We visited Dr. Ian Bell’s office on a Saturday. Already so grateful he keeps his practice open on a Saturday of a long-weekend! Call ahead to get an appointment. This doctor was wonderful with our 2.5 year old daughter and very thorough. Our experience was exceptional. Beyond our in-person experience he called us himself at 8pm on a weeknight to follow up on tests. My own family doctor has never done that! This is someone who is dedicated to his work and passionate about providing the upmost care to his patients. This was our first experience at his walk-in clinic and we are so grateful for doctors like Dr. Bell. Thank you to him and his team for working through this on-going pandemic and really making us feel like our daughter is being looked after. Highly recommend this clinic

I have never had such a wonderful experience from a walk in clinic… the entire process was so easy and the wonderful lady who answers the phones was so pleasant, and helpful. I went in to see Dr. Bell along with my 3 little kids who were all not feeling well, he took his time was very kind and got us everything to treat our symptoms. I called ahead in the morning and put my name down so I didn’t have to wait so I suggest doing that rather than showing up. You can tell these people have their heart in what they do, which can sometimes be hard to come by

Dr Bell, wow first of all-during a time in Ontario where Doctors are being stretched beyond their limits, his kindness, care and attention to every detail when assessing my daughter was astounding! His calm, sincere and compassionate demeanor brought this mom to tears! I genuinely thought to myself, how does this man exist ? His receptionist was extremely kind and positive (which I was again surprised at presuming she’s also being stretched beyond her limits). Yesterday was the second time we’ve used his walk-in clinic. As soon as he walked in to assess my daughter; he remembered her immediately and began discussing Beatles music with her (her name is Lennon) . I was again shocked as I’m assuming he has seen so many people since we saw him last. Aside from his genuine care for human beings, he was the most thorough Dr. He didn’t skip a single step! If you have the pleasure of meeting him…consider yourself blessed! I would highly recommend Dr. Bell! Thank you for being a wonderful human being 😀

I have seen Dr. Bell several times over the years and prefer him over any other Dr including every family Dr. I’ve ever had. He is always thorough and patient and asks the right questions before making treatment decisions . He gives all the options and opportunity for questions. I have taken all of my 3 children to Dr. Bell at some point and he’s so great with them. I wish I had a family Dr. like him. If only new Dr’s could apprentice with him. He would make an amazing teacher and other Dr’s should learn from him because he has the knowledge, patience, and kindness needed to do an amazing job. You get a feeling that he genuinely cares about all his patients and their well being. Also, his secretary is great too!

I usually don’t like to write any reviews. But Dr. Bell is such an amazing doctor. Very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. He listened to me so carefully, answered and explained all my questions patiently. He’s also very good to kids. My 10month old didn’t afraid of him at all. So appreciated!!!!

We have been going to Dr. Bell for about 4 years now. Both my husband and I, as well as our 3 children. He is the best doctor I have ever met. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. You can tell he actually cares about his patients. It can definitely be busy and often times it is a long wait to see him, but it is well worth it. I always find it amazing that not only does he listen patiently while I explain what is happening, but he takes the time to even explain what to look for and what to expect. For example, I took my daughter in once with stomach pain and fever (before it was a cold and flu clinic). I was worried it was her appendix. It was not. But Dr. Bell took the time to show me how and where to check so I don't panic everytime my kids have a stomach ache. He could see how worried I was and actually cared enough about me as a mother to give me some extra information for my sanity. This is just a small example but one that has stuck with me. Just incredible. His dedication and kindness is unmatched. I also want to add that Bonnie (receptionist) is just so kind. I know her job is not easy as the phone rings non stop there but she always speaks so kindly when she answers.

I’ve been seeing Dr Bell for years. I trust him, he’s very knowledgeable, caring and kind. An outstanding Dr. Highly recommend him for cold and flu walk in. Regarding the location, parking is $3 cash only unless you fill a prescription on the way out (Then you can get a free parking token) There is street parking as well which is free. Call ahead because this office is always busy. Dr Bell is the best so it’s not a big surprise you’ll be waiting awhile. Once the receptionist gives you a time slot, you need to show up at that time and knock on the office door and wait until she answers. She might be busy on the phone or with another patient! They don’t want a bunch of people in the waiting room to prevent the spread of germs. It’s a cold and flu clinic so that makes sense. Thanks Dr Bell for always being here for us. So hard to find proper healthcare these days.

I had a issue which my own doctor had not been able to help me with. Dr Bell took the time to explain what it was about and told me exactly what I needed to do. He predicted it would be 2 to 3 months before it would resolve itself and he was dead on the money. I liked his honesty. No sugar coating. Sometimes you just need to hear what you need to hear. Like a kick in the pants to do the right thing to help yourself.

