Suppose to be a 24 hour location came in at 3am meet other guest sitting in the dining area and was told I could not dine in only order out! I work a 12 hour shift ! The workers were rude ! I could have went to other establishments because my plan was to dine in ! I use this as a resting place to recover ! This is not ihop culture and I have never experience such inconsistency with any of the other branches !

Service here has improved soooo much !! Coming here used to be a headache. I came yesterday on a Saturday and they were having a crazy rush and handled it so well and while keeping everything clean. I decided to come again today Sunday it was slower but again same service !! We had an issue with our meal and the way the cooks quickly fixed it with no attitude and said no prob while handling other foods. Please keep it up guys. This my community IHOP glad ya doing better !! Server to servers ya doing great !!

Unreal. Very dissatisfied.👎🏾 I can see why this place has a 3.4 rating. First, the cashier, Lucia was very pleasant. The cook however, I have no words. All I wanted was two orders of fries and the cook looked right at me and split ONE order-size of fries into TWO containers. I'm disgusted. But you know what, my fault...should have went to DENNYS! Won't be coming back and save yourself a trip.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!! Ended up leaving without being served. Was told to sit at a table with the sun blaring on it. Found another table but it needed to be cleaned. Flagged down a waitress and was ignored. I refuse to pay for bad service. My party left!!!! They deserved no stars!!!

The worst ihop ever! This food was extremely disgusting. The presentation was disgusting. Seemed undercooked & tasteless. Found an extremely long hair right in the center of eggs 🤮

I was at the IHOP on 31st and Oakland park It was kind of busy a lot of staff present on Friday 4/16/21. Today just wasn't a good day for the cooks, when I order at restaurant I would like all of what I ordered to come at the same time not bring half of what I expected pancakes, girts, bacon late coming to the table as you can see my pancakes where cold the bacon they bought to the table wasn't done I asked if I can get it well done the waitress bought the bacon back burnt the girts came halfway through us eating and I know it's not the waitress fault. I've been here countless times and I've never experienced this. Get It To Together Cooks...

Ate one of my speciality: a glass of cold lemonade with chicken flourinte crepe. Exactly dish right after a successful Sunday photoshoot. Theme Two Guns 2nd visit: I choose the spicy portable, I know I'm spelling it wrong bit it's 🌶 🫑 🍄 🥚 with muffin. I also had a blueberry crepe & ham and egg crepe with hasbrowns and a cup of hot chocolate

SERVICE WITH PRIDE TO YELL OUT!!! on August 6, 2022, took mt daughter and 2 grandchildren to this IHOP on 3101 W. Oakland Park Blvd. Lauderdale Lakes. The service was EXCELLENT. Our server was happy, full of energy, no matter what the changes or requests were made. She had our food at the table in no time...the manager was in the kitchen cooking as well! She swept the floor, took food orders and brought food to the tables with a lightening bolt. Her demeanor was awesome! She need to start a training school for service! I made it my point to stand and wait for over 15 minutes to talk to Manager about days service. He was busy cooking and getting orders out like a Champion!! They are a great team! 1. ALLEY CAT BEHAVIOR: 08/042022 This is one of two reviews. this is not a good one... In most instance service at this iHop is always slow. Our Wait-server was new and service was efficient for the 2-cups of hot tea. There were 2 other people at tables...and about 6 people waiting to be seated. However, it took more than 40 minutes of waiting to pay the bill. The new person was not familiar with the payment system. The older staff member was rude, obnoxious, filthy mouth, acted..NO...showed her ALLY-CAT BEHAVIOR. After waiting...standing at the register for 40 minutes I asked for someone to please take the payment...she...the person-the ALLY-CAT was hot and bothered because I wanted to pay my less than $4.00 bill. I asked for the manager's name. I said, "I find your behavior and attitude to rather offensive. Her reply was, "get out of HER store: my reply you can only wish....WOW DID SHE WISH...

