    Ordered a large fried yuca. Container was half empty with burnt yuca. I was told they were cooking fresh, then why would you sell me this? No soap in the men’s restroom. See picture of broken dispenser. Flies in dining area.

    A lot has changed inside Pollo Tropical compared to when they opened. The food however, remains as good as day one. My visit to this location was flawless. Very efficient cashier, fast service and amazing food. Bathrooms could use a little more TLC but overall everything was 👍 great.

    Order was done in a timely fashion and actually delivered warm.🥳 There was more lettuce 🥬 than rice on Tripichop leading me to believe it was a salad instead.🤣

    Horrible curbside picking up! I decided to use curbside because I'm disabled, unable to walk. After arriving at the location, the app prompted me to call.... I called 5 times no answer...I waited 20 minutes in the curbside pickup without a response. After the frustration I went through Drive-thru to pick up my order... I heard one of the young lady say curbside is no longer offered! If that's the case it should be removed from the website and app.

    The an order was made by Uber eats and when it arrived hair was found in the food. We tried to call and no one answered, no one solved anything.

    Went a few months ago and was not happy with the service. They had just implemented the online (QR code) service even inside the store, so it was not only confusing to a lot of us, but very slow as a result. Food is good, the quality hasn't changed. Went back last week just to try it again as i always liked PT, but it was just as weird. This time, tho, they had a person taking orders for those who preferred the old way (like me). As before, the food was good, but this time inflation hit me hard! I couldn't believe how much the prices had increased! The tiny cup of plain white rice in the picture was nearly $3.50!!!! This particular PT (don't know about others) feels like you entered some sort of twilight zone ... Weird ... Can't understand why the owners (or corp, who knows) would let what used to be cozy and inviting become such an impersonal, uninviting place. Will definitely NOT go again.

    Got there shortly before they closed down and was hosted very kindly. A young man named KC served me. He was very friendly, offered me extra items and helped me making my choices. The team was in great mood, they were cleaning everything to detail, made their jokes and you could really feel that they love working together. It’s a lovely feeling to be welcomed in a family kind of work environment like that! Great job! Thank you for being so kind! Food was fresh and great as usual.

    I’m confused as to if this location just stopped selling curry mustard but I literally have been a loyal customer for years. And the last year they’ve gone completely downhill. Whether it’s in person to them not paying attention and always messing my order up, to ordering online and then always missing items. I’ve been patient for quite some time but now I’m to the point where this is ridiculous. Who manages this restaurant because they lack the leadership skills to run an efficient business. I’m let down over and over again.

    First I have to tell you that I’m a loyal guest. I’ve loved this brand since I was a kid so I’m usually not too hard on them. However, this time they really deserve five stars. I dined in and the inside service was polite and fast. I was then given my food and she remembered everything perfectly down to the extra salsa. Oh, and the food tasted perfect! The only thing I do miss is the salsa bar, but understand they had to take it out. Overall, good place to have a good meal.

    The food was cold I had to ask multiple times to get it fresh for the grill! And they got offended 🤔 just because I asked for this little request. Need personal real need customer service needs to be a priority in the brand.

    The grill chicken was juicy, the rice and bean was fresh, hot and tasty. Great portion for a family meal for 4. The service was quick and fast in store. The server was approachable and friendly. This is not my first time here. I’ll always go back. Keep up the good work. I went at 7/29/23at 8pm

    The food is great and at a very good price! The service is terrible, when you pick up your order online it takes 30 minutes longer than it should and sometimes they miss putting some things in the order

    I just discovered this Gem of a fast food restaurant as I'm from Texas and I eat at Pollo Locos however this is a very good replacement and in my opinion is even better with freshly prepared ingredients, and a generous portion of healthy food for a very realistic price.

    I am Latino, and I wanted to order three ropa vieja which is a menu, I was told by the rude woman who took my order that I should speak English. We wound up leaving without ordering anything. Someone like that should not have contact with customers. I will never go back to that Pollo tropical again. You’ve lost a customer.

    I find the food to be good but not great. The huge problem is consistentency with freshness and taste. Now the service is AWFUL and they could care less what you say or think about it. The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is off the charts. They act and treat you like they are doing you a favor. You've been warned so don't be surprised... It is the company's culture... It has to be because no one cares and for years.

    The tostones were greasy and hard. The cookie was so hard that my 4 year old didn't want it. Terrible service. The people at the register don't understand, I believe they speak an other language. I waisted $56 dollars for nothing. Because I didn't eat all the food.
