This is easily one of my favorite hotels in America. While it's best if you're a conference goer at a nearby facility, even a vacationer can find greatness in its services, facilities and amenities. The rooms are amazing. The conference space is huge. The common areas are inviting and comfortable. The pool areas are some of the best the area has to offer.

If you are in the Orlando area, this is THE BEST place to stay. Tried many brands and this is no match. The place is amazingly HUGE and the staff is very professional. All our experiences have been very good and I must say, the management goes above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy. The rooms are big and very clean and top notch luxurious. After our stay here, we have decided to get the HYATT Credit Card to build points and have great experiences like this. Keep up and good work and see you soon in the future. We were there for a wedding so I am sure there will be more in the location!!!

Very nice, clean & elegant. The pool area is incredible. It has several nice and reasonably priced restaurants, a nice gift shop, & huge conference center. Rooms are very nice, 60" TV , fridge, coffee maker. The bathroom is amazing, the mirror changes colors, the shower has 3 different positions & the hot water is immediate. Highly recommend to choose this hotel, if you want to stay in this area of Orlando.

I really enjoy my stays here. The rooms have always been clean, the views spectacular and the staff usually very friendly. The only complaint I have is the additional +-$65 a day you are hit with when you check out for parking(self) and resort fee. Although the pool is very nice, the hours are limited and it is always crowded with fairly limited seating. I first selected this property because of the fairly reasonable price and beautiful pool (along with location) but have only been able to enjoy the pool for about 15 minutes one evening (didn't even make it to the water) before security notified me the pool was now closed. $90 ($30/day) for that 15 minutes of sitting close to the pool feels a little excessive and as much as I like the Hyatt, I will probably save $150/night and opt for one of the other nearby properties that offer similar a similar experience.

My husband and I stayed last August, had a blast. We enjoyed it SO much, that we booked another stay and we are so excited to come back! The hotel staff was so courteous and kind, the hotel itself is gorgeous, the pool is lovely, the rooms are awesome, we couldn’t ask for more. We really enjoyed our stay. One of our favorite parts of enjoying this hotel was playing ping pong poolside, relaxing in the hot tub while looking at the lovely view, and just enjoying the room. We are considering the spa for our next stay, and we have no doubts it will be amazing as well! Highly recommend this hotel, and we cannot wait to come back!

Stayed here for a week and the facilities meet the high standards I've come to expect from a Hyatt Regency. The fitness center stands out above other hotel gyms. Dumbbells go up to 100 pounds, plenty of cardio equipment, a dedicated space to stretch and a spinning class. Steam room in the locker room. The restaurants meet the high standards that Hyatt Regencies have established. The staff is also superb, professional, friendly and attentive. I look forward to staying here again.

Why 4 stars for this resort? Because too big is a thing. Came here for a competition and this place is huge. I’m disabled and the walking required to get around is a lot. Self parking and walk to hotel was at least a quarter mile if not more. Service was great but the folks in coffee shop serving Starbucks lacked insight into certain drinks, made mistakes in order then wanted to argue about a receipt I had for something else. Enough negative. Room was great. Pool was fantastic. Housekeeping was amazing, and all other staff encountered was great. Check in all done online with a digital key, but keep in mind digital key may not get you into garage or pool so keep regular key on hand. I will definitely stay here if brought back, but not somewhere I’d seek out because it is too big for my taste. Solid four stars though.

I stayed in this hotel because of a convention that was being held inside of it and I cannot remember a time that I was more comfortable at a convention hotel. The rooms are exactly as big and clean as they appear in the pictures on the hotel website. The beds are comfortable, and I usually sleep on a foam mattress so I felt right at home. Despite the size of the convention crowd, the elevators were fast and I never really had to wait long to have access to them, which is a nice change from other convention hotels. I have been to. The food on property is a bit pricey, and not necessarily always worth it, but the fact that the on-site market is open at all hours was a good comfort. Food off property is a bit of a walk away but there's a lot of transport options in the hotel. Is set up well to utilize them. The parking garage was massive and had plenty of parking so I didn't have to find an overflow parking lot to use. Staff on property was always polite, and I didn't have a single issue that they weren't able to deal with timely. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant convention hotel experiences I've ever had and I will gladly use them again.

Well, too start off with this place has great customer service. We were greeted with a smile from Izaak F. Izaak had great customer service, was friendly, patient and personable while still remaining professional. Once we were headed off, Izaak gave us a card with his name on it and let us know if we need anything, we can reach out to him, he is a supervisor. I adore his great customer service. Our room is nice and how its setup is very comfortable. There is clean linen, clean curtains, contemporary feel and we’re on the pool side, so we have a great view! So many amenities! Their spa alone is I think 22,000 sq. Feet. I’m happy, husbands happy! Thanks!

