite and welcoming leaving me and my parents feeling 100 comfortable. Definitely be going here for my daughters 1st car next year oh and did I mention the how many phone calls with questions from me and my parents of course Micheal answered every one of them and not once brushed us off each and every time was polite and answered every question.

Hi guys I just wanted to post here, I bought a Mazda CX7 back in march from these guys. Unfortunately it didn’t have a smooth run with some oil leaks. I've been searching for car for quite sometime now and had no luck finding a medium sized, affrodable vehicle with low kilometers in a great condition. One of my friends referred me to this business and I had the privilege of finding a great sales men with amazing customer services skills. I was provided with prompt service and in a short period of time several options to pick various vehicles from. Finding the right vehicle is time consuming. I'm sure I will find the right vehicle with this business in a matter of time because of the level of care being provided! Western Motor Sales offers incredible service and expertise. I put a deposit on a car as they needed to have a roadworthy done on it for test drive the next day. As time was of the essence I bought a car in the meantime and the team at Western Motor Sales were kind enough to refund me the entire deposit. Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car from them I couldn’t recommend their service highly enough and will be sure to purchase my next car from them. Special shout out to Ash who is perhaps the first used car salesman I’ve ever encountered who doesn’t make you feel like you’re getting ripped off - ridiculously positive and transparent.
