A great experience from start to finish. Staff made me very comfortable and at ease. Can’t say enough about Dr. Ginzburg, professional and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. And I can’t leave out the anesthetist, thank you so much, I didn’t feel a thing.

I am a patient of the Endoscopy Centre since 2015, I had 4 procedures done over the years the most recent a few days ago, I don t know if I can call a medical procedure "pleasant" but I have no other ways to describe it, Dr Ginzburg is an awesome doctor at least for me the way he treats the patients with dignity and respect plus he asks a lot of questions to understand the patient needs and symptoms, I have the most respect for a doctor who sorry to say looks in patients rears every day. Shoutout to the nursing stuff and the anesthesiologist doctor, sorry I couldn't remember his name.

One of the best place to do colonoscopy with Dr Ginzburg. His friendliness provides peace of mind to patients and I am one of the blessed. Thank you very much.

The whole team is so pleasant, kind, patient, and understanding. Even though the team deals with many many patients in a day, they all take time to make each patient feel at ease and really well looked after. The prep for the procedure is brutal, but when one gets to the clinic, you all make the experience as pleasant as possible. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough about Dr. Ginzburg and his team at the Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre. I have had the need of their services twice now and was very happy with both experiences. The entire staff of doctors, nurses and administration are very friendly and go out of their way to ease your nervousness, which is very important given the procedures than transpire. The centre ensures you all well informed of what will occur before, during and after your appointment and when you arrive, they go through all procedures thoroughly. Thank you!

Nurse was very nice and friendly. She made everyone feel comfortable as many of us were nervous. Myself and I heard other people for first time coming were nervous. Of course Reache and both Dr's were so nice and tried to joke so I wouldn't be nervous. Next I knew I woke up in recovery room and I beleive her name was Jenny (I'm sorry but can't remember as I was so nervous) she was by my side asked if I'm okay and if I want glass of water. Overall I had a very good experience yesterday when I was there. Thank you everyone.

Highly professional staff. Was pretty nervous about the whole thing but each member from reception to nurse Janet, to Dr Ginzburg and so on was very warm and quick to put me at ease. Woke up without noticing a thing, received comprehensive review after coming to my senses in the waiting room. Thanks team.

The service provided by Dr. Ginzburg and all of the team at Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre was exemplary. This was my first experience with a colonoscopy procedure, and was quite nervous about the whole thing. But Dr. Ginzburg and the team were very friendly and caring. Staff took the time to explain everything to me beforehand and Dr Ginsburg did the same after regarding my results after the procedure.

Dr. Ginzburg & staff are wonderful! They are all so caring & compassionate and truly sensitive to the patient’s needs. Dr. Ginzburg was punctual and very clear & thorough when explaining the results after the procedure. Very impressed with their warmth & kindness!!

Both Dr.Ginsburg and office staff are very kind and friendly. It was my first time test for Colonoscopy. The experience was very smooth and on time. I get to know my result at the end of the session. I do recommend Dr. Ginsburg if you are interested to do endoscopy exams.

Very nice staff and professional doctor. The front desk lady and nurse knew how to let me relax and calm down when I felt a little bit anxious. I like the way they operate the office, no extra waiting time, and very detailed instruction between and after the procedure.

Dr. Ginzburg is very professional and caring doctor. I’m so grateful that one day I was referred to him and since that time I feel so safe being monitored by him. His team is also great, only positive energy from each visit.

The Dr.’s, nurses and staff at the clinic are professional and kind. This is a busy clinic for a good reason, they know what they are doing and do it well. You might have to wait a Bit past your appointment time for your procedure but it is worth it. You will leave feeling that your treatment was top notch and better informed as to your condition. My apt was later than scheduled but the nurse was great and was checking with me as time went on. Procedure staff was friendly and explained step by step what would happen. Follow up was brief and I didn't really feel there was time given to absorb the findings or ask questions but understandable with the number of waiting patients.

