    This is the THIRD TIME the same cashier has tried to short my cash change and then give me attitude when I point out I'm five dollars short. He worked at 8pm today. God knows how many people he's robbed who haven't noticed his theft. Will not return until he's gone. Years later they've stopped stealing but call this food.

    Saturday 11/29/2021. My girlfriend orders taco bell online at this location. Something quick and easy after we both had a long day. We drive over and find this sign. At 8:02pm - Her order clearly says ready in the screenshot at 8:01pm. We drive up and see workers Inside. Couple things. We both work in the restaurant industry as general managers. We know about OLO and how fast causal works. If you are closing early SHUT OFF YOUR ONLINE ORDERING PORTAL. Now, WHY are you closed. You aren't some mom and pop shop. You are a national chain. And if you are closed, SWITCH IT ON GOOGLE. it really isn't that hard. Hilariously enough the only other time I was here was back in June when there were cops that shut done the location around 1am because the staff was being reckless and idiotic. We ended up going to another taco bell to get out order. Contact me so we can get our refund. Congrats on being the most worthless location in south florida. Just shut the horrific location down there's no way this location is grossing anywhere near suitable numbers to justify the amount of audacity that comes out of the staff. 4/1/2022 - Update. There has been zero contact since this review by Taco Bell to issue that refund. This entire brand is a dumpster fire.

    This is a great Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔 location. First of all the actual location is very convenient in many ways and the dining room is always clean. There seems to be a few non-customer hang arounds occasionally but otherwise the menu is up to par. #tacobell #bigbellbox #mountaindewbajablast

    I placed an online order and I drove 3 miles . after waiting in the line I've been told the order not ready yet because she didn't see it on the POS. So i have to go back to the line and wait more. Some tacos were made with left-over chicken ( pic 2 and 4) Very disappointed about the customer service.

    Rudest employees!! The credit card machine was down. Common sense would tell anyone with a brain to put a sign at the beginning of the drive through line. Come up with an ingenious way to let customers know. But I guess I’m asking for to much. Inconvenience the customer by having them wait in line for 10 minutes then tell them it out just to have them wait another 10 minutes to get out the line. Not wait until customers get at the ordering menu and tell them that. The line is long and the wait is even longer. Once you realize they don’t accept credit/debit you are stuck in the freakin line. I was stuck there for almost 20 minutes. I told the employee they need a sign. She said it was not her job.

    When this location is open and fully stocked it is great. But unfortunately, all too often, it is understaffed and understocked and often closes early and restricts menu items. It is disappointing to drive all the way there and find that they have closed early for the night, not just on one occasion but on multiple occasions. Additionally, the inside staff do not acknowledge you and you have to wave a member of staff down for service. Travel just a minute or two down the street to your local Miami Grill and you will receive exemplary service and far more superior food. An intelligent business owner would open a well ran Taco Bell location in Fort Lauderdale and far surpass the poor earnings of this pathetic excuse for an American favorite.

    Went through the drive-thru, was asked to come inside, why I don’t know… I reluctantly went inside to *attempt* to place my order but every time the woman asked me something, she would step to the side to help someone else. Three times she did this. When I was able to finally get her attention and order another item from the menu, she asked me if that was it, and I said no, and tried to continue ordering. Then after stopping helping me once more and helping another customer again, she walked away to the back of the kitchen for a minute or 2, came back and started helping the other person even though I was still standing at the register trying to place my order. I just stood there in disbelief for a moment before finally turning around and walking out the door. I’ve never experienced a scenario like this ever. I was legitimately confused and angered. Unacceptable customer service. No apology from the woman that I was talking to at any point. If there had been, I would have been more understanding but it was obvious she couldn’t have cared less.

