This
location
was
selected
for
a
conference.
However,
it
was
conveniently
located
to
Universal
Studios
and
easy
walk
to
restaurants
and
other
fun
attractions.
I
did
not
rent
a
car,
but
understand
parking
to
start
at$30
a
night.
The
parking
garage
has
a
height
limit
like
most
parking
garages.
There
is
valet
parking
available.
At
the
hotel,
there
are
multiple
swimming
pools,
tennis
court,
and
restaurants.
There
is
also
a
spa,
which
I
did
take
advantage
of
and
received
a
wonderful
massage.
At
this
time,
the
spa
is
not
open
on
Tuesdays
and
Wednesdays.
I
am
gluten
and
dairy
free
and
had
no
problem
any
of
the
dining
areas
except
at
the
Rocks,
which
overlooks
the
Grotto
Pool.
When
I
asked
if
I
could
bring
in
other
food,
so
I
could
enjoy
their
drinks.
The
answer
was
no.
(I
spent
close
to
$1,400
on
this
hotel
stay!!!
When
their
mixed
drinks
are
$17
and
you
can’t
eat
their
food,
you
would
think
they
would
be
more
accommodating.).You
are
allowed
to
order
the
drinks
and
take
them
to
your
room.
My
favorite
place
to
eat
in
the
hotel
was
B-Line
Diner.
Very
good
food,
comfortable
atmosphere,
wonderful
service,
and
delicious
desserts.
They
even
had
a
gluten
and
dairy
free
dessert.
My
room
was
very
clean,
elevators
are
fast,
and
plenty
of
space
to
relax.
The
rooms
do
have
hair
dryer,
iron,
soap,
shampoo,
body
wash,
refrigerators,
coffee
maker,
and
even
a
TV
in
the
bathroom
mirror.
There
is
no
microwave
or
mouthwash.
The
Grotto
pool
is
where
everyone
seems
to
go.
With
waterfalls,
slides,
and
multiple
pools.
On
the
other
side
of
the
hotel
is
the
Terrace
Pool.
It
seems
much
less
used.
It
is
not
as
built
up
with
“extras”.
However,
it
also
doesn’t
seem
to
get
the
same
level
of
attention
from
the
hotel
staff.
Despite
some
of
the
negatives,
overall
this
was
a
wonderful
experience.
I
would
stay
here
again
without
hesitation.
