Honestly some of the best hot subs you can find. Like, no contest. Everything on the menu is great, the staff are always friendly, there's plenty of seating, and both the subs and the fries are always fresh and piping hot. I wish there was one closer to Chicago proper, but I don't mind the bus trip over from Cicero when I'm free, and it's right by the Yorktown Center mall, too. Very convenient!

We are risk totally addicted to Penn Station East Coast Subs! Ever since we discovered this chain we won't eat subs anywhere else. I'm a native New Yorker and the subs definitely represent the east coast! My family loves the grilled subs. My favorite is the Philly cheese steak! Don't forget the fries! Just like homemade seasoned fries!

One guy was packing up 40 minutes before closing time and ignored us. The other guy shook his head and ran to the back. It’s a sandwich shop. It’s not a three course meal. Don’t be lazy, it’s your job to make sandwiches. Walked out of the place. Will take my business elsewhere.

Good place for subs and other multiple options, like the artichoke sandwich, regular potion is large and fills up easily. The food is really good and the service is pretty good as well

I stopped into Penn Station for Lunch. I ordered a Off the Grill Philly Cheese Steak. It Tasted Amazing on Garlic Bread. Great Tasting Fresh Cut Fries. Defiantly the Best Tasting Sandwich I’ve had in a Long Time!!! My Only complaint is for $17 I expected 3 times the amount of meat. It was light on the meat otherwise I would have given it hands down 5 Stars!!! #Ricks2Cents

Stopped by and ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and fries. The grilled steak and peppers were delicious. The bread was put face down on the flat top and grilled, but the outside remained nice and soft. Great fresh cut fries. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of the amount of meat on the sandwich. Put some more meat on the sandwich and I will give you 5 stars.

This place is the best sandwich place around. I wish they had more locations. Food is ALWAYS good! I love the warm and cold options. Will always be a fan.Great staff and service.

THE BEST CHICKEN PHILLY IN A VERY LONG TIME. Everything about the food, service and atmosphere was on point. Forgive me for stepping on toes but Charley's need to take a lesson or two from Penn. I could go own and own but I won't. When I come back towards Downers Grove I will return for a nice juicy sandwich. Excellent job over and beyond

Penn Station has the best philly cheesteak in the area. From the onions to the mushrooms, all the ingredients are harmonious and create a perfect bite. It is a little pricey but it is definitely worth it.

Easy to order at the store, quick service. friendly staff. Ended up having a classic Italian. Tasted good, veggies stood out on flavor. I think their warmer options tend to be better and like their veggie and chicken teriyaki.

Fantastic cheese steaks. Mojo’s is nearby and claims to be more authentic which may be true, but overall I’d much prefer these sandwiches. Fries could be seasoned more but overall they’re great too.

Had a 9 inch Philly Cheesesteak Subw/everything, small fries and a medium drink. Some of the best fries I've had in a while. Everything was made to perfection! Told them it was my first time there, the gentleman that took my order explained everything very well and how it worked. He took his time and I didn't feel like an idiot or rushed. This place is 5 stars all the way! Food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Highly recommend. The total bill with tax was just over $16. Worth every penny.

Sandwiches are so so good and they also make amazing chocolate chunk cookies. Staff is very friendly and prices are good!

Food was delish. Had a salad, sub, and fries. Only lost a star since I was picking up, paid online, and showed up 10 minutes after the time and food was not ready. I'm assuming he wanted to make the fries fresh, which I can appreciate. But just wanted to pick up a bag and go. Otherwise staff was all friendly!

The older gentleman that worked there is so sweet! We ate in bc they closed the Penn Station in bolingbrook, and everyone was so so nice. The food was everything that I remembered. So. Dang. Good!

First time at this location. Busy but the guys making sandwiches made it clear he was a little busy but it was well worth the few minutes. I had this year's ago and loved sandwiches. Glad they brought one here

Great quick service sub place. Their sandwiches are solid, particularly the turkey sub and the teriyaki sub. I'm a bit of a cookie nerd, and Penn Station has my favorite cookie ever. It's a chocolate chip cookie that has the perfect amount doughy-ness to it. The fries are excellent as well, and I'm not even into fries generally.

Chicken terrayaki is amazing. On my visit back to Illinois I had to stop at Penn Station.

Love the service, energy, and most of all the food! Sandwiches and ingredients are so fresh, not to mention their chocolate chip cookie! The cause is great, so going here is my favorite! Way better than jimmy Johns or subway!

Good food but no parking close by.

It's hard to find any Italian food that's hot, fast, and really have good flavor. My favorite is the chicken parm, it's outstanding. And all the subs are cooked to order, fresh and hot.

Penn Station is really great! Their menu here is very nice, their selection is so big, and they have so huge variety to choose from. Everything at this place is great. All of their food are really worth a try. All of it are fair and reasonably priced. You can actually try anything you want and order all of it without breaking your pockets. They are very affordable. While eating an awesome and quality foods you can also save a lot of money compared going to other resto around. This place is really convenient. Penn Station is exceptional! Their employees here are so nice, they really care to all of their customers, and they making friends to the customers by doing their job so perfectly. They always amaze and impress their customers with their service. Very personable staff. Everyone at this place is working so fast and love doing their job. The sandwiches here are amazing.