    Worst service ever late night always tells you they don't have a vegetable power bowl how don't you have don't you have beans and veggies and rice how do you make all the other tacos whoever owns this restaurant needs to come and teach the people customer service this restaurant will not last long I will never return to this Taco Bell ever and I live 2 minutes away from it stop hiring friends and families of the workers and actually interview people who come to look for a job you say thank you to them they don't even say you're welcome back so rude disgusting. Not to mention this location never has coffee not even around breakfast time wow and Taco Bell just advertised on TV they're putting three different new flavors they don't know that this staff is running their business down into the ground

    This Taco Bell is the absolute worst. The food is disgusting, slop, the employees are rude and lazy. Store is dirty. They don't have employees taking orders anymore, have to use ordering kiosk screens to order. I opted to pay cash, they kept skipping over my order, lots of orders placed after mine kept getting made while I'm waiting. I asked if they got my order , the employee seamed to not under stand what I was asking, she had another person ask me what I was asking, she looked at the screen and said I see it. Then I wait even longer while other orders were being made , I asked again, she looks at the screen and says did you pay I said not yet, she ask another employee to come and ring up my order which was met with a lazy attitude. Apparently they won't make your order unless you pay with a card at the kiosk ordering screen. The lack of competent employees and the quality of the food seems to be norm for this one. I suggest staying away from this one. Taco Bell corporate needs to go there and eat, since they seam to think this place is acceptable for the public.

    THE Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. No matter what evening I go, it takes Forever. Insane line and there is a guy that had to walk up to the window bc they messed his order up. Needs serious improvement as well as the friendliness of the staff needs work.

    Went there for breakfast and ordered a breakfast quesadilla. It had no cheese on it. Pretty sure it’s suppose to have cheese and cheese sauce. Thanks Taco Bell for messing up my meal and wasting my money I’ll be trashing this.

    The food is the only thing that saves this restaurant, that and the fact that there is no other taco bell for miles around. The service is horrendous the staff doesn't care about the guests at all. They always close before the scheduled time and are always out of stock in there products. From Mexican pizza to there Nacho fries. If they are short staffed which seems to happen alot the limit there menu to just 3 items per guest. Which means if u are there when ur asked for your order they say 3 items can be ordered and nothing more. Not a soda not a side of fries nothing. So if u order a number 1 that's all u can get because it has 3 tacos in the meal. The experience I have with this store is 1 out of every 10 times I go is satisfying. And like I said the only thing that this location has me keep going back is that it's the only taco bell around other than this one I'd have to travel 20 minutes in each direction to get to the closest taco bell. So I am forced to go to this location. Like I said I love taco bell

    Sign s say open up 7 AM daily. all their lights are on yet you sit in the drive-through nobody’s even there. I’ve Attempted to try their breakfast several times around 730 but it never happens. Don’t waste your time here.

    Terrible service in the lobby. I only wanted an iced coffee... I waited 10 minuts while the manager made 2 phone calls on her cell phone and laughed with one of the employees. All that for her to come to the register and say they don't have iced coffee ... Also I do think taco he'll food is gross.. however the breakfast is pretty damn great and it shocks me as well to think about it but I can't deny the breakfast is pretty bomb.

    I am so sick of the employees at this spot make you wait 10min at the drive thru speaker after waiting 20min in line then pay at window only to be told pull back behind the poll and wait another 10 min. Why does management and corporate allow this. Let’s not mention the attitude. Take a look at the time on the clock. Look at the arm wave lol so unprofessional how about at least have me park and walk it out to me. Naw they can’t to lazy

    Only reason for a star is to comment… went in drive thru to order breakfast and no answer sat there for 5mins drove up to window employees were inside I couldn’t see them…. Drove back to try to order greeted with good morning to get an answer still nothing and I was late for work for NOTHING

    Worst service ever. Stood at drive thru for 5 minutes, then told we have to go in. I went in and stood standing waiting to order for another 5 minutes just to be told I need to order at the kiosk. While all the time the 2 or 3 people working there were joking, laughing and goofing off. That's what happens when management ain't around or management is a goof ball also. STAY AWAY

    This man in the picture sits inside alot. He plays his news/podcasts on a speaker and does not care if you want to listen to it. He was watching my granddaughter. This is a picture of him SHAVING inside and hitting the razor on the table to clean it. The manager sees but says nothing. I had to leave that was just too much. Have not been back.

    A bunch of lazy teens. They wouldn’t add one item to my order at the window. I have worked in fast food before and I know for a fact you can do that. Took my order incorrectly as well. That kind of attitude and laziness will get you no where. Have fun making minimum wage for the rest of your life. Left the drive thru without paying and without my food.

    No manners, I usually don't get annoyed. But like they said how are you and I said good and I asked " How are you" and they just cut me off and asked whenever you ready. Also, they filled the cheese on the nachos and cheese very low to basically nothing.

