Fresh clean store fully stocked prices are standard. Usually go straight to take out section order up freshly made deli foods. They do have a fried or rotisserie chicken made throughout the day or dinner plates with sides. Prices are good for take out items. Deli also makes sandwiches to go. There's a huge selection of grocery frozen foods meats dairy fish bakery and limited produce. I find produce on the expensive side. This Publix is right next to Five Below store. There's another Publix across the large road.

Publix quality of customer service as well as fresh vegetables and fruits have truly gone down hill so much so that I am going to try my best not to shop there going forward. I spent over 300.00 there Friday night and my cashier had to ring up my groceries and help me pack them when she was done. Not one customer assistance personnel stopped by to assist. I special ordered some meats the day before we go to pick up our order and nobody knew anything about it. It's absolutely not a pleasure to shop at Publix anymore..

Publix is great. Been shopping at them for years but i’ve now been to this Deli about 4 times since it’s close to work and I am extremely frustrated at the amount of time we had to wait for a simple sub. The deli workers walk with extreme patience knowing there’s 15 people in the line. This is the slowest Publix deli in Florida. Do not go here for your lunch break, you’ll spend the whole time waiting for a sub.

I was doing some Instacart orders and the deli was packed no one was communicating with anyone who was waiting after waiting 16 mins to be acknowledged I was told I should have called ahead for my order. Now mind you I was told this in a rude way. I spoke with a manager I hope they fixed it. Because it was unnecessary. I do not want to hear back talk from employees. I don't need it. And it shouldn't be tolerated period. I don't need slick comments. I've shopped at hundreds of publix's and never been treated this way. It was a disappointment. They are making my job harder as well as their own. Because things are simple and as a Instacart shopper I cannot control what the customers have ordered. Making everyone's jobs harder by not just listening to what we need. If they didn't have it I would have understood but they had it, so why the extra comments about ordering ahead. ???? If you do not like your job quit. Life is too short to be miserable 😖 Love you publix

I have enjoyed using this Publix for almost 40 years now. That goes back to when it was formerly in what is now the Beale's. Management has always done a good job hiring and training staff at this location. As food prices soar Publix is usually one of the lead stores in raising prices. This forces many of us to some of the lower price competitors. Publix often has buy one get one free offers on brand name foods so shop wisely. Their produce is among the best and usually priced reasonably. At least once a month they have a buy one get one free on the beer and if it happens to be a brand new like Wow you won't get that anywhere else. Good choices in the fish department although prices vary the supply and demand. Their pharmacy one me over 10 years ago when CVS botched my scripts. They have an excellent text communication system for letting you know when your scripts are ready. I had a vehicle stolen out of this parking lot many years ago so make sure you lock up and be aware of your surroundings coming and going. It is well lit however the grounds crew frequently turns the sulfur loaded water sprinklers on and completely screws up a nice wax job on your car. I'm not blaming this on Publix it's the owners of the plaza. If you have a nice vehicle do not park next to the trees and grass.

As usual, public standards are still great. They're very helpful. They normally have enough registers open. So you don't have to wait too long. They have a lot of buy one. Get one options and I love their lemonade oh my goodness

Great subs. I like that they have a large variety of items you can shop for, and at great prices. The employees are polite and help you with what you're looking for.

I have been eating their fried chicken every time I come into town. This was the first location where they fried their chicken in the same oil as their shrimp. No regard to food allergies or proper food safety.

Great place to go grocery shopping. Typically not very busy until the holidays. The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. The reason for giving four stars is because of how expensive everything is. I found multiple items at other retail stores for a fraction of the cost.

Great variety, shelves always stocked and produce is to 70% fresh. Stuff and store assistance is so la la. Some employees goe out of their way to assist but majority (esp. younger staff) doesn't really care; just wants to finish their hours and that's it... Not very interested in their actual job positions, missing product knowledge and actually doesn't care to know. Therefore not very helpful in assisting customers. Like everywhere nowadays, you have to do your own research beforehand and prepare it all yourself: can't count on staff. Sad but true.

I recently visited this Publix, first time at this location, I asked the butcher to make a diagonal cut on spareribs to make rib tips and he Absolutely refused. Saying that it was at his discretion and that he could lose a finger! I told him that my neighborhood Publix does it all the time upon request. I immediately went across the the street to store #1662, made the same request, the butcher said,”Sure, no problem.” I got exactly what I wanted. The butcher was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for your help!!

Let me tell you, I was having an almost emergency. (Lady-related) I needed to purchase something and then use the bathroom. I went to the customer service counter to make sure I could purchase and then take it to the bathroom with me. Vanessa, I think was her name, was really nice. Not only did she sympathize with me.but she cashed me out and made sure I knew where the bathroom was. Thank you Publix, for hiring good people.