Me and my mother came there on a Saturday mid afternoon mid afternoon. Not busy at all sat down and waited 10 minutes for a server to come and take our order. Then waited five more minutes for a coffee and water. Our food came out pretty quick, but waited for the server to come and check on us as we just sat there waiting for the check. He told us to meet him at the counter and he’ll ring us out. There is only one table which a female server was taken care of. Saw us standing there for what seem to be at least 15 minutes while our server was in the back, not paying attention to the floor as this email server didn’t even acknowledge us with that one table. The customer service is so bad. First time at this restaurant in that area and it was my last.

The reason I put a one for atmosphere is that the cook and a server were fighting, cussing loudly, and it got to throwing dishes and food. It was physical, and annoying. This was last week. God bless 🙌 the lady who was serving me. She was so sweet and tried to do her best. She even offered to pay for my meal!!! She was awesome and apologized the whole time. I wish I knew her name I would let her boss know.

I go there late nights with friends, the service is very friendly and professional, the area seems to always be cleaned when going. The food comes out at a good pace. The food itself is made fairly competently. Definitely going to continue dining here.

The food was amazing! I ordered two new menu items: Blueberry Lemon Ricotta French Toast and the Egg White Veggie Pesto omelet. 😋 The only reason that I gave the service four stars is because there was only ONE server on duty. She was pleasant but had to be at the front register and had to process dine in and to go orders. This caused the wait time to be way longer than usual.

Honestly, it was a very pleasant experience. Good food, the place had solid drip, and the service was lit. No complaints from me :D

I ordered strawberry banana french toast.. and this is wat i got. Literal egg stuck on it and the bananas are old asl. I wouldn’t eat here.

This IHOP is creepy. Very eerie. The few people who works there walks around like they are empty shells - not people. You can smell the bathroom from the dining area. I don't know how my food is being prepared or handled (a mystery). The hash browns taste like they've been fried and refried in used 100 year old oil. They do not answer their phone - never! The salt and syrup bottles on the tables are always dirty. I really wish I had better things to say about this place because my daughter loves the pancakes and the sirloin tips. Sorry, we just have to find a clean and better location or she crosses IHOP off her food list.

This morning my daughter and I had Ms. Milly as our server, she was fantastic based on her customer service, personality and definitely Ms. Milly professionalism.

We were warmly welcomed and seated right away. We had a friendly and efficient server. Food was delivered in good time, was complete and hot. Chris has the Pesto Benedict and I had the Sampler. Her muffin was not toasted as much a she likes, but there were plenty of toppings to keep her satisfied. The presentation was nice. We'll be back.

It was freezing in there! The server was super friendly! 5 stars for her! We had tiny ants on the table by the syrup which was kinds gross by not her fault and she was apologetic when we informed her.

I live over an hour and a half away. I think I left my wallet there. No one will answer the phone. Tried all day long. Just a message that says someone will be with you shortly. At one time I was on the phone for an hour. Just really frustrated.

People were nice food was nice atmosphere was ok but the food takes way to long. We sat there for at least 30 minutes and a couple just walked in and got their food before us and we already ordered. If they can get a waiter/waitress for each person that’s there they should be good to go

The waitress was kind, polite and made sure I was well taken care of. The place was clean and my order didn’t take long. I had a hot chocolate and their eggs Benedict with Bourbon bacon Jam. I enjoyed it, it was delicious.

I met with a friend, we enjoyed coffee and afterwards we had breakfast. We both ordered eggs and they arrived cooked perfectly. The meal also came with bacon, sausage and delicious pancakes we covered with butter and syrup of our choice. The wait staff is amazing here. They make you feel like you want to come back and we certainly will.

At 845am Sunday And only one other table that came in at the same time as I did. Just to sum it all up..... Service was terrible, And the food was not good. I was surprised that ihop had no customers on a weekend morning. The country fried steak was overcooked and had a drizzle of gravy When I asked for more gravy I was brought a small souffle cup. The small portion of hash browns were brought to me luke warm. How can that be when it's brought directly to the table after being cooked fresh.... I do not recommend this location. Chantelle Was the server. Maybe she was having a bad day...buttttt

Went in with my wife for brunch. It's was busy and understaffed with a messy dining area. We had a relatively long wait, but our server finally came over and explained that there were only two of them. The food came out quickly and we ate and helped clean up to the best of my abilities because I understand their situation. Overall the service was great and I hope they're all doing well.

