I ordered cookies and cream cheese cake which was absolutely delicious. I am a bit disappointed with the presentation when I opened the box, however, the taste did put a warm smile on my face. I Aldo purchased the fudge brownie. It was a good size, fresh, and flavorful. I love the texture each time I took a bite. I visited on a holiday and the line up moved quickly. I would recommend this place.

⚠️ UNHYGIENCE CAFE⚠️ My recent visit to Brew House cafe & deli on 8 July 2023 (sat) around 3:22 pm left me quite disappointed and concerned about their hygiene practices. Upon opening the fridge to choose a delectable treat, I was shocked to discover a fly buzzing around inside. Disturbed by this unsanitary sight, I promptly informed a staff member about the situation. To my surprise, the staff member nonchalantly opened the fridge door, allowing the fly to escape, and continued with their duties without addressing the issue further. This lackadaisical response left me perplexed and concerned about the bakery’s commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction. It is deeply disheartening that the staff member showed no urgency or willingness to address the presence of the fly. Their disregard for basic hygiene standards was not only unprofessional but also raised serious doubts about the bakery’s overall cleanliness and quality control. As a customer, I believe it is essential for establishments like Brew House Cafe & Deli to prioritize hygiene and ensure a pleasant experience for their patrons. Unfortunately, this incident has significantly impacted my perception of the bakery, leaving me hesitant to return or recommend it to others. I hope that the management of Brew House Cafe & Deli takes immediate steps to address this matter and reevaluate its staff training and quality control procedures. A proactive approach to maintaining a clean environment will undoubtedly contribute to a positive customer experience and restore faith in their establishment. Please be cautious when considering a visit to Brew House cafe & deli, as my experience suggests that there may be a disregard for hygiene practices.

I had ordered oat milk chai tea and oat milk latte, but unfortunately, my order was not made as per my instructions. Despite my clear communication, I was served regular oat bistro and oat chai without steamed and frothed oat milk. When I asked about this, I was informed that there is an extra charge for steamed and frothed milk. It would have been helpful if I had been informed of this additional charge when placing my order. Additionally, the oat milk quality was not up to the mark, and the coffee and chai tasted average. The staff at the café seemed somewhat indifferent and unhelpful. I spent approximately 16 CAD on my coffee, and unfortunately, it was not worth the price. My husband did not enjoy his coffee either, and I was unable to have my tea. However, I did appreciate the spinach pie, which was quite good. Despite the issues with my coffee, I understand that the café offers some attractive sales, and being the nearest café to Niagara Falls, it has its advantages. I recommend taking pause before making any purchases from this cafe.

I thought this place would be tourist trap cheap food at a high price. It was a tad high $15 for an antipasto sandwich but it was good and filling. The butter tart was rich and tasty but I couldn't eat all of it.

Be prepared to wait… a long time. Likely the slowest service you could receive in a busy tourist hub. This place needs to improve their processes to get cold orders out quicker and have a separate team addressing the hot and drink orders. Incredibly inefficient. Staff spend too much time arguing with each other and should focus on serving customers, but that’s likely the product of poor and conflicting processes.

Don't buy milk, you need pay for the cups(0.35 each). I got a free one because of a nice guy after the lady. Good Luck.

Waited 25 mins for two drinks, they completely forgot about my order even though it was literally on the top of their monitor. They said a small sorry at the end after I reminded them about my order and that was it.
