This location is being managed by the casino so you can not use points for beverages and food but you can use your Starbucks wallet to pay. They have most things available that other Starbucks have. There is a huge amount of tables and seating in the area to enjoy your purchases. In the future there is going to be other food and beverage venues as well. There is also a washroom here. In order to go to this area, you need to leave the gambling area.

ordered a large steep tea and large caffeinated coffee they do not have either of these on the menu so much for it being a coffee shop left quickly not impressed to search for a Tim Hortons on the way home

I had a extremely bad experience with a salesman Michaul who did racial behaviors on me. I was thinking to sit beside a table near this coffee shop for some work. When I was sitting down, a white man kept starring at with weird funny and hilarious look. It made me very uncomfortable to a point that I explicitly asked him to stopped doing that. Right at this moment this Michaul came over shaked the hand of that guy and then rudely told me to stopped talking to him in this way and not bring up the issue any further. I tried to explain the situation to him. But he refused to listen to me and tell the other guy he would bring someone over. Several minutes later this Michaul came back with a security guy and forced me to admit I should restrain my behaviors otherwise he would kick me out of this resort. Then he turned to the other guy and walked away to a corner. I left the table to see what we did there. They were just laughing loudly there. And again when they came back, this Michaul shaked his hands again.

Ordered a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese... I was charged for 2 bagels with cream cheese. Cashier Ashanti made the mistake. I was told NO refunds are given, eventhough the cashier made the mistake. Wow! I guess the cashiers have to be perfect. Just be careful dealing with the cashiers . They don't know their job very well. I was the only customer.

July 17. One person running the shop. The line up was so long, I got my drink after 15 minutes no kidding. I do t know what she gave me me but I ordered a cold brew but this was sooooooo bitter. Sure she’s busy I understand, told her never mind, coz she’s getting mad. What’s not acceptable is the pastry?! It’s got so much flies! I was going to get my son a croissant and it looked stale. I’m sure they’re franchise but hopefully Starbucks checks on them to maintain the quality of the food.

Canada Day, I was at the casino last night until today, and Starbucks was really crowded, too busy, and there was a long queue. Five or six people work in the afternoon, but only one girl works from 10pm in the evening until the next morning. She is very polite and methodical to receive guests. Her name is alija, and she serves customer service, makes coffee, bakes food, and makes drinks. so amazing! Her coffee is delicious! i will be back

There is lady name Alijah ( short hairs) we came today July 2nd around 2:40am the girl was very rude. Really disappointed with her behaviour she doesn’t know how to talk to customers no customer service worst experience ever.

Worst ever service, so rude staff. She was on the desk managing stuff and refused to take order saying that she is on break. Salesperson name is alijah. Would never recommend to anyone

I went to redeem my bday drink and the last said they can't redeem points etc... It's 10 pm and all other locations are already closed so now I miss out on my free drink smh

Went to Starbucks at the Casino for the first time- had an amazing experience with staff, she was the ony one working , she was being bullied by four men whe were very rude -it was busy and she was polite and patient, very sweet ...lovvved her! Her name is Alijah she was amazing - definitely go back if she's working👏👏💕🔥
