Happened to come across this centre, when I was looking out for a walk-in that was open on a Sunday and would have a doctor that would see patients. Many walk-ins during Covid insist on a phone consult, which would not work for us as my son had an issue with his ear. I was pleasantly surprised to see that besides the ample parking, the centre was very well maintained, clean, modern and kid friendly. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. The wait was not much and Dr Ziad Behiya was very friendly and forthcoming with the issue and immediately attended to it. We walked out very pleased that the situation was immediately resolved and will highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

Dr Behiya was my doctor for more than 11 yrs. He is a good doctor & very well knowledgeable. I remembered at the Lakeshore clinic that I had injured one of my left eyelid with an open wound but Dr Behiya had done a great job for stitching them up. Definitely, I will say Dr Behiya is very straight to the point. But he knows his medical very well. Keep up with the great job! 👍. Thank you 🙏😊.

Dr Behiya has been our Family doctor for well over 15 years. Highly professional. Best diagnosis. Caring. Wont prescribe medicines unless absolutely essential. Have recommended him to many of our friends who in turn were very happy with him. Has a wonderful sense of humour. We are ever so grateful for his special medical care given to our children.

Dr.Z.Behiya is excellent and he diagnosis accurately . The staff however don’t have much patience when simple questions are being asked , very unfriendly and impolite. Dr.Behiya who is great , kind , friendly and helpful, advised my son do blood work at the facility, the lab tech was very impatient with the patient , does not listen when spoken to , talks aggressively and mocks by inappropriate facial expressions when speaking to her. The level of care was abruptly changed as soon as she heard Dr.Behiya approaching the area and began speaking nicely , I was taken back by this , out of respect for the doctor I did not want to bring this up during the visit . I highly recommend getting blood work somewhere else. Overall no disappointment with the doctor.

HIGHKEY best medical physician/doctor (Dr. Ziad Bahiya) in Canada if not the whole wide world. He has extensive knowledge and genuinely cares. It’s quite unfortunate that such statement is impossible to apply to other physicians here in Canada. Better than ER in wait time and diagnosis. I’ve referred many of my colleagues and clients to his clinic and all of them attest to this. I go to him for all my medical concerns!

My sons health card was expired and they refused to see him unless we paid the 80$ fee, but then they only accept cash only. We went to another clinic and they accepted my son in a heart beat and said it's still valid even though it's expired. Don't go to this location it's just a rip off. Not to mention I read online that in Ontario they can't refuse you for an expired health card. Clearly it was fine with the other place we went to as they accepted him right away and he was seen right away. I will never go to this place again because of this now!! Not happy at all with this place or the customer service!

BEST doctor I have ever met in the place. Very kind, humble, helpful at all times. Such a blessing to this city. Forever indebted to him for all his help.

Pathetic clinic...I called at 7:10 and there closing time is 7:30 pm and the receptionist lied that it closes by 7 Pm...I had to meet doc for my 6 year old son....he fell off on black ice and got a deep cut on his forehead Please don't come to this country..if you want to live...worst clinic ever...no urgent care at all

Just went in today, and Dr. Behiya was amazing at assessing my situation. Really professional with a good sense of humour. The process was really fast and easy.

A clean clinic, all the staff are respectful and kind. Dr. Bahia is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients. I strongly recommend.

Had visited my family doctor earlier in the day with a sinus and inner ear issue. Was told Advil (which I cannot take) was what I needed. Told my doctor I definitely have an ear infection but no no I don’t. Got home and an hour later my ear is throbbing and getting hot. My husband and I hit a walk in clinic in Streetsville in the village square, I cannot remember the name. The gentleman at the pharmacy recommended another clinic as that clinic closed at 5pm, I got pharmacy hours mixed up with the clinic hours. He even called to be sure they were still accepting patients. Really nice! I get to Thomas Urgent Care fill in some forms, have a seat and with in a few minutes Dr. Ziad Behiya comes in. Pleasant, gentle, kinda comical with my husband and I. Not intimidating at all and made you feel welcome. He handed me a prescription and said my ear was very infected! His examination was very thorough that ear thingy went right in there lol. If I had to wait an hour I would see this physician over mine. Thank you Dr. Behiya.

