Absolutely terrible experience. A complete rip off , don’t come here. The staff are rude. It’s supposed to be a cheap place to go stay but it’s not because they charge all these extra fees. I didn’t get my damage fees back which was $100 and the fees were an extra $80. Parking you had to pay for. All together for 4 nights I paid $316. When I should’ve only paid $105. I bleached the room and cleaned it. The sheets were not ruined which which they wanna claim. When I got there the toilet was broken and I had to fix that myself. Which is why some of the towels were used to clean. The people there all do drugs and it feels very unsafe when there’s crackheads following you to get you to come and party with them. I’m pissed. This is a motel not a hotel.. don’t waste your money.

From the start entered the room strip the bed it’s dirty old Chinese restaurant receipt under sheets brown stains on sheets, hair in the sink asked for new sheets they changed the sheets. Before I went to my event I did the same thing with the bed pulled back the sheets, not even fitted sheets they used the top sheet and tucked it under. Booked hotel as a precaution. Didn’t end up needing the room. Didn’t take a shower or anything and they charged me for destroyed linens. Just not to refund the deposit, I imagine that’s why the price is so low they don’t refund the deposits that they hold. Urine smells all throughout the hallway didn’t want anything to touch me felt like I would contract something on the way to the room. No fridge no ice buckets. Don’t even waste your time. This hotel is for guest that are in between housing and need a low price place to stay. Can’t speak with anyone at the hotel they don’t have access to refund. Some of the front desk staff need training in hospitality, rude and aggressive.

Wow, the interior designers of this place really outdid themselves. The curtains look like they were stolen out of a mental rehabilitation facility, but personally I feel it creates a very homey atmosphere. The sink is crooked, but I choose to believe it’s an art installation. The bed the felt like cardboard, but to me that’s as comfy as they come. The nightstand was unfinished and wobbly , but it adds a rustic touch that keeps me on my toes when setting my drink down . There’s a locked door in our room that is covered up by a desk, but I feel that it’s here to remind me that when one door closes , another will open. I’m pretty sure the smoke detector is outdated , but like I said , keeps me on my toes. I personally love the location. Many people gather in the parking lot during late hours and tend to get a little wild, but it really makes you feel welcomed into the community with open arms. The LED lights wrapping the building are what is the cherry on top because it gives a nightclub feel. If I have one complaint, it’s that I wasn’t able to stay here longer. The room looked nothing like the pictures , but hey, do any of us? 5 stars

The Pictures do NOT match the real deal at all! The receptionists upon arrival were nice and helpful. Very friendly, however the Night crew was lazy and Clearly High. Toilet stopped working 2 times, the first time during the morning someone came up in 15 minutes. During the night time, the lady at the desk couldn’t focus and was all over the place. Waited in the room for an hour and Nobody came. Had to go all night without a bathroom coming down from the 3rd floor to the lobby. They said there were designated smoking areas, however all I could smell was cigarettes in my room. When going to the bar, the workers English wasn’t good, and she overcharged us for drinks not even giving up what we asked for. The food is good otherwise. The room was dirty, and the floors were sticky with nasty black residue on it. Couldn’t even shower without shoes on. This hotel is only good if you needed a couple hours of sleep before a flight. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for eight days it was the worst experience ever. They were cockroaches in my room. Then I asked to change rooms and they were more cockroaches in that room. In the pictures it shows you a beautiful Hotel. It is nothing compared or what the picture shows. This is a false advertising. It’s very ghetto Hotel low class people taking drugs and falling off a roof. The staff are great. They are very helpful, but the hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in plus is over price so that hotel please don’t stay in this hotel is the worst hotel. The pictures that you see it’s not the whole child that you’re going to state the worst experience ever and I got over charge for it.I would like my money back people doing drugs in the whole way knowing that there is kids around that is unacceptable. This is a low class hotel. Nothing to do with the pictures in the website.

HORRIBLE! Stay anywhere else! The front desk was rude. They messed up my reservation & denied me my room even after showing them my Confirmation email. They asked me to rebook and pay with a diff card. I did because I was exhausted and just needed rest instead of driving. They offered me a discount after the inconvenience and then charged me the FULL RATE anyway. I called the next day to resolve this, they told me there was no note regarding my discount and they put me on hold until I gave up trying to talk to anyone further. I would rate this zero stars if possible. Also, the pix online don’t match the room. Gross.