Dr. Ginzberg and his staff go above and beyond to ensure his patients are comfortable. Their kindness goes a long way during what would otherwise be an unpleasant experience. Truly appreciated everyone from the staff at the front office all the way to the medical professionals that did the procedure.

I had a gastroscopy at Oak Ridges Endoscopy Centre and I cannot speak more highly of the staff. The receptionist was warm and friendly. The nurse patiently answered all my questions. When I told her I had a bit of anxiety, she took her time to walk me through the procedure and was very calming. The anesthesiologist and nurse who took care of me during the procedure were kind and caring. Every interaction I have had with Dr. Ginzburg over the last three years has been so positive. He is warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. I cannot recommend him and this clinic enough.

The staff was definitely caring and helpful. Everything went smoothly. Everyone there was attentive and personable.Dr Ginzburg was caring and thorough. He took the time to explain the procedure and his findings. He listened patiently to my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel rush at all. My overall experience there was very good. I think the nurses and doctors were friendly and caring. They all took lengths to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their efficiency and expertise also helped to easy any anxiety one might have. The only complaint was the excessive wait time. I waited over two hours past my appointment time to start the procedure as did everyone else. The receptionist kept telling everyone that they were "a bit" behind. Simply telling them that it was a two hour wait would have allowed some of them to do something with that time and then come back.

Excellent in all aspects. Everyone was so nice and the procedure went smoothly. The staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Ginzburg came to see me after the procedure and answered all my questions. He is kind, gentle and very intelligent. I would recommend this practice to everyone. Thank you.

Great laboratory. Very efficient staff. The whole process was flawless and smooth and organized. Dr Ginzburg is an absolutely fabulous person who makes one feel at ease with his great sense of humour and human touch. All the staff are simply amazing. Fully recommended.

First I think Dr. Ginzburg is great. He is efficient and caring. But getting an appointment was a nightmare. Among MANY other irritants, I had to postpone my appointment; I sent notification 4 days prior to the appointment (originally 3 days notification required). I sent two email messages and one voicemail asking for an alternative date and did not get ANY acknowledgment. Then they called my doctor's office telling them that I was a no show. Dealing with the admin staff is AT BEST FRUSTRATING. The reason for the 2 stars: the good doctor gets 5 stars, but the admin. staff get zero.

Dr. Ginzburg, Dr. Irina and the entire staff were so kind and patient. They had amazing bed side manor and really made me comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Thank you for being human and not treating me as just a number. Your professionalism and care for patients was felt from the front desk all the way to the last moment. Thank you and your team for making this visit pleasant , and helping to restore faith in our health care system.

Dr. Ginzburg is an excellent doctor. He is easy to communicate with. He takes time to listen and answer any questions you might have without rushing you. And he has a great sense of humour. 😊 The clinic is clean and his staff is very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Everything was really good and went smoothly when I went in. I didn't find the wait long (it's a medical clinic, so of course there will be some kind of a wait), the gastroscopy went really smooth and I didn't even know it happened because of the anesthetic. The Dr told me my results promptly and gave recommendations. I think my only issue was that they put a needle in you that is hanging out of your arm while you wait to go in, so that's at least 15min wait with a needle hanging out of you. That's not very nice, and adds to the stress of the event. Not super ethical imo, I think it should be done as close to the procedure as possible to reduce the stress. Other than that though, everything was perfect.

I attended at this clinic last week. The staff was friendly , well organized and professional with one exception. While seated in the big leather chair, the nurse asked me to move forward and pinch my knees together. She proceeded to place rolls of tape, a needle and syringe on my lap before inserting the needle. It was awkward and unprofessional. Surely a tray could have been used rather than my lap. She then took me by the hand and walked me to the waiting room. Unnecessary contact.

Dr. Ginsberg and the team are professional and caring. I was very happy with the experience. The detailed notes provided as part of preparation were helpful and complete. Only recommendation - advise patients to bring a sweater for before and after procedure. Empty stomachs make you cold!
