This is not a real business, it’s the jewelry equivalent of a lemonade stand. It’s owned by a student who works at it part time. I made two appointments, he was unable to meet at the first and for the second his mom was there. She had no tools with which to assess my estate jewelry and asked if she could take it down the street to another jeweller for verification (I declined). Then offered to pay cash (the amount I had negotiated with her son) but had to go to the bank. Waited 20 min in the lobby, when she returned she offered me 25% less that what was agreed upon. If the owner wants repeat business and referrals he needs to treat customers much better. Running a retail business is much more than just accounting.

Went in to get a moulds done for my grill ended up walking out with a new bracelet too. The owners super friendly was easy to talk to and made asking questions easy. If my grill doesn’t fit right for some reason he said he’d get it re done for me and if I ever need jewelry repairs he’d hook me up. Overall a great experience would recommend people to hit him up if their looking for a new piece to rock.
