    WAYYYYY too expensive for the area it’s located in. Maintenance won’t come unless you say it’s an emergency. Roaches everywhere, horrible paint job upon move in and they actually painted my bathroom door shut and left paint to dry in places they shouldn’t. People living in the unit there prior to me punched a whole in the door and you guys didn’t even bother to replace the door, only patch up the whole and paint over it…which is clearly obvious and lazy. Gate doesn’t even work which allows the homeless population to come into the neighborhood and steal packages even though I use the fetch service to schedule deliveries. You guys gave me the wrong lease to sign upon move in with the wrong address listed and then lost a copy of my apartment key and made me pay for a new one FOR YOU GUYS WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT . Pool has been closed for MONTHS, and just opened at the end of our lease! so I can’t use the amenities I pay for. Never got instructions or a code to set up our “smart lock system” WHICH WE PAY EXTRA FOR. Our apartment was supposed to have a fire place and conveniently “you guys had to move our unit last minute” so we never got one, and I’m sure we are paying for the upgraded version WITH A FIREPLACE. Had water pouring into my roommates bathroom from the vent, under our fridge and through the walls which no one ever came to dry out the SOAKING WET AREAS, so that means mold in forming in the walls of our apartment which you guys have allowed for us to breathe that in and live in an unlivable environment. Overall the worst neighborhood to live in Central Florida. I would never ever recommend this neighborhood to anyone!!!

    Been here a little over a month and have had supposedly 2 leaks fixed, but mold coming through newly painted baseboards already. Kitchen flooded due to adjacent apartment leaking. Apartment stinks like mold and mildew the minute you walk in. Refrigerator smells like something died in it. Upon moving in garbage disposal didn’t work, first time using the stinky dishwasher water didn’t drain. Closet door broken and fell off in my hand. Can barely turn water off/on in the master tub. Can tell painted the bathtubs very rough, intake vent has been painted over with dust and dirt under paint. Kitchen cabinets painted but feel very sticky, outside looks like someone vomited on it. Door doesn’t shut tight so feel very safe because could be easily kicked in. Homeless man sat on stairs by my apartment for countless hours everyday for 3-4 days when first moved in before security told him to stay away. But now security person leaving May 26th. Do not feel safe in this neighborhood secondary to lots of shootings, car break ins and drug dealings per other residents. Pool looks good on internet but hasn’t been open for almost 2 years per a another resident.

    This apartment complex is disgusting. There’s trash everywhere, duck poop in the hallways and lots of critters. There is a infestation of bugs and pest control does nothing for that problem. The pest control people said even the office has bugs, that’s ridiculous. We’ve had so many issues with this apartment and we’ve only been here for 4 months. The way the office staff and maintenance treat the residents is ridiculous. Our A/C unit randomly went out and we had to wait over a week to get it fixed. They lied to us multiple times saying that someone was coming to fix it but no one ever came. Then our toilet is leaking water everywhere. The room smells like the toilet because the toilet is in the room. Me and my boyfriend have to go to Walmart or the gas station just to use the bathroom. Someone punched a hole in the door, and of course it wasn’t replaced. That’s expecting too much of “maintenance”. The pools are dirty and never open. They have a “gym” and they have 4 pieces of equipment. They’re just playing in peoples faces at this point. This complex is disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Update, they came to fix the toilet but left poop in the tub and on the floor. Smh

    The model I was originally shown was much nicer than the one I was given. It has had an insistent roach problem despite me asking for pest services every week since I moved in in august, the air filter I took out the first month was decaying and full of dust dirt and roach poop, half of my work orders are never addressed, it took two work orders and 3-4 emails to get someone out to clean the air ducts, and when they finally did get brought in I had to reschedule because I was not informed by the office that I would need to call out of work (I work at home) and take my daughter and dogs out of the apartment for 3 hours, I could go on

    There is a leasing lady that’s always in the office. She wears inappropriate clothings and is very unprofessional. She is extremely rude and always has an attitude. If anyone knows cooperate for this apartment complex please comment below. If I am paying rent on time, every single month, I expect more professionalism when I head into my leasing office. When going in to end my lease, the door was locked. As she walked back and forth from the door and saw me and didn’t open it or explain why she had it locked. Which is the professional thing to do. This is not the first time she has been unprofessional but this was my final straw. I knocked again because my time is valuable. She then opens the door half way with an extremely tight thin dress. And asked me, what I was there for with an attitude. More things accrued but the moral of it all is she needs to be removed. No matter where you live you should always be treated with respect. She talked down to the other tents that were there. She acts as if everyone is beneath her. I am now moving to a much better apartment due to the promotion and working hard in my job but even though I would be moving to something better. Does not mean she can continue to talk down to everyone else. I worked extremely hard and us d the cheap rent from Lorenz to help me get to where I am. I'm sure I will have nothing but kind professional leasing agents from now on but when I was trying to get to where I am, you should have the same respect. That is not okay! Will be contacting higher-ups in regard to this issue.

    New carpet, interior painted, new kitchen and bathroom sink, new kitchen counter tiles. All appliances and socket working properly. Sliding door to the balcony is missing bug screen, hall way floor needs pressure washing. Over all am very impressed. I surely would recommend it to prospective tenants. ☆☆☆☆ out 5.

    This is the worst apartment that I have stayed in. First, when we got here, within the first week, there was roaches, spiders and ants. Pest controls comes every Tuesday but at this point, the bugs are immune to it and are in the living space. The second problem that I have is the AC unit randomly going out and I put in a work request and it took over a week for maintenance to come and fix the problem. I called multiple times as well as my girlfriend, we left messages and emails and there was no response from the office. They told us multiple times that someone will be coming day after day but no one showed up. Lies after lies with no sense of urgency to come fix your residents problems. No one should be living like this. Lastly, I live in a one bedroom apartment, mind you with one bathroom, on the 14th of November, the toilet began to flood and leak throughout the bathroom floors. We put in a work order the following day and it is now the 20th, no one has came to fix the problem and I'm having to leave my residence to go use the bathroom elsewhere. I spoke my concern to the leasing office where the lady was condescending stating that the work order says "clogged instead of leaking" which does not make a difference. Maintenance is slow and they move with no urgency, I always se them riding on the golf carts talking but never doing anything else.

    Poor customer service. Terrible maintenance. Would not recommend friends are family to move here. I put in maintenance requests constantly and never get a solution to fix anything. I was told to fix it myself and every maintenance request is marked “completed” when nothing has been done. Every resident is overcharged to live in an unsafe environment. The apartments are super old and nothing has been updated.