An phenomenal hotel! I went there for Megaplex 2023 and enjoyed every second at the building. The staff was friendly and compassionate with the building itself being clean and fashionable. I enjoyed the many amenities as well as shops and the convention area was top quality. It's located quite well, being near attractions and plenty of stores/restaurants. The lady who checked us in was super nice and and helpful. The top view was immaculate. I made memories at this hotel and I can't wait to make more next year!

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and the pool area was phenomenal. I will be recommending this to my friends and I will be back. It is a little more expensive than a regular hotel but I’ll pay that for 5 star service! Phenomenal

Stayed here for a conference and needed a rental while I was here to go exploring. I was so excited to find out Experience Vehicle Rentals now delivered vehicles here as I absolutely love these guys ( I've used them in the past). Made my reservation on line, completed all the rental paperwork remotely, and simply scheduled the delivery time I wanted. As always the guys pulled up to the hotel lobby area on time, simply handed me the keys and I was off.. Honestly easiest part of my trip..

The hotel itself was in a great location - incredibly close to many tourist attractions. Beautiful lobby with efficient elevator system. The room was also clean and well maintained. All of the staff (from concierge to housekeeping) that we encountered were incredibly friendly as well. Another great experience at Hyatt hotels.

I loved my stay at this Hyatt. Room was very nice and comfortable. Refrigerator in the room was one of the best I've had compared to hundreds other hotels. Bathroom was large with built-in TV in the mirror. Club lounge was great as well with many food/drink choices. Only thing was the coffee machine didn't work like half the time. Nice resort style pool too.

A well maintained hotel which is pretty busy! I went for a conference for almost 5 days and the experience of staying here was amazing. It’s huge and there are multiple events going on at a time. They have a martlet in the hotel which is open 24 hrs, for a quick snack/lunch/dinner. They have decent restaurants inside. They have a bar inside the hotel as well as poolside. I got to experience all of these and they are good enough if one doesn’t want to step out. The hotel rooms are decent size and the housekeeping does a great job of maintaining cleanliness. Overall, a great experience!

This hotel was beautiful. We loved everything from when we walked in. The decor and the hotel staff were nice. It is a huge hotel so it was hard to find things at first. The pool was so pretty. We didn’t get to eat at any of the spots but they did have a nice variety. The room was very comfortable and the tv in the mirror of the bathroom was a nice addition. We loved that our pets were also welcomed. The only downside are the resort and parking fees.

This location was selected for a conference. However, it was conveniently located to Universal Studios and easy walk to restaurants and other fun attractions. I did not rent a car, but understand parking to start at$30 a night. The parking garage has a height limit like most parking garages. There is valet parking available. At the hotel, there are multiple swimming pools, tennis court, and restaurants. There is also a spa, which I did take advantage of and received a wonderful massage. At this time, the spa is not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I am gluten and dairy free and had no problem any of the dining areas except at the Rocks, which overlooks the Grotto Pool. When I asked if I could bring in other food, so I could enjoy their drinks. The answer was no. (I spent close to $1,400 on this hotel stay!!! When their mixed drinks are $17 and you can’t eat their food, you would think they would be more accommodating.).You are allowed to order the drinks and take them to your room. My favorite place to eat in the hotel was B-Line Diner. Very good food, comfortable atmosphere, wonderful service, and delicious desserts. They even had a gluten and dairy free dessert. My room was very clean, elevators are fast, and plenty of space to relax. The rooms do have hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, body wash, refrigerators, coffee maker, and even a TV in the bathroom mirror. There is no microwave or mouthwash. The Grotto pool is where everyone seems to go. With waterfalls, slides, and multiple pools. On the other side of the hotel is the Terrace Pool. It seems much less used. It is not as built up with “extras”. However, it also doesn’t seem to get the same level of attention from the hotel staff. Despite some of the negatives, overall this was a wonderful experience. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I was here for a conference and enjoyed my stay. The room was nice, but could have been cleaner. The beds were great and the sheets were clean. The hotel is enormous and has just about every amenity you could ask for in a conference center. The diner served good breakfast food and the market was well stocked, but I waited for my coffee for a bit longer than I like. The food in the conference center was okay by conference standards, but the staff was OUTSTANDING. Going out of their way to make us feel appreciated.

This hotel was amazing! The amenities are top notch. It’s hard to find a hotel with a gym let alone a fully stocked one like this one has!! The pools are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. I would recommend anyone stay here anytime, for events, family trips, or any getaway. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The only thing they’re missing is microwaves in the room.

My family had a great experience staying at the Hyatt. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Room service was surprisingly fast for how busy this hotel is. The only downfall was not having a microwave but we managed

What a great hotel! I was there for a convention. The staff was friendly and remembered me from day to day. The room was impeccably kept and the bed was comfortable. The hotel pool at tower 2 was great! Lots of options for food and drinks. I didn’t leave the property the whole time I was there. I highly recommend.