Receptionist was great but the doctor was actually horrible and lacked any level of professionalism, he was constantly yelling and complaining as if I were wanting to purposefully make it harder for him to get his job done.

Have been there a few times for the kids. Great experience every single time! From receptionist, to the physician's professionalism, knowledge, and his manner of speaking. Very clean environment He keeps his appointments short, sweet and to the point! Highly recommend.

One star is honestly too much, if I could give something in the negatives I wouldn’t think twice. Clinic was not clean. Floors, counters, and equipment were not cleaned as expected for an urgent care centre. Receptionist customer service wasn’t the best but not horrible. However, the doctor is something else. Rude, lack of customer service, ego was so high, and made me wait because he was finishing CRA paper work that can literally wait. He wasn’t wearing gloves when I had an open wound. He touched his face then touched my hand again with no gloves. Supplies were empty. Medical table for treatment was not cleaned before I used it I clearly saw that it wasn’t cleaned. Kitchen counter is combined with a medical fridge. So unorganized and unprofessional I’m never forgetting my experience here. Does the ministry of health and safety never show up to this location?

Dropped in for a splinter removal procedure. Check-in, examination and the procedure were all done in just 15 minutes. The Doctor was very kind and empathetic. He got magic in his hands to do such a painless procedure

This clinic is a gem in Streetsville and Dr. Behia is a very knowledgeable, confident and caring doctor. He is always approachable and examines thoroughly. The wait time in the clinic is often reasonable. I can’t express how grateful I am for having this facility nearby.

Amazing doc and really nice receptionist! I took my kids there this morning and the wait time was not long at all.. The place was really nice and clean. The receptionist was really nice and the doc was amazing with my two boys. He spent time checking them and made them feel very comfortable. My boys will never forget his lollipop printer! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Just drove 30 minutes as my daughter is having some swelling on her face but it was closed. We come because we love the doctor but this was very unfortunate. Google and their voicemail says they're open, but they have a note on the building that says that they are closed today.

Service was so fast! Dr. Behiya is so nice and to the point. The office itself is also very organized and spacious.

Dr Ziad Behiya is my niece's Physician and she's Autistic. The way this Dr. attends to my young adult niece is nothing short of remarkable. His approach of patience, understanding and sheer consideration of her challenges and especially her pain is truly amazing to watch, each time we visit the clinic. We do not live near the clinic but it's worth the trip. I have referred and would continue to refer anyone seeking a GP and residing West of Toronto - to this Physician. There are Doctors 'a plenty' and then the're Doctors like Dr. Behiya... a decent human being and an incredible Physician.

Far better than our own family doctor who is never, ever available. Dr. is usually quick and efficient, but if you feel rushed or want something checked out, just ask and our experience is the Dr. is willing to accommodate. Clean, spacious interior, cool vintage items displayed in the entrance area. Reception staff are nice and also efficient in directing waiting patients to select rooms in order of arrival, only today oddly got asked to park further down for a delivery truck? Injured my foot badly and possibly needed stitches, every step was very painful, so it was inconsiderate to even ask, plus there is no signage stating no parking.

My child was sick since 2 weeks, and I was so sad. I went to two doctors but she got no relief. At last I went to this clinic, Dr.behiya gave correct medication and she is ok now. Thank you so much..May God bless you.

Recently took our three year old grandson. The Doctor was very attentive and warm and made him feel comfortable. Very competent professional. The Office is spacious and clean and the receptionist very pleasant and helpful.

Doctor Behiya has been my doctor for over ten years now. He is very professional, trustworthy, and well educated. He is dedicated to caring for his patients. He always makes you feel comfortable as he puts your health as his top priority. Thank you for being the best.
