AVOID! 3 minutes after parking at noon on a wed with 15 cars in drive through, security outside, employee taking orders as well. Our rental was broken into and bags taken. Passport, work computer. Yes I should have brought it in with me but is suspect it would have been broken into regardless. I circled back and saw multiple cars broken into 20 minutes later. Should not be happening in America. Police said 100 ahead of us so online report if you want to Person in drive through offered me a video at least. This seems organized and the security was no help

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Wish I had read the recent reviews. Stopped here after landing at the airport. Rental car was broken into and my backpack was stolen. While talking to security guard, another smash and grab happened right in front of us. This is unacceptable, this location needs to be shut down. Embarrassing that the city allows this and does nothing.

DO NOT GO HERE. SKETCHY STAFF POTENTIALLY IN ON ALL THE CAR BREAK INS. Went inside for 10-20 minutes and come out to see our car was broken into and our bags stolen. The security guard came in while we were eating and stared us down for a few minutes before going back out. He saw our car being broken into and just watched. When we told the staff, they seemed very uncomfortable and dismissive. When we forced them to tell us what car it was (from the security footage) they named the car that the thief's switched too after the break in (we got this info from the police), not the car that they were in when they drove by in and out. This and the security guards behavior makes me think that the staff is somehow involved. This is a terrible place to go, do not recommend unless you want shattered glass in your car.

We watched our vehicle get broken into last night while eating. The food and service were great, but definitely not worth it in comparison to the damage done to the vehicle and items stolen. Stay safe; keep your belongings. Avoid this location.

Every in n out seems to be pretty good, came here a handful of times while working in the area and was my go to for a late night spot to get food. Occasionally the line will be terrible so be ready for that but that's most in n outs. Can't beat the prices though!

In-N-Out! Simply the best fast food joint on the planet. Fresh juicy beef burgers - fresh cut french fries, real milk shakes, iced tea with fresh lemons. Spread, lettuce and tomato, onions (raw or cooked), pickles and chili peppers - all nade to order. I've eaten there thousands of times in many locations through many states. In-N-Out is consistently good and they've never gotten my order wrong! Not once. I'm just an old traveling photographer who appreciates quality on the road!

Not what I expected, but better then others alternatives.. My favorite way to order: extra toasted bun, animal style whole grill onions. Here’s a Arizona burger

The location was off the freeway a little difficulty to get through due to all the fencing around the parking in the near by buildings. Staff was friendly and very fast. I was extremely impressed how fast we received our food on a Friday night. Normally it would take at least 30mins.

First time having In-N-Out. Not a huge fan of the fries but the burgers and shakes were amazing. Definitely looking forward to visiting again next time I'm back in the area!

food was good but the crime that was happening in the parking lot was not okay. They told us that thieves would even break your car windows in the drive thru and take items from you. We witnessed a park car being broken into at noon with the security guard watching. Eat before you head to the airport or after you are safely in the airport

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Like many others before us, our car was broken into and stuff stolen in broad daylight. The security told us car break-ins happen here on the daily. Never coming back here again. Traumatizing experience.

The employees were super friendly. A smile on with a very chipper disposition. Good was of course very good. However, because the drive through was so long we ate outside. The reason we ate outside was because when we arrived there were two parked vehicles that had their windows broken. Apparently, people are so brazen in that area that while you are getting your food, if someone likes something they see inside your vehicle they will break into your vehicle. The security guard told us that he is responsible for security inside the store not outside. So we ate outside to watch our vehicle. I was told that the Bay is high crime and getting your vehicles window broken is very common. Don't leave ANYTHING in your vehicle. I would go back but only stay if the drive through isn't long. I have to mention that not only are the burgers and fries very good but there shakes are delicious. We had the chocolate and vanilla. They are very thick. Their pink lemonade is also very good.

Saw 3 cars get broken into in less than e minutes. Good food and good service but leave an armed guard in your car or it will get hit. Whole parking lot full of broken glass.