Good evening Mrs. Tiffany is the best at the front desk she really should be an assistant manager or a manager. She really made my stay amazing but there is one thing you have someone that’s having a party at the hotel and the pool is closed for the guest that paid for their room and they want to charge people $20 dollars to get in the pool that’s very crazy you’ll loose a lot of guess this way. So how are you going to accommodate your guest and there is nothing to do but get in the pool and your stopping that, corporate will hear about this situation that’s happening. Not good at all

Don’t trust photos. Not what expected. The rooms were more run down then photos let on. After signing to agree to the security deposit and the no smoking agreement I walked into a room that smelled of cigarettes and weed. The gentlemen at the front desk quickly offered to change our room to one that had some stains and such but not as bad as the original room. Good enough for a one night stay that we used the room for 8 hours. At night it was less sketchy when security confirmed we were guest of the hotel before we could park, nice amount of lighting in the parking lot and other noticeable security measures. For the price it was a place to sleep. Would not choose again, also spoke to others in elevator who were also dissatisfied with the hotel once arriving. Would like if it felt cleaner and was renovated to fit the feel the photos and outside of the building give.

I do want to start off by saying the only good part first is the employees was very nice. Now the bad parts…. I travel a lot and this hotel is the worst so far. I seen a few roaches and huge rat. Woke me up around 1am heard a sound like something was going through a bag. It came out from underneath the sink where they put something over the hole. The walls was very thin I heard more than I should’ve with my 6 year old daughter in the room with me. They put a lot more money into to event part than the rooms. I paid $100 a night plus there’s a hundred dollar deposit and it takes 7 days to get it back. Definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t ever stay there again even if they gave me a week for free. It’s not even worth that.

I think I had the best experience I ever had with a hotel front desk clerk. Micheal was very kind and very prompt to answer our questions. Gave use great directions to a wonderful steakhouse. When we got in the room it was very welcoming and smelled cleaned. If I was about to give him more stars I would. This man definitely need to be move up in his position. We will be staying here again. ☮️💚🙂

From the moment I walked through the doors of this hotel, the warm and genuine reception we received set the tone for our stay. A particular commendation must go to Yvonne, the lady at the front desk who truly embodied the spirit of exceptional hospitality. Yvonne was not only professional but also profoundly helpful, embodying the epitome of customer service. She was accommodating to my needs, from minor queries to more significant requests, with a promptness and level of care that surpassed all expectations. She went out of her way to ensure that my stay was comfortable, proving to be a veritable asset to the hotel's team. From check-in to check-out, Yvonne made me feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. Her pleasant demeanor, coupled with her willingness to go above and beyond, transformed what could have been a typical hotel stay into a memorable experience. Her commitment to guests and unmatched service standard is what will undoubtedly keep guests coming back. As for the rooms themselves, they left a bit to be desired. While they were clean and fundamentally functional, there is room for improvement in terms of modernizing the decor and improving the comfort level of the furnishings although the bed was very comfortable. The outdated nature of the room interiors somewhat contrasted the otherwise excellent service. However, the overall experience was positive. The minor room shortcomings were far outweighed by the outstanding service provided by Yvonne and her team. This is a clear case where the people make the place, and I would certainly return to this hotel for the service alone. In conclusion, this hotel, thanks to its dedicated and attentive staff provides an enjoyable stay. For anyone seeking a location where the staff goes the extra mile for your comfort, look no further.

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally never had a worse experience with a hotel. We found an actual cockroach in the bathroom. The music playing from the pool area was so loud that the bass shook our car when we parked. We could not relax after our flight. We had 3 more days scheduled to stay at this hotel the following week that we immediately canceled after seeing what we were dealing with. Believe all of the poor reviews you see here. One couple we met walked in to make a reservation and quickly walked right back out. Spend. The. Extra. Money.