Unfortunately a unicorn in todays health care environment and truly is an example of a walk-in clinic doing things right. If you could only duplicate this place and put it all across the GTA… Their review score is literately double of other places in the area, and for a great reason. Very friendly and attentive service by the front ladies. Dr. Bell is absolutely wonderful as always, hopefully he can keep going for a while. Honestly all the other walk in operates should have a mandatory visit to this place.

Dr. Ian Bell, You are an angel walking amongst us. Your kind, patient nature and thoroughness sets you aside from the millions of other Dr's . Your willingness to enforce your right to exercise the oath Dr's take while the rest of the health care system seemed to take a back seat will be forever remembered. Thank you for listening, caring and loving all of your patients. Thank you to the amazing administrative staff that makes all of this possible.

Dr Bell is so dedicated to the patients. He is so compassionate and attentive. We love him as a doctor and him as a person. There hasn't been a doctor like him that I personally know of. Thank you so much for being who you are.

Quick same day appointment. Hardly had to wait. Listened and didn’t feel rushed. Will go back for sure. Updated Dec 31: emailed at 7:05am for an appointment for my 8 month old. I had an email back by 7:06 with an appointment within the hour. Absolutely amazing and so grateful Dr Bell provides for the community they way he does.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr Bell is. We have been to his walk in clinic a number of times now for our 3 children. He has a very gentle and kind bedside manner. He’s patient and explains things in detail. I wish he ran a family practice because doctors like this are sadly far and few in between these days. He genuinely cares and runs his clinic meticulously. His receptionists are also lovely and just as wonderful as him. Thank you Dr Bell and staff for your kindness and exceptional medical care!

Dr Bell is simply the best! He has seen my son twice and both times I’m just amazed at how thorough he is. So much knowledge! I hope he is a long way from retirement because he is amazing and I need him while having little babies! Also, the receptionist is incredibly kind and I’m sure she has a stressful job!

I would give Dr. Bell and his office 10 stars if I could. Dr. Bell is always very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough, despite being super busy and working 7 days a week. You can tell that he truly cares and loves what he does. His receptionist is always friendly and accommodating as well. They deserve recognition for all that they do to help our community.

My 5 month old was sick with RSV and then bronchialitis. His breathing was laboured and we were extremely nervous. We went to see Dr Bell and he immediately worked through treatment options. He asked to continue seeing our son daily to monitor and re assess. He is calm, honest and so knowledgeable. My only complaint is that he’s no longer a family doctor as I would tell everyone I know to see him immediately. Have also brought my 4 year old daughter to see him and he was was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend him more…

The lady on the phone was polite and patient with me as I was booking the appointment, the phones were ringing non stop but every call she answered with the same pleasant demeanour. With regards to Dr Bell himself it is not hard to tell that Dr Bell truly cares about what he does, it appeared to be natural the way he was able to calmly speak to and comfort my 3 year old which also eased my worries as a new parent. The aura of compassion during the whole visit just radiated from this wonderful person. Not only that he called me personally to inform me of lab results for my child, on a Saturday, after business hours. We need more doctors like Doctor Bell, he is truly the image and likeness of compassionate medicine. Thank you Dr. Bell

Such a pleasant experience at Dr Bell's, the easiest 5 stars! He truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile! The very kind, gentle assistant also has this calming voice that brings comfort to all my terrible symptoms, bear in mind they only take cold/flu patients and those with health cards. :) thank you so much!

Such a great great place. Dr Bell is the best doctor i ever met since i moved to Canada. From booking through the phone to getting result is very satisfying. Their response is quick. Doctor and staffs are calm and kind. They never rushed. Highly recommend if you find walk-in with or without kids. Thank you Dr Bell!

Dr bell is my absolute favourite doctor. We have seen him so many times and I will continue to bring my kids to him, my daughter gets frequent ear infections and he always remembers who she is. He is also the reason my son is here safe after the hospital told us he was fine and dr bell told us to get another opinion. Thank god he did because my son almost lost his life. The front desk ladies are amazing too! Hands down my favourite office to go to!

Visited Dr. Bell for the first time this morning with my 9 month old. He was incredibly kind & thorough. Quick same morning appointment, in and out so fast. Very grateful that his clinic was open! Highly recommend!! Definitely will be back if need be.

Dr. Bell is a great doctor. He had great patient care and was very professional. Very refreshing from previous walk-in clinics. I understand why there is a wait to see him. His receptionist was professional and pleasant. Thank you to the both of you.