We where going to go next door and throw axes, stopped here first to have a drink, since we had already went for dinner. The bartender was very pleasant and attentive. She served us our drinks, we took them to our table. Women's bathroom was very clean and stocked well, the outside area was clean. Very pleasurable experience

Fairly standard for a Publix. Newer stores in the suburbs have more pizzazz and amenities. Chicken and beef were particularly expensive this visit. Watch for sales as some chicken cuts were buy-one-get-one.

Cashier's really need to learn how to grab a loaf of bread. You do not pinch in the center you grab at opening. Also everytime I shop here there is always somebody stocking something blocking the isle. On a Saturday. I know nobody does overnight stocking anymore but teach employees to be aware that customers need to get down isles. It can be done I worked over 20 years in the grocery business.

Great Publix, they have a few things I don't usually see. They have a nice Greenwise collection. Be careful when it rains, it wasn't heavy rains yet the parking lot was flooded in the middle! Large Publix with many GF items.

Love that they added a self checkout, very helpful and efficient. Store is well stocked and clean. Bakery usually has some kind of desert, they don’t really have a lot of bread options like they use to. Only really go here for the sales as everything is getting expensive.

great produce. reliable for their variety, but prices are WAY high, even with the economy in mind. almost double for the same yogurt compared to Aldi's or Trader Joe's. kind staff!

This is a great location for convenience. I did notice that the prices are a little cheaper if you go to one of their larger locations. The staff are always polite and respectful they make my customer experience!

Amy who works in the back with the seafood / sushi is such a blessing. Great attitude, very kind, she touched my heart yesterday (form of an expression) with her energy. Wanted to make sure I took the time to write this out.

This has been my Publix for 5 years now. I never have an issue in store but forget trying to call for anything. You get transferred, put on hold and most times hung up on. Most of the bad reviews seem to be for the deli department and I would have to agree they seem a little mismanaged but overall the store and employees are always pleasant when I shop in store.

This store has great prices & Is well stocked. The restrooms are nice & very clean. The parking lot use to be a nightmare but if you come at the right times it has gotten much better. Marilyn has the shopping carts nice & clean & ready for the customers. The bakery & deli departments are two of the best I've seen at any Publix.

There is another Publix directly across Commercial from this one. Make sure you have the right one before online ordering - I have stood in this one and the other one still comes up as the closest. They really need to fix this.

Classic clean organized Publix supermarket. You visit one and probably you visit them all. The odd thing: there's another Publix right across the street!

I have been coming to this Publix for 20 years and the deli service is absolutely terrible. How many times I’ve ordered an online sub, expecting it to be ready in the 30-40 minute time frame they give me… only to come an hour later and the subs not even being made yet… and they were NOT busy. Publix subs used to be a treat and now, I’m just taken back by how slow and Unpersonable the deli group is. A girl had her sub made and done while im still waiting here for the subs I ordered over an hour ago. If I could give a 0 star I would. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and this is not the way to do your job efficiently.very dissapointed.

Located in the Northridge Shopping Center, this Publix is large and clean with organized aisles. Many people were around shopping, but it didn't feel crowded. Satisfactory customer service. Had the same enjoyable shopping experience here as I do at every other Publix supermarket I have been to. Though the prices are little higher, their products are always fresh and in stock.

Definitely one of the better grocery stores in the area. Full supply of products, spacious, plenty of parking, and helpful staff - the 2-3 times I've had an issue here over the years they've gone out of their way to help. More recently, after losing my COVID vaccination card, their pharmacy staff verified my records and created a new card for me. Safe to say this is my go-to store now.

Ray, in the deli dept. gets all of 5 stars and then some. Not only does he make one heck of a sandwich, (I've never witnessed anyone who will actually chop up your chosen ingredients) to top your sandwich with. It makes all the difference!...and a pleasant, friendly attitude to go with it. This guy really cares and it shows. He should be recognized and rewarded for his amazing customer service.

It's Publix, what else is there to say. Friendly and helpful staff, fresh baked goods and incredible sandwiches for an afternoon out. Great deals on beer and wine, it's pretty much got everything you need. Hot soups, hot food, fresh seafood, frozen food as well. My only complaint is that they don't have coffee. Otherwise you'd get a full five stars. Please start carrying hot coffee...

For a Publix, this store has more of a neighborhood market feel. The personnel are super helpful, friendly and generally pleasant. It's on the small side but usually has what you need. Parking is rarely a problem and while the store is busy it never feels crowded and the wait is never very long for the deli, customer service, check out or pharmacy. I always find this store a pleasant shopping experience

Unbelievable. Two regular checkout lines while both lines get backed up by 3 seep with carts fill of groceries. Meanwhile, 1 checkout person is filling candy boxes and a manager comes out, takes care of one customer and then walks away.

Really Great Customer Service Throughout the entire store. From entry to exit, the best Publix Shopping experience in customer service. Jose is polite to Ms. Shirley the bagger even the ladies in the back in the fruit department. Awesome job to everyone long time having being this excited about being a customer 😏.

Publix sets the standard with fine quality foods. The stores are consistently offering a very positive shopping experience because of bakery, produce, deli, meats & .seafood. Great staff