This place should not be on anyone's website, I got to the hotel at 11am and they would not check me in till 4pm, the lobby was the only place I can say was clean, rooms were horrible, I had to change rooms because shower didn't work, there was a big gap under my door so all the ac was going out, the towels were dirty. I went and bought towels because I had called for new ones, but after an hour and no towels, no cable, bought bottles of water just to brush my teeth. Tried to check out, I was told I would be charged for the first night plus the $67.00 for essential. I will never book with them. This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

the hotel itself isn’t horrible for the price. the staff were nice and the room was clean. but there was a lady yelling at someone outside of my room all night and nobody did anything about her until she started yelling in the lobby the next morning. also they are currently trying to keep my security deposit saying that the bedding and towels are damaged. i know for a fact they’re not, especially because one of the beds wasn’t even used. was told to call back tomorrow so we’ll see if they fess up and return my deposit or not.

🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ RUN 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ ... One of the nastiest, motels, " NOT A HOTEL"... "their advertising pictures are all lies". The elevator has wood boarded across them, the paint on the walls & floors nasty . Trash everywhere and when it rains, it floods your car... They try not to give you your money back. You have to contact your bank. Not worth trying. You will regret it.

Close to high so can hear traffic day and night. None of the ice machines worked on any floor! Had problem with washing machine, stole my money. Line very long at front desk. Security was very rude! Did not feel safe at all in parking while i smoked lots of drug activity and shady people in/out.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to staying here. Charging a resort fee and a parking fee for a place that isn’t up to par leaves you feeling like you’re getting ripped off. They don’t tell you this until you check in, at which point you can walk away and lose your initial booking payment or stay and pay the additional fees. There is a club inside the hotel, and thought the music didn’t reach all the way to the hotel rooms, the place gets packed and you can’t find parking that you paid for. I would not stay with children here. I did have positive interactions with two staff members, but in general, everyone else was rude. I normally do not leave negative reviews unless I feel like it’s warranted, but I feel that it is my duty to warn others who might be considering staying here. Pay a little extra up front and stay at a nicer place. It is not worth the headache.

It's not a bad hotel. The rooms are fairly clean. TV has good stations..I had a cockroach in my room this past stay. NOT COOL..There is a service fee they hit you with at the hotel. Be prepared for an Extra 40$ minimum.

This hotel is the dirtiest I have ever stayed in. The a/c doesn't work. The telephone in the room doesn't work. The elevator makes a lot of noise. I checked out earlier than expected. Alejandro at the front desk was very rude. He has no customer service skills. The location is terrifying. Overall stay away from this disgusting place. Please let everyone know your experience so this hotel can go out of business. Thanks

Hotel is ok. The outside really needs maintenance/updating. Beds feel they have been there a couple of decades. Hotel/resort fees? Why? At least use this extra fee to offer cable TV, not local antenna channels! Management, hope you take all these negative reviews into consideration. Owner says in every response, "we'll do better, will improve ". I suggest you truly take into account all the multiple negative reviews.

Nice pool, nice bar at night when it’s open. However, my first room had bugs in the mattress, the second room fridge didn’t work and the walls were paper thin. If you’re looking for something last minute or cheap it works, just check the room for bugs first. Also there’s like one nice guy at the desk everyone else just seemed annoyed to be there. Pool guy was the only employee that actually seemed friendly. Definitely not worth the $290 rate, but got us through the week.

The service here is not bad (there are many employees who have a snobby attitude but a few will help u with anything). The location is alright because there is waffle house nearby but the room isn't good, the room doesn't have a working phone. The dresser hardly has drawers with handles and the shower is very unpleasant. I also saw 3 cockroaches in the room (1 coming out of the vent) and I found a purple dried gloop on the ceiling and a iron mark on the floor but yet with all of these faults the person and or people who cause these issues had payed for them beforehand (because u have to do $100 deposit in case u break or damage anything) so why aren't these faults fixed.....because this really turned me off of this place but 1 of the only reasons I enjoyed being here, is the pool. The pool is well taken care of and clean ( unlike the rooms).

