I
just
wanted
to
thank
you

Tim
Park
as

personal
trainer,
I
have
nothing
but
great
comments
about
him.
Tim
and
I
have
worked
together
for
4
months
,
and
I
have
seen
amazing
results
,
not
only
on
my
physical
aspect
but
also
on
my
metal
well-
being.
Tim
is
definitely
a
one
of
a
kind
trainer,
he
makes
every
single
session
different
and
challenging
.
He
is
dedicated,
organized,
punctual,
reliable
,
super
knowledgeable,
and
very
professional.
One
of
the
things
that
I
value
the
most
is
his
ability
to
read
my
energy
during
my
training
session
.
Tim
knows
perfectly
when
to
push
me
more
and
when
to
slow
me
down
to
prevent
an
injury.
I
think
,
this
has
been
crucial
during
my
fitness
journey.
Not
to
mention
that
he
makes
sure
I
get
all
my
sessions
done
as
consistency
is
key.
I
cannot
thank
Tim
enough
for
being
a
huge
support
and
for
ensuring
that
my
fitness
goals
are
met
.
I
totally
recommend
Tim
as
a
personal
trainer
,
and
I
can
assure
anyone
that
he
will
exceed
your
expectations.
I
have
worked
with
great
trainers
in
the
past,
but
it
was
not
until
I
started
training
with
Tim
that
I
noticed
significant
results.
