3rd time here on a Friday night. Again 1 person making sandwiches and a good 20 people waiting. It took me over 35 minutes to get my food. No cashier. People who wanted to pay cash, get beer etc. waiting 20 minutes for a cashier to show up. And the security person says we all need to be patient for a cashier to show up for work, if they ever do. Finally used credit card in self pay but no reward points. You lost a lot of customers tonight who had cash, no credit cards. Self pay won't allow the sale of alcohol, tobacco products, redemption of gift cards, and more. For a place that just opened, ridiculous. Get it together, WAWA. Unbelievable. After the cashier is fired, do the same to all management. What a grand opening disaster. Management should be much more on top of things at a location that just opened.

This has got to be the slowest Wawa in the Fort Lauderdale metro area. Ordered one thing from the deli counter and it took 25 minutes to be made. The employees can’t be bothered to focus on actually working. They’re constantly goofing around with one another and food is almost always made wrong. The ingredients they use for their sandwiches aren’t fresh either. The management team at this store needs to do better and hire better people. The “security guard” is also rude and unprofessional.

Wawa is a great convenience store that you can always go to in the middle of the day or night. Its open 24 hours and you can get snacks or sandwiches or salads or pizza made to order if thats what you're hankering for. They have all kinds of drinks and supplies like candy, cakes, pastries, cigarettes to lottery tickets to beer. I think Wawa will eventually give 7-11 stores stiff competition.

Good morning, when your store was being build couldn't wait for it to open as I always go to the one on cypress. But low and behold I was so disappointed 😞 with the coldness from some of the staff the first day. I address the staff and he apologized and we made a joke of it. So this morning of 11/21 at 5am went to the laundry and I went to Wawa for the second time to get coffee for it was Tuesday and I was going to buy five and get the fifth free. But low and behold they only had Colombian and regular. Which I like the Cuban too, so I settle and only got one cup and ask the gentleman to heat it for me and he did and the manager wanted him to finish what he was doing and we both said he's helping a customer Lol 😂. When I got to the checkout none was there so the security guard call someone and he was the only one did help with a smile, I let the gentleman know I wanted gas too. He rang me up but my app still hadn't come up so he wanted to charge me for the coffee ☕ and I said to him it was free and he said he needed a code. I showed him I did have the app but it wouldn't come up. Too make a long story short the manager came and she said it's nothing she could do and she chose to throw the coffee out and let me hear her telling the guy to throw it away like it was my fault. I've gone to other Wawa and when that happens they come up with a solution to satisfy their customers. I've work retail and I know without customers you don't get paided to pay your employees. I still love Wawa and if I knew that was going to happen I would have gotten my gas at racetrack. But I'll start taking my long trip back to Cypress where they appreciate their customers and where the managers help you. No this isn't someone that works for other gas companies. 😂😂 Wawa Rocks❤️👍🏽

This is by far the worst run Wawa in the area. I assumed when the place opened that they would work it all out, but no. The restroom has been out of order since they opened. The security is just odd. I don't mean having them. I mean they just act odd. They are slow. They never know the promotions. The signage is often missing. I was so excited to have one so close, but I avoid going there.

There's so Much Talking, Gossiping by the PM Manager/Supervisor about miscellaneous stuff to his employees [females] in full convo while making mistakes on Simple Food orders while not even busy. Stop talking to your staff about blackface or whatever and get the order correctly made . No caramelized onions or avocado spread but a full Pod cast in the food stand. I just imagined 1000 more people jumping off the i95 leaving $3.25 as additional and yall just Tax US. TALK about that $um. I called and spoke to the manager whom name start with a T said they would do something about it tomorrow ....

I don't like this wawa precisely. I always go to the wawa to eat my favorite ham and mustard croissant and every time I arrive at this station 3 times a day there is never any. malanaywr should take action regarding inventory

Manager of this location this is for you One of the worst and worst pizza I ever had I order late night one sausage peeper pizza with name of tushar rana nov 17 2023 ! It’s a scam there is no Sausages in it and the quality of pizza is so bad I can’t tell you guys it’s smelling so bad I don’t know what kind of cheese in it ! Later on I need to order again from pizza from papa John’s which help me in night !