I checked in on Thursday evening. Friday morning maid enter room 3 times unannounced, the final time she laughed! I told her you woke me out my sleep again not funny. She said, just wanted to know if you need anything I stated no. 2 days later still no service so I ask her could she clean the room! She said no we can give you towels, coffee in which I took. By day 4 still no cleaning. Spoke to another maid whom used her walk-in talkie to dispatch that my room get clean the following day. Did not happen! Day 5 I go to front desk complain to the manager and he said the $28.00 service fee was for the amenities not cleaning! So I said you don’t clean the rooms daily? He said yes they should that’s why I received the credit of $28.00 for 1 day! Day 6 I was told I owe $78.00 for damage towels. The towels were never damage with 2 adults let alone sheets! This is a bad practice to take your deposit! An Anatari reception was very helpful and requested charges be removed , but I was then ask to leave the hotel! All because I reported on the maid for not doing her job! The manager I think his name was Brian was courteous the first day, but wouldn’t not come out to speak with me the following day! Beside me dealing with late night parties and can’t rest! I was here previously about month ago they took half my deposit alleging I didn’t check out! Cheap price deposit is required after pre paid reservations! Two service fees when you go through 3rd parties! Bad parking I will never go there again!!! Read the reviews all sound alike! Sad

If I can leave no stars I would. Horrible. Pictures are misleading and smell of weed everywhere. First time in fort lauderdale and it next time a different hotel never again here. On top of that housekeeping don't even charge sheets. They remade the bed with dirty sheets. For all I know someone else slept on them before me. As a hotel cleaner /hotel supervisor myself it was TOTALLY unacceptable for how much I paid and why the hell charge for parking. It should be free and included like every other hotel. Hotel sucked. Learn from your competitors.

Do Not... I repeat Do Not waste your time or money with this disgrace of a motel. Front desk workers were very rude and bothered by any request we had such as only one bed has a comforter or none of our outlets worked. Not clean at all and roaches. Also I forgot to mention it was a Saturday night so this 5 story motel basically turns into a 5 story night club. People sitting in all stairwells smoking weed, yelling and screaming throughout the place. And the music was so loud unbelievable. Pictures look nice online but I assure you that is only the way the lobby looks. Wish I could have left ZERO stars.

This is a bad hotel. They should not call it a hotel. Very unsafe and laud place to stay. The customer service was horrible. Person the front desk throw papers on me and didn’t greet well. When we are going to the room the walk by the balconi was broken and nasty water and smell of pee was there. Also shady people were stairing at us. The room didn’t had any towels there was no phone, none of the electrical outlet works to charge my phone. TV don’t work, room smells like weed and smoke. Bed looked filthy and smells like smoke. I had a horrible experience. Please don’t book that hotel

Staff is wonderful. But holy cow this is the most ghetto hotel I've ever seen. Zero water pressure. Zero hot water in the shower. Which is weird cause the bathroom sink ONLY puts out hot water..no cold water. Ac is extremely loud and doesn't get cold. Junkies and homeless people hanging around outside and by the parking. Everything just screams trap hotel. Go 10 min down the street. Pay a bit more. Do not go to this hotel

There is renovations actively ongoing and I'm giving this stay a 4 Star due to the price value. The hotel lobby was completely renovated and the outside pool area was getting there. The room was no frills and needed updating. Overall good price value and I'm looking forward to seeing what this hotel becomes in six months.

Love the retro rooms!! Our king-size bed was SO comfy. Loved the solid wood over-sized furniture and crown molding. Kitchenette, eating space and a large couch which opens into a bed was a nice surprise, too. They have a beautifully landscaped inner courtyard and swimming pool. Large rooms for events can be rented, also.

This place is for emergency purposes.. There rooms are nasty the TV didn't work and the toilet didn't flush.. I reserved a suite by the pool with a Sleeping sofa instead I got a room with a so called city view and a couch. The room had a living room I'd say and a bedroom there was only one TV and it was not working the screen showed horribly. I went and got 2 of my own TV's from storage just to have something for me an my son to look at. The pool is beautiful but not well kept it's very dirty around the whole hotel except the Lobby.

I made a reservation here because I had missed a flight, it was late and it was one of the most affordable options in the area. The pictures looked very nice also. When I arrived from the airport, there were big groups of people standing around outside and security guards with bulletproof vests standing in the parking lot. It was a Friday night and it was pretty busy and there were groups of young folks walking in and out of the building as I stood in line to check in. The staff was very professional and even kind. While this is advertised as a hotel (room doors inside), it is actually a motel (room doors outside). The building looks old and worn and seems to badly need some upkeep. My room was very clean, though it looked disappointingly worn and dated, except for the bed, which was the important part for me. Though the area and clientele seemed a bit sketchy, my stay was safe and quiet with no disturbances. The bed was roomy and comfortable with functional amenities (microwave and fridge). I didn't have time to use it, but the pool area looked very nice and we'll kept. I ended up paying around $100. I think $50 for my two room suite would be reasonable.

Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When we arrived to check in several other guests were arguing with staff. People wandered in and asked for rooms at 11 at night. One man was given the wrong room and walked in on someone else. On the way up to the room, many of the air conditioners were leaking. When we actually GOT to the room, it seemed nice enough. It was clean. However, the lock on the door was broken. It doesn't latch. We had to rely on a secondary lock and a chair to keep the door closed. Several outlets were not functional, and the one that was shook so much in the wall that I was afraid to use it. Staff was decently friendly at least.

This place is a total catfish! Pictures are NOT what it is! DON’T stay here!!!! Dirty, mold, run down & just completely unacceptable! Our friend booked the room & we came to visit him, let’s just say I’m so glad we didn’t give this place a dime! I would rate it ZERO stars if I could! One star is giving them too much credit. & they try to bribe you to leave them a good review by taking off the convenience fee.

I need to start out by saying this place has a ton of potential! The Lux restaurant attached to it has the cutest outdoor area that backs onto the hotel pool and the ambiance is really nice! The showers have hot water the pool area is clean. The lady at check-in was really nice and the staff has been helpful and friendly. I do suggest you read other reviews before coming but I also think that if you're willing to give it a chance it's not so terrible!

Yvonne was the by far the best staff with exceptional customer service, as well as the other young lady in the front with her! She made the accommodation and made sure my stay was a great one! She was very helpful and friendly and kept me laughing and comfortable throughout my whole experience! I will be returning soon for sure!

Stayed here for about a week and was not satisfied at all, the rooms did not feel all that clean and the beds were sloppily made, whatever products they used on the floors made the place extremely slippery even when the floors were dry, I spotted a roach. The bathtub needs to be renovated, seems they painted it and the paint is wearing away now. The water in the bathroom is green, not sure if that’s a normal occurrence there in Florida but definitely not where I’m from lol. I’ll be attaching photos for reference Forgot to say that housekeeping stopped by but left no new towels and the tub was not cleaned. I worked as a housekeeper for some time so I know these are stuff that are always supposed to be done.

One word: seedy. Booked thru Priceline. Unable to refund room. The club music started at 8 and is EXTREMELY LOUD. I took a shower as soon as I got here and the water is cold and there are no towels. Asked for towels and hours later I still have not received them. Where is chef Gordon Ramsey at to set this right?! Freaking nightmare!!! And I can’t get my money back…this is a whole scheme.

Horrible experience. Ridiculous service charge added to the over priced ticket. Got there and wanted to go to bed early as I had to catch a flight at 3AM and they had party music playing so loudly in the pool area that is was shaking the walls until 10:30pm. I put my earplugs in and turned up the AC to try and drown out the noise to no avail. The bed was so squeaky it was quite humorous. Woke up and got on the elevator and there was a huge yellow puddle that looked like pee in there. Disgusting! Once I got off i stopped at the water fountain to get a sip of water only to find out it was broken. No water for me I guess. Bad decision. Never again.

They did everything wrong They did everything wrong. I failed to look at their reviews. They should not be allowed to book anything. They lie and hide what they are booking for you. They dress it up and get you to hurry by saying we don't have many rooms left, but we will get you in. Beware of what you get, ask about the hidden fees. I asked and they didn't tell me. I drove a long way to get there and I have stage 4 cancer. I didn't have the energy to look for another room at that point.. The chair and bed were stained and torn, the wall paint was bubbling and I could only get 3 TV channels. I will be writing the health department, I have pictures. I did ask for my money back and the manager asked me to leave. Date of experience: December 02, 2023

The room is below average only good enough for less than a week stay. No microwave in room and the kettle was dirty. The mattrass is also very weak. I believe the room I was assigned is mostly for motel purposes. My trip was not very long so I did not raise an issue with staff.

