Great experience! If you’re already at ICON park, it’s a no brainer. This ride is so much fun and the line only took 4 minutes. The price is really low as well at only $12 and they will give you a wristband which allows you to come back later in the day for only $8. Highly recommended and worth a try!

Loved, loved this ride!! Was very smooth and didn't swing too fast. It had a nice glide feeling. I generally cant do rides that take me in a circle or would go up that high. But, this ride was perfect. Try it!!

Just do it! Talk about an adrenaline rush and what the experience. Went with my wife and daughters and had such a great time we went again. Seriously though just do it, you won't regret it. So much anxiety going into it, but felt safe and comfortable the whole experience. Amazing view, amazing memories and highly recommended!

It's super cool and definitely worth riding. It is fun and exhilarating, especially realizing how high up you go! My wife and I enjoyed it a lot.

There was no queue when I went on a Friday evening. The facility operator was a cool dude that helped ease your nerves. They also have a locker to keep your stuff. First ride cost $15 and subsequent rides was gonna cost $9. There is an option to get a video recording using a GoPro. But try say it before your ride so you don’t have to go a 2nd time. Overall a Super amazing experience. Glad I did it.

Really fun to do at a reasonable price. Great Location with lots of entertainment and restaurants nearby. At the peak of the ride, you can see New York! Well, not really but you can see all the amusement parks in the distance. Kids loved it, but mom and dad got air sick... if that's what it's called...

For the price of just $10 online , this was one of the most fun ride I had in Orlando so far. It was not only fun, but thrilling as well. Me and my almost 8 year old had tons of fun. Will definitely recommend

So awesome! I was excited for weeks before our trip to Orlando to do this! I’ve experienced it twice and about to go a 3rd time today! At sunset was my first experience and it was one the most exhilarating and thrilling things I’ve done in a while! The views were breathtaking and the feeling of the pull of gravity and wind made it that much more amazing! Staff are great and fun! Just standing in line with fellow humans bubbling with nervous excited energy was a great experience! Some tips for those on the fence about this ride that may help: ride at night and on the outside seat for a smoother and less intense version. The inside seat and in the middle of the day is most intense version of this ride! Height requirement is 44” and no weight limit unless you weigh more than a car BUT you have to fit in seat! I was nervous about this because I am pear shaped in size 16-18 jeans but I was fine. The seats are safer than they appear to be. Kind of bucket style with slight reclined feel and there is a small raised saddle like hump between legs and then also a locking vertical strap between lap bar and seat base, also a large safety belt like strap that goes under arms from one side of individual seat to middle. You cannot unstrap these until released by attendant back on ground. So even if you passed out of fright up there you are not going to fall out! Yet up there you feel free and not strapped at all! No cell phones, hats, sunglasses, keys, purses, bags, loose shoes or sandals allowed. There are lockers as well as bins at base for these items while you ride. I was permitted to use my GoPro with wrist strap or chest strap. Thanks Starflyer staff for this! I totally would not want to take any loose items or want others to do so because it could really hurt someone if dropped or flew off. The wind along with centrifugal force is very strong. So don’t try to hold any device. Also you will want your hands free to either white knuckle grip the chains or bar or do what I did! Full disclosure: I supermanned it and did titanic arms up there! I LOVED it and want a season pass (if they offer one)! Do something every day that makes you feel absolutely alive and scares you just a little!

Worth a try and only $15 per person. My neice was upset, not because she couldn't ride, but she thought it would be too scary & dangerous for us, and she was worried for us. Too precious! ❤️

Great family fun! We really enjoyed this ride. It’s very affordable and the line moves fast. Also, your wristband allows you to come back and ride again the same day at a discounted rate. The views from the top are amazing!

My besty G. McBickers bought us tickets and we finally went on the Orlando Starflyer for the first time. There is no weight limit for the swings and there is a seatbelt that goes across your chest and a bar/chain that locks in between your legs. The ride goes up approximately 450 feet so naturally there were a few moments when we felt butterflies in our stomach but overall it was fun. There were a few teenagers ahead of us on the ride that were twisting and turning their swings in the air and they were screaming with joy, us older folks were a little bit more conservative and reserved LOL. The view was good but it was a wee bit hard to focus on as we were moving fast and going in circles. The price was reasonable and we only had to wait a few minutes before we could go on (8 pm on a Saturday). There was a wide range of people in attendance this evening from children to seniors, all were enjoying themselves. The music was enjoyable and the lights were so pretty! ✅ Bucket list

The Orlando StarFlyer at ICON Park is a thrilling experience. It is the "world’s tallest swing ride". You need to buy a ticket to ride. It offers amazing views of Orlando while moving up and down, swinging freely at speeds up to 45mph and screaming with joy. The color-changing lights at night create a mesmerizing spectacle. If you are afraid of heights, I would not recommend this.

