Moved here several years ago & had nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately since UDR took over they really let the place go. It infuriates me because there is so much potential for this complex.. we’ve had so many issues with poor communication & complete neglect of duties. There was a leak in our apartment BEFORE we moved in & they knew about the leak. Then decided to let us move in anyways, proceeded to tell us they had no knowledge of a leak even though we are now good friends with the previous residents that lived in this apartment & they were SHOCKED they let us move in before fixing it! It took them 3 months to fix, the the previous residents had to live with this leak for over a year. They offered for us to move out, however we JUST moved in. we paid $1,000 early transfer fee so we could move into this specific apartment, plus we pay about $1,500 more in rent because of moving from or 1 to 3 bedroom. Meaning we just spent about $4,000 just to get into this apartment.. we were running a dehumidifier in our apartment 24/7, I had to wash towels & clean the blinds, walls, trim around the walls & floors every time it rained, the leak was there for 2 hurricanes and ALL of rainy season which means it rained almost every day for 3 months. they gave us a $300 credit. and they literally replied to our worries by saying “you’re free to go if you want.” Instead of apologizing & owning up to their mistakes! Zero accountability. Again, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. the leak was not fixed before the hurricane & I have a substantial amount of evidence that the leak was never fixed before either of the hurricanes. Not only do you not take accountability, but you all are liars.

Carmen is the best, excellent customer service. The conference room is amazing. Print Fax Copies for free. Super quiet to do any asignments and they even bought hot dogs today. I love living here. The pool is amazing too!

Edgardo the technician is so great! I put in an order for a bad light bulb and to replace my water filter and he came within 10 minutes! Super efficient and friendly and even fixed a stubborn door we had next to our washer and dryer unit. Overall love loving here, well lit at night and clean in public spaces. Carmen and Jose in the office are super friendly too :)

Love, love, love living here. I always feel safe even at night time. The area is lit up with lights and very clean. The staff is amazing, especially Carmen and Jose in the front office. They were able to explain to process in a way I can understand and make me feel very comfortable living here. If I ever have any problems such as a light bulb or anything they respond quickly.

This review is for Edgardo Oquendo (Service Technician), I was with my front door lock that was not functioning for about a month and I went to the office about a week ago to let them know. The next day Edgardo came and he was phenomenal! He managed to provide me my blinds that I was i need of , fixed my bathroom door that didn’t wanna close, and my front door lock. He also has amazing patience when it came to the lock because he was on hold with the company for more than an hr the first 2 days he was here and they were of no help, but he didn’t give up. He came back the next day and stayed til he managed to get my lock back online. We are truly grateful for all the hard work he has done these past few days. -Gileanys

I wanted to take the time to come and leave another review...this time is to review the Maintenance team. Edgardo goes above and beyond and always helps with a smile on his face. It can be something small or a complex issue within the apartment, he is always willing to help and provide solutions.

I love this place at first but as time passed is not short of a luxury place. Dog poop even inside the elevator and trash everywhere, no one cares anymore, I’m not going to renew here.

It’s a great place but unfortunately people treat it as though its an ACTUAL resort and people don’t live here. There are constant parties out by the pool that are from midnight to 2-3 am. Its so loud, and nobody does ANYTHING about it. The college scene is nuts here, its more like a frat house than anything and people come and go as they please. It keeps my baby up for all hours of the night.

I hosted a Holiday Party in the Club House and I have nothing but praise for Jose and Carmen!! They are absolute gems!! Kind and helpful in every way!! I am SO grateful for how wonderful everything was and how pleased everyone was with our party!! The space definitely exceeded everyones expectations!! THANK YOU and Happy Holidays!!