They're always busy and they're understaffed, but they make it work. The staff are friendly and quick. The food is good. It's IHOP, no blings or sparkles but it gets what needs to be done DONE and with a positive disposition

I went there 5 Days in a role. The place is awfully busy , but the Service is outstanding . There would be expected a long Wait. But they have a lot of help and a lot of Cooks that keep things moving very well . I will back . They know how to manage crowds, very good place.

The waitress we had was very pleasant, Nice good hearted person, The food was hot and fresh and well portioned, My hubby forgot his shades and we immediately was able to retrieve them from the location. Thank you, If anything I thought was wrong with the location would’ve been the windows to look out were filthy, under the booths and table sitting etc A good cleaning and wash, Then it would be a five star.

IHOPs is one of my favorite restaurants when I'm in town. Nothing fancy, but what they do they do well. At this particular store I've always received good service and great food (I'm a huge fan of Swedish Crepes}. Your typical IHOPs with pancakes, breakfasts, and more. Plenty of parking.

Someone ordered falsely with my rewards through the app for this location, they refused to answer the phone so I could have the orders canceled and instead just let me sit on hold for over 10min before I gave up. Definitely removing all details from my rewards account/deleting the account all together and I wouldn’t recommend to any future users

Sherry the manager is awesome. She definitely looks out for her customers making sure she the food is on point every time. If you decided fk stop in ask for her and tell you Mocha sent you.

Our server was very friendly and catered to all of our needs with a smile. However, the location appearance needs attention. The windows were very dirty with hand prints inside and out, and is overdue for a makeover. The food I ordered was served quickly, hot and fresh. The manager on duty visited our table to perform a followup with our experience and was super friendly. However, when we informed her of the fact that the French toast order was not properly prepared, she yelled to the cook and said "they didn't like it because it tasted nasty"..I pulled her to the side and informed her of a better way of communicating to staff members when there are issues, or concerns about their performance, and never to give a corrective coaching in front of an audience... She humbly listened and thanked me for my advice.... I plan to return to this location again for breakfast, and another chance to give Ihop a five star rating.

Late night. Date night. Service Awesome. Food Awesome. I love IHOP pancakes 🥞 😋 Was the 5 star post I left about a year ago. It's been awhile looking forward to pancakes to end another date night. To my surprise is ALL YOU CAN EAT pancakes. Bet. Hubby and I are excited. They sent our original waitress home, our new waitress needed a lesson on customer service and the jokes or sarcasm that's appropriate for first time meeting you guests, or food was brought out by not our new waitress (we're 1 of 2 parties left in the building) who said I'll be bring your pancakes shortly and never shows. Never shows back up with the pancakes NO PANCAKES. Meanwhile music playing which is fine but basically having a party ahhhhhh while you should be handling guests. So hubby and I get up and leave and as we're leaving they're laughing like oh we forgot those people pancakes. Had the nerve to ask where we're going? To a better servicing establishment next time I tell you that. SO DISAPPOINTING! Yall have to do better.

There was only one server on duty and he was new, albeit it was 3 in the morning. The server was great, he was super charming and funny and even when he said he wasn't good at making milkshakes he still tried his best and it was appreciated. Food on the other hand came out extremely greasy which was a first for me in iHops and in general considering I'm not a picky eater. Couldn't even finish since each bite felt wet with oil.

The food and service was delicious 😋, quick, fast, and professional. The only problem that I had was not being informed of 3 new breakfast that was available before placing an order

Loved the service. Got this amazing black women who was kind, patient and very quick. The food was cooked well and I enjoyed my time there.

Cleanest & quietest I’ve ever seen the place & I liked it. Some new menu that I really liked. Wait staff was nonexistent but they got the right young woman assigned to us it was great.