There are no lines at entrance, the flight was amazing, a great experience to try out, not suitable for people afraid of heights, it was pretty windy up there but fun! It's great to try out during the day or nighttime

Really fun ride. It was spur of a minute as I was walking around looking at other sites. Ended up going on twice.

Project Announcement: In 2011, Unicorp National Developments, a real estate development company, announced plans to develop a major entertainment complex called "I-Drive Live" on a 20-acre plot of land along International Drive in Orlando. Construction and Opening: Construction began in May 2013, and the centerpiece attraction of the complex was initially named the Orlando Eye. The Orlando Eye is a 400-foot tall Ferris wheel similar to the London Eye. It was constructed by a subsidiary of the British company, Merlin Entertainments. The complex also featured other attractions such as Madame Tussauds Orlando and SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium. Opening and Rebranding: The Orlando Eye opened to the public on May 4, 2015. However, in 2018, the complex underwent a rebranding and was renamed Icon Orlando 360 to better reflect its diverse entertainment offerings. Expansion and Renovations: Over the years, Icon Orlando 360 underwent several expansions and renovations. In 2018, the complex added the StarFlyer, a 450-foot-tall swing ride, and the Orlando StarFlyer's base building housing a food court and other retail outlets. Additional dining, entertainment, and retail options were also added to enhance the visitor experience. Name Change to Icon Park: In 2019, Icon Orlando 360 was rebranded once again and became known as Icon Park. The name change aimed to emphasize the destination's vibrant and iconic attractions, as well as its central location along the International Drive corridor. Today: Icon Park continues to be a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. It features a variety of attractions, including the Icon Orlando Ferris wheel, Madame Tussauds Orlando, SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium, the Orlando StarFlyer, and numerous dining and shopping options. The complex offers visitors panoramic views of the Orlando skyline, thrilling rides, interactive exhibits, and memorable experiences. Icon Park has become an iconic part of Orlando's entertainment landscape, providing visitors with a unique blend of attractions, dining, and entertainment options in the heart of one of Florida's most popular tourist destinations.

The teenagers liked it and there was a bar inside next to where you purchased tickets. However, tickets are cheaper on Groupon.

I can't stress enough, how AWESOME this ride is. Seriously.. it is the smoothest ride I have ever been on. The views are amazing. I felt safe and secure in my swing, the employee double checked my bar and the seat belt. I loved the whole atmosphere, the music, lights etc. It is worth every penny of the $15 you pay to ride it.

been riding this since it opened up (live in Orlando) the view from the top is the best, I suggest trying at sunset. Can see all the way downtown. I feel safe riding it there is a seatbelt that goes across as well as the chain and bar in the middle. Great ride!

Overall, amazing ride. Taking out a star for the duration of the ride. The moment you start enjoying you will be landed. Still worth a ride for $13.

I was a little nervous as I was a single rider. My bucket was swinging just a little because I had no weight with Me (I guess?). But wow! The view of Orlando at night was amazing. I would totally do this again. Definitely take in the scenery if your not squeamish.

Thrill ride indeed! My 10 yr old loved it! I on the other hand was a little scared, and hung onto the chain too hard, making the seats spin. That made it even more "thrilling"

It was my first time in Orlando, and I went to the Star Flyer during the holidays. I went to the cashier to purchase my ticket and asked her if she had any coupons for the ride. She was rude and said I have to find it myself. As I was asking this, another customer at the cashier right next to me asked the exact same question for her family. She was directed on where to obtain the coupons, as I was told to find it myself. In my opinion of the experience, I felt belittled and directly discriminated upon. It ultimately ended, even with the involvement of management, in me not being allowed on the ride, much less get a discount. Staff and management customer service is very poor, and it looks like from the last 5 years of one star reviews they did not correct past customer service issues. I definitely do not recommend this establishment. Do not go there.