    The lobby was full of people and not once did any employee come to ask us if we needed assistance even while people were complaining. When they did come to the front they were rude and unprofessional. As for my order, when I finally received it 20 minutes after ordering it, I didn’t get the coffee I ordered so I told the employee and he said that the other person was going to make it. After 10 minutes of waiting someone comes over and the guy reminded them that I was waiting for my coffee she tells me that they don’t have any coffee. I was given a refund but the fact is she could have told me from the beginning that they didn’t have coffee instead of making me wait an extra 10 minutes.

    I’ve gone to this Taco Bell numerous times strictly because it’s the closest location to me and the most convenient. I’ve gone to this location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast I would give it two stars because the food is typically dry. The only good thing about breakfast is the Cinnabons. The coffee is mediocre so I typically get soda or tea. Their lunch and dinner is 3 to 4 stars depending on who is serving you. Sometimes the food comes out very burnt and tasteless while other times the food comes out cooked very well and delicious. I give this Taco Bell three stars based off of both good and bad experiences.

    Management likes to close the store early frequently, they never get the order right, nobody answers their phone so it’s impossible to get a mistake fixed. Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Moves 1 car through the drive through ever 10 mins or so as they do one order at a time. This place deserves to be shut down. Hey corporate if your reading these, shut them down or get your employees to do their job

    The entire order was made correctly. The Little bit of human interaction we had with staff was pleasant. Unfortunately, the staff instructors all orders to be made via self checkout kiosk which is difficult for Color blind individuals suck as myself. The order was hot and fresh. Overall, a nice local. Very clean and professionally kept organized.

    Great service. They were out of some items and mild sauce but nonetheless, great visit. Clean restaurant. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Not a bad place for a quick meal with very good prices. Located on corner of Oakland Park Blvd and NE 6th Ave. Area is up and coming with new places being built so it’s conveniently located. Great tacos.

    Never going back because of drive through experience on Wednesday April 26th 2023 around 5pm. Was told my card was declined after given the food and not given my bank card back to me. I gave the food back, with a perplexed look on my face. She said, "Let me try it again" without swiping the card and a receipt already in her hand. She then instantly handed me my receipt, food, and finally my Chase card. Twilight Zone Experience.... I am a restaurant manager.

    I haven't been to Taco Bell lately and thought to go to change up stuff to eat for dinner. I ended up ordering several pieces of hard Taco Supreme, some Chalupas and a chicken and steak quesadilla for the hubs. Food tasted great after not eating this for a while.

    Ordered on the screen since there was not anymore at the register. Two folks after I ordered got their order and watched as #3 order was being prepared. Walked out. Maybe only folks who pay on the order screen are important. I opted to pay cash and since no one at the register maybe that was the problem. My observation is two prep lines one for drive through and the other in store purchases. Who I assume might be the Manger was more concerned about the doors than a line of folks waiting for their food. I did observe a young man wondering about the prep area. I guess his job is to walk around collect a pay check and not assist the poor over work woman trying to get the orders out. A complete fail. Worst experience at Taco Bell.

    Awesome tacos also had a few other orders to place and split the check 25 times and was able to use apple pay on 3 of them. Had gift cards for 2 other orders and and then split the remains orders using 6 different debits cards !!! Awesome staff !!! AND THEY REMEMBERED THE HOT SAUCE!!!!

    Their timing is impeccable--the doors to their dining room are locked during operating hours when I want some of their food for lunch. I am aware they don't have enough staff to run the front, or do that well--but they ARE trying. That's why I give it 2 stars instead of 1 star.

    I went through the drive through and there were plentiful amounts of cars ahead of me. Once I arrived at the menu to order, the cashier on the other end of my order was very attentive and asked questions that other Taco Bell's I have been to before! I've got to say that my experience at this certainly Taco Bell was above and beyond any Taco Bell I've been to prior to this location! Definitely worth the wait and happy with the correspondence with the Taco Bell employees that serviced me! Definitely worth all five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Took forever and everything was discussing wrapping was off everything was a mess never going there. Horrible service asking 3 times what was my order then asking what sauce and never put in the sauce. I look in the bag ask for the sauce . The burrito was horrible two soft taco horrible everything hanging out not good at all. For the wait. Not fresh at that. Never ever going there.