You get what you pay for, didn't like that it's $100 security deposit but it is what it is, just waiting for it to be returned to me. Room was fine, no roaches, or anything to make me feel like I should leave. Didn't like that my room was right next to the train tracks. Overall it was good spot to stay if you're just there for the weekend

Stayed for three nights and we had to switch because the first room was molded. I wouldn’t advice nobody to stay here

THE PHOTOS ARE NOT REAL!! Booked the hotel, stood outside in dismay for like 10 mins. Walked up the stairs, inside the room and without hesitation, walked right out. The entire building is so ratchet and ghetto. Literally next door to a waffle house. 😷😷😷

  • 2/5 Heather C. 2 years ago on Google
It was ok. The outside needs updating. The lobby looked way better than expected. This place has event rooms so expect crowds and security in evening. People always hanging in front of there room in walkway smoking while you trying to pass. If you like outside motel then it will be ok. Overall just ok and price was good. Too crowded during covid time and no mask and social distance of guest not staff. Staff was nice at desk. Its the guest.

  • 1/5 Jermaine S. 2 years ago on Google
The pictures online made the place look great. Honestly, I was fooled. The outside of the building was worn down looking and the people staying at the motel looked sketchy. When I booked the room online they put my girlfriend's name as the primary instead of mine so I had to wait for her to get to the place before I could check in. Even though my name and card was on the reservation. Once we walked into the room immediately their was a smell. The room said it had wood floors but actually was tile. The tub was not clean and we had to go to the store to buy cleaning products before we could take a shower. I booked for two nights and was not going to stay that long. Come the next day we went to the front desk to check out and the lady told me "I was already checked out". How was I already checked out if I paid for 2 nights? Never staying here again and I do not recommend coming here unless your just looking for a place to hook up with someone.

Its rough. It was a party environment the one night we stayed due to a flight delay. So, if that's what you're going for its the place for you. Our shower was old. It had a giant hole in the ceiling that was poorly patched. It had old linoleum flooring that was torn up. No headboard on the beds just mattresses. The sheets were clean and super soft and the staff was very nice though so 2 stars.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I DON’T CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE, IT IS NOT SAFE! ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN! If you can’t afford anywhere else find a safe well lit place and sleep in your car. I guarantee you will have more peace of mind. I’ve lived in projects and janky motels for many years of my life but my experience here was notably horrible. The Staff was honestly friendly and check in was smooth. There was a surprise $100 deposit and fees but so be it. I won’t complain about the physical state of the hotel because you get what you paid for however, this hotel completely transforms into a dangerous place at night. While there is “security” I’m sure they are just residents in t shirts not actual professionals. Many sketchy people live here and 3 things happened in my brief 13 hour stay at this hotel. 1. Checked in mid-day and after being in my room for maybe 15 minutes a fight breaks out. It escalated to threats of shooting and this goes on for awhile with security never showing up. 2. Watched Random people walk the halls and linger outside of rooms peering into windows and testing the handles on doors. Once again no security. 3. This was hard to deal with and it does pain me to write. I do realize that some may not agree with my inaction but I am not from the area and in my experience I was not confident that I would be safe by involving myself. Very late at night I was woken up by violent screams and pleadings through the walls from a woman being severely beaten. It went on for some time along with multiple doors slamming and the beating carrying on to the hallways of the property. Once again even though there was “security” on the property in the walkways, they were no where to be found. I could not sleep after this. I had my son & nephew with me and I was worried they would wake out of their sleep to that nightmare. If I was in a more secure environment I would have acted more decisively, please forgive me for my inaction. Police were never called and sadly I do not know what happened to that poor woman. At first light I checked out of the hotel and did not look back. Please do not stay here, ignore every single good review you see here. While these reviews may be true for those certain people, I promise that the overwhelming majority of bad reviews paint a far more accurate picture of this establishment. I was very disappointed by my experience

The Grand us came a long way in the past year. The rooms are getting better. The suites are definitely the way to go if you’re staying in Fort Lauderdale. They are clean, they have plenty of Hygiene I started seeing makeup removers wipes now. My tv, ac and all the lights work in my room. Today Tiffany checked me in today. Her customer service is outstanding! She’s always so claim even when she has a line of people at check-in. I’m a customer service director so I have to point out excellent customer service when I see it. The pool is Beautiful with cabanas now! The outside of the building has a beautiful mural now. I enjoy seeing the improvements made so far I know they aren’t done yet.

