Every doctor and nurse I've interacted with has been fantastic. Especially Dr. Kennedy. Unfortunately, some of the reception staff need some training in customer service and mental health issues. They are quite rude & condescending.

Good doctor, horrible front desk staff. We have had so many issues with the front desk staff. They are rude and incompetent. The first time we took our babies there, the staff were confused on whether they should give us one intake form or two because they're twins. Well they're two individual people, so two forms would make sense... Every time we call to make an appointment, they are rude. It doesn't matter who you talk to you - they're all rude, and they all seem to not know what they're doing. It's enough to make us want to switch doctors just do have people who are easier to deal with.

My doctor is great but its almost impossible to reach reception, or to get a call back. its as if they transferred staff from bgh, they prefer to chat. In the past, Ive been hung up on, ive been talked to very rudely, and witneesed some very rude behavior from some of the staff here. I am only writing a review now because ive been waiting months to hear back from them, calling multiple times and still nothing.

I love this place. Every doctor, every professional is amazing. I cannot sing their praises enough about how almost every person will bend over backwards for you. This very notably excludes the front desk staff. They shift from incompetent to malicious very quickly. Please support the wonderful doctors and professionals working here, and trust them to work hard for you. But put zero faith or investment in their staff team or phone tree. You’re best advice is to bypass them entirely and leave paper documents on site in your doctors inbox- making sure they file them promptly and don’t toss them in a wastebasket under the desk.

The staff at the front desk make it impossible to get an appointment at this place they always try to book you 2 week in advance and always on days when you have to go to work ... if you call at 830 am you can not get a same day appointment for the life of you and all they say is we are sorry ... I got a doctor here to get my health in order and I can't even get in to fix a perception or to get my results for somthing I got sent somewhere else for .. and not i am legitimately not feeling well and can't even get in to my doctor this is so messed up ..... please .... do better

My NP is phenomenal!! Staff are pleasant and helpful if I have any questions they get back to me as soon as they can. I needed to get my 4 month daughter in and was seen right away and booked for follow ups as needed while I was in the office. Very happy with our healthcare provider as it’s not an easy profession the last couple years!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kaldas since they opened practice in Brantford and have never been any happier with the level of service from Dr. Kaldas and the entire staff. She is very knowledgeable and very professional and genuinely cares for her patients. In short she is amazing and the Pharmacist Abram, which is in the building, is very kind and friendly and very efficient. All in all it's the best decision we've made for are health. Thank you kindly to all of you for everything you do.

Ya they ruined my life. We're there for everything for me. Then Covid and I moved and they were so nasty to me. I have never felt so lost to this center. Move on to a real dr and very respectful 🙏 staff

Four stars only because the nurses are great. I can understand that the front staff could be busy, but I have tried calling 6 times today and not one time has anyone answered the phone. Irritating, especially when you're just trying to book a quick appointment. Maybe they need online booking for their clients since we can never get through the phone!
