We have been waiting to be assigned a family doctor for a year - we got the call that Dr. Smiley accepted us as patients as had our first visit today. We are so impressed with the clinic and services - everyone was friendly, the space is clean and welcoming, and the medical care and service was outstanding. We haven’t had a doctor for a long time and we feel like we got everything we needed and more today. We are VERY HAPPY with Dr. Smiley and the team! Thank you so much!

Impressed by the facility and team. They have more equipment than most facilities in the area and the staff I’ve worked with have been amazing. Beth was able to identify and fix my back issues that had lasted 10 years, and stumped countless other doctors and physio therapists. Was also impressed with Kevin’s massage, although I’ve only seen him on occasion.

I had my massage from MT Francesca and it was amazing, finally someone in Canada who knows what they are doing. She was very attentive to my concerns, and helped me fix my issue. She did an excellent job, I can feel she genuinely cares for her customers and she has tons of experience. I highly recommend her.

Attended a series of physio sessions at the clinic with Beth after some serious ankle pain. The serious pain was relieved right after the first visit and the following visits were focused on remediation of the longterm milder pain I had with my ankle. I was also able to strengthen other muscle parts that contributed to the pain by following a series of activities that were curated by Beth. I want to thank Beth for the great sessions - she's amazing, attentive and empathetic. I am so glad I was able to meet her :)

I have a rare condition that affects my connective tissues called Ehlers Danlos syndrome and after a major blood clot in 2021, I was unable to get any health care for extreme pain from the GP, the pain specialists, the Ehlers Danlos specialist, the Hematologist and/or the ER docs. After a year of extreme pain, I reached out to The Clinic and asked to see their sports medicine doctor, Dr. Tim, and for the first time since 2020, as I was sick before the clot, I felt listened to and believed a medical professional was going to try to help me …and he did try! We went through different ways to manage the pain and decided rehab would be best, so went back to my physio, however after a year of rehab, I was still in a lot of pain, so an MRI was ordered and there were some findings. Although I do not believe Dr Tim can necessarily treat this problem, I appreciate how much he tried to help me and how he did more than any other doctor saw! Thank you! 🥹

I have been consulting and doing physiotherapy with Beth for the past 2 months and the results are just unbelievable. I have been suffering from a very bad knee issue and Beth identified the exact problem and started the appropriate treatment which gave results in the few sessions itself. She is a really wonderful person, and one of her best quality i felt is , she listens to your issues and acknowledge it every time. The receptionist staff on Saturday is very welcoming and friendly, so efficient in scheduling appointments. I definitely recommend this clinic and Beth for all physiotherapy needs.

Beth Song is the physiotherapist at The Clinic who is treating me following my recent hip replacement surgery. She is helping me regain strength and flexibility with the skillful application of various remedial methods including massage, manipulation, acupuncture, cupping and I'm very pleased with my recovery so far. Beth is also easy to talk to, she answers any questions I may have regarding my treatment or progress, she always treats my concerns with consideration. I highly recommend her as a competent and caring physiotherapist.

This was my first PT experience and it couldn't have been better. The staff is organized and professional, the treatments were clearly explained and demonstrated by Victoria, a friendly PT who is also a great listener. Most important, the plantar fasciaitis I went in for receded quickly!

I went there yesterday for the first time and the reception from the staff was exceptional. They were very caring and compassionate and even the doctor was very attentive and caring.Their kindness moved me to tears. I had the pleasure of having Kristen Crane as my physiotherapist for over a year and a half when she worked at her previous location. I suffer from ongoing hip issues that result in pain and limited range of motion, negatively impacting my function. Kristen went above and beyond not only to treat my hip, but recognized the impact this injury has on my other joints. She is professional, personable, highly knowledgeable/skilled, and an amazing physiotherapist! She is an asset to her profession!