From check in to check out, the experience was great. It was an older facility but extremely well-kept. The rooms looked brand new and were extremely clean. The pool area almost felt like it had a big resort feel. The parking lot was secure. There was also a security staff which made staying there feel extremely safe. I would most definitely book there again!

When I first entered the hotel, I was greeted and felt welcomed. Yvonne at the desk helped me out alot & answered all my questions. Rooms were clean and spacious. I LOVE coming to this hotel. Also on certain nights, there's entertainment. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE STAFF AS WELL.

Nice Hotel for the price. It was clean and comfortable. Free coffee but no breakfast unless you pay for it. Nice pool, and some of the best fake grass I've seen! 😆 You might even see an iguana or two. (They ran up the tree to quickly for a pic)

Room was not the cleanest tub could have been cleaner floor was not swept very dusty and fitted sheet missing little stuff that looked like eggs of insects were underneath the flat sheet yuck 🤢 🤮 but relatively quiet and fixtures and furniture very nice everything worked no microwave and old safe definitely could do with a coat of paint. Manager that checked us in was top notch courteous, professional and definitely a people person. Was pleased to see security on the compound and although the elevator didn’t work it was nice to have to walk up the stairs having a nice breeze blowing our way, all in all not a bad experience just need honest people who are going to really clean the rooms not just say they’re going to or that they did. May God bless us all 🙏

The front desk staff is totally AMAZING! Day or night, Ta is normally day shift, Gab, Jean and Nay are evening. Wonderful caring staff! On the other hand the maid service is not great, literally have to beg for room to be cleaned and then they don’t clean the bathrooms well. Same stains around the toilet for over a month, since I checked in. This place is also very affordable!

Stayed here while in the process of moving… not bad but did have to change rooms a few times before getting a decent room… 1st room door was broken. 2nd room box spring was broken. Maintenance came fast and exchanged it out, respectfully… I was satisfied with that room. I did book again and was giving an decent room. Each room I visited did have slow draining water in the shower which causes bottom of tub to somewhat fill while showering. The front desk receptionist evening shift (Gabe) as well as the female is very helpful, understanding and nice. Rooms are you get what you pay for!..

I love this hotel so much that I had to write a second review I’ve been here for about a month now waiting for my house to be finished and the stock is by far the main reason why I have not changed Hotels for me. Stay waiting to move. Antonio and Yvonne our a couple of the nighttime stuff and I love getting off of work and seeing them. They are so nice and sweet and go out of their way for you. They never have an attitude or look like they’re miserable at their job like other employees at other hotels so it makes returning to the hotel very pleasant. Roger I’d another employee that always have me laughing hysterically when I see him. I recommended this hotel to a few of my friends. They’ve all stayed here and all said the same thing ,we all love it here.

Decent hotel to stay for ONE DAY…I guess. The lobby elevator did not work so we had to walk ALL THE WAY to the other side of the hotel to another elevator (hence it’s hot weather with 2 large suitcases). The hotel room was decent. Large enough space with a large bathroom but only 2 towels… The next morning instead of waking up to my alarm on my phone, I woke up to a fire alarm!! Thinking that it was an emergency, we rushed out our room only to see other tenants chilling outside like nothing was gong on. Eventually figuring out that there was NO EMERGENCY! The fire alarm lasted for 30 mins. 🙄 Another concern is seeing one of the housekeepers mopping the lobby floor with white towels! Hopefully those aren’t towels they use for hotel guests.😖 Other than that, decent hotel. Also if you try to call the hotel, either they place you on hold for a LONG time or just hang up on you. Just keep calling until they pick up.

I’ve been to grand hotel 3 times now and I don’t usually write reviews but here I am. Yvonne has the most amazing customer service I have ever seen. Friendly, helpful, and quick with service i definitely hope to see her every time I check in, she was able to assist me while multitasking with another customer who was being very unreasonable yet she still kept a smile and was able to resolve his problem while setting up my room again AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!

Yvonne Hayes is the greatest customer service rep. She is attentive, patient and know her job. My experience here was fantastic and will continue to be here until I find permanent residence. Thanks Yvonne for making my stay very pleasant and comfortable.