Clean great modern with a good feeling of comfort, still user-friendly, and a mix of professional and vacation crowds. Restaurants overall fine had good meals at Italian steakhouse on site. Food not outstanding but quality and friendly professional service

The Hyatt by the Orange County Convention Center is a very nice hotel. The room that we stayed in was large and comfortable. The condition of the hotel was great and the room was very clean. The bedding and sheets were just OK. The hotel is very convenient to the convention center with a nice sky bridge going over the street. However, the parking fee for this hotel is very high ($35/day). I would have thought that staying at the hotel and paying the required resort fee would have at least given us a discount on the cost of parking. Valet is also available at $50/day. We only went to one of the pools once, as there was not much time during the day to be able to go to the pool. I would recommend this hotel if you are there for a conference at the Convention Center, but other than that, I would prefer to stay somewhere else to save money and get a more convenient location to the Orlando attractions.

Great location, we were checked in by Tiffani young classy and customer focused associates she took time to go over the hotel amenities with us. Rooms are super clean. Gym is well equipped. Great restaurants with great American eats. Pool area with cabanas was a must for us.

Service was wonderful and hotel was nice and clean. Definitely met Hyatt standard! Variety of restaurants within walking distance and you can walk to Icon park if you wish! It’s ways away but walkable :) one area of restaurants are about 5 minutes away and then you have another group of restaurants at The Point little further down. Great location for convention! Food at Hyatt Regency Orlando’s convention center was very good and service from staff was wonderful. (Especially Hector)

The Hotel was immaculate from the moment I arrived. The staff was super helpful, and inviting. I was in town for a business conference, a few different meetings, and a few podcast recordings. So although a very eventful few days, I was able to enjoy the pool bar and relax in the grotto. I was also able to check out their market, their storefront, and their fitness center. All super awesome! The only thing semi-negative, would be how expensive my drink was at the pool bar. $20 !! $25 after a tip. The room was only a couple hundred dollars a night.. I planned to return for a trip to Disney with my wife but the room rates are around $600 during the spring time 🤯

Perfect place to stay for access to convention center - you can walk to conference center directly from inside of the hotel + a portion of a covered outdoor bridge between the hotel and the convention center. Rooms were clean and spacious, with two mini fridges at your disposal. Received a suite upgrade at check-in. Marketplace had expansive food selection with healthy options and coffees, drinks, snacks, etc. No issue waiting on elevators which is helpful when adhering to a schedule. Only issue was waiting around 4-5 minutes for the shower to heat up in the morning and early evening. The parking garage is also about a 5 minute walk into the hotel which isn’t ideal with a lot of bags.

I had a great experience. The room I was given was a corner room with floor to ceiling windows and amazing views from every direction. I booked a pool view and got a great deal on it. The beds were very comfy, the room was clean, the lobby and hotel decor was beautiful and the staff were curteous and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the hotel amenities as much as I'd like. There were places I wanted to try inside the hotel because to my surprise they had vegan options, but it just didn't work out because we were so busy. The only downside is that we visited during a busy time so one of the pools (the super nice one with the waterfall and slide) was always so packed that you couldn't get a lawn chair or any seating etc. There was way too many people. It would be gross to go into a pool with that many people packed into it as well. So unfortunately I was super excited for the pools and didn't really get to use them. It's Orlando though, there was so much to do that it wasn't a deal breaker. We did use the secondary pool a couple times which was also pretty busy. I removed a star due to the pool issues. I'm very happy with my experience here. If I'm back in Orlando I will stay here again as long as it's not during busy season.

Hotel is pretty nice. Restaurants on site were convenient especially since there was a big thunderstorm and we didn’t want to leave the premises. Check-in process was smooth. We had an issue with the cleanliness of our room and they quickly addressed it and we were satisfied with the way they dealt with the situation. Giving it 4 stars because if you don’t book with points, parking is $30 a night which is steep, on top of the nightly rate. I’d stay there again though.

We had a great stay from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The customer service was excellent (from every single employee). The room, restaurants, market, fitness center and pools were great! I attended a weekend event at the Orange County Convention center so I was also highly satisfied at the fact that the hotel was connected to the convention by a walkway. The location was definitely convenient and so many outside restaurants located nearby. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll be back!

I was in Orlando for a Conference and stayed at the Hyatt with my family! We had such a great time staying at the Hyatt Regency for 7 nights. The staff was very responsive, attentive and kind. The room was clean and spacious especially for us staying all those days with 2 little ones 9 & 6! There pool area was great I felt I like I was on an island oasis. We spent a good time at that main pool area on the 1st floor. Looking forward to going back there again! Also food prices aren’t super cheap but we enjoyed the B line Diner located in the Hyatt. Also The Market was great for snacks !