I've seen more crime in this parking lot than anywhere else in my life. Cars getting broken into, and one time, apparently, a car that was actually jacked from a family that was visiting (and renting). So if you're planning to dine in, leave someone in the car, or leave no valuables in the car, or keep an eye on your car and hope you get lucky, I guess. And definitely don't bring an expensive car to this lot if you're not planning to sit in it the whole time. Food itself is good, like every other In-N-Out. Location is incredibly convenient. Workers are very nice - I visit here frequently in a crummy car and I haven't had any issues yet.

Never park at that In-N-Out, they have no security service and thieves are circling the parking lot. We got robbed 40 secs after leaving the car. In-N-Out needs to seriously improve private security

I love In-N-Out but this location is in a terrible area. There are people driving around in stolen cars looking for rental cars going/coming from the airport and breaking into the cars to steal your luggage. This happens in broad daylight and happened to me, even though I parked right in front of the door. Do not stop here, if you want the food go through the drive thru or better yet go to a different In-N-Out. There is security outside but they can't/don't do anything about it. They simply record the incident and tell you to file a police report online

Truly enjoyed myself for my birthday! The ambiance was nice, the food was good, the service could've been a little better as far as attentiveness but overall I had a great time.

I visited this location on a Sunday and was greeted by a young lady named Savannah her smile was infectious she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the menu my partner wanted a specific healthy wrap and was unable to name it & Savannah knew exactly what we wanted. Beside the food being mouthwatering & delicious our overall experience was one to be remembered we shall return thank you for excellent customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My rental vehicle got broke into within minutes while I went in to eat not only caused damages by breaking my rear window but on top of that I lost all my belongings, I do not recommend this place. This happen really often here

Very long line of car waiting, no dine in after 10 pm except for special people they pick on their own and say “different occasions “ while I was standing outside and say no . Not sure if that’s under discrimination or racism.

Old faithful, you will not disappoint. I have seen the line to in n out curve all the way around the old walmart parking lot. Super popular, especially on the weekends or during events at the center. The location is super bad, so I wouldn't hang out there. There's a reason why Walmart left the city. 😵‍💫

There are lots of free parking spaces available. Expect to wait in line for drive-through. Service was quicker inside, but their tables were dirty. I had to clean my own table.

This review is for the In-N-Out specifically by the Oakland Airport. I have had the BEST burgers at other locations. The food seemed thrown together. We got the wrong burger types and they were cold. The fries were good but they gave us the wrong shake flavors. We had ordered strawberry and got vanilla. It WAS late at night and I will say that they were dealing with a huge line of cars, so maybe they were having a moment. I could see that and possibly give them another try.

The Double Double Animal Style on the "secret menu" is the only way to go. They use fresh ingredients, made to order and it shows. The wait time is usually longer that other day food places. I hate their fries. They taste like unsalted shoestring potatoes. Not recommended. Everything else is great though, especially their service!

Good but not incredible. The burgers are the highlight and the fries are gross. The fries are soggy and limp, always. I don't understand why people go so crazy over this place, it is better than McDonald's but that's about it. I definitely dislike the religious quotes on all of the packaging and cups.

This is the In N Out closest to my work, and I have absolutely no complaints! In n out is my favorite place to grab a burger, and this store is just as good as any other. Service is fast and kind, food is good.

Well... Let me tell you the good things about this establishment. They have great food. I usually order a double double, absolutely worth getting a bite into. Decent workers and a clean area inside the store. Nothing bad in doors. Now what about outside the restaurant. There are a lot of robberies in that area. I have seen many cars broken into and stolen goods. There is even a sign saying that to keep your valuables to prevent robberies. Whenever I come with my Father to get some burgers, one of us has to stay in the car to not let them break in. Overall, they sell good food. It's just the environment is so sketchy.

Animal Style - goes best with a big red - skip the soft drink and have a Cab or Sonoma Pinot Noir - Sideways
