Was
at
sky
zone
over
the
weekend
for
a
birthday
party.
It
was
extremely
busy,
I
couldn't
even
believe
that
they
could
have
that
many
people
in
the
facility
at
a
time.
It
was
extremely
unorganized,
there
was
nowhere
for
us
to
stand
while
we
waited
for
our
"jump
time".
We
constantly
had
to
keep
moving
to
allow
others
to
be
able
to
walk
by.
Seems
like
there
was
no
concern
over
masking
rules,
many
people
didn't
have
them
on
and
no
one
said
anything.
I
found
it
to
be
dirty,
people
were
walking
in
the
trampoline
area
with
their
shoes
on.
There
were
also
people
not
wearing
the
"sky
zone
socks"
which
would
lead
me
to
believe
that
no
one
was
supervising
to
ensure
only
paid
guests
were
jumping.
Here's
where
the
one
star
comes
in.
The
rules
stated
"one
jumper
per
trampoline'".
There
was
no
one
stationed
at
each
area
to
ensure
that
THEIR
RULE
was
being
followed.
There
were
just
TOO
MANY
PEOPLE
in
the
facility
to
even
be
able
to
keep
up.
My
son
was
BADLY
INJURED
and
we
had
to
leave
the
party
to
take
him
to
the
emergency
room.
There
were
too
many
people
in
the
area
he
was
in
and
a
teenager
jumped
on
his
leg.
While
the
injury
was
an
accident,
if
their
staff
had
been
supervising
the
area,
the
would
have
known
that
there
were
too
many
people
in
that
spot.
The
only
positive,
the
staff
that
did
come
to
check
on
him
brought
some
ice
and
a
little
candy
treat
to
make
him
feel
better.
Thank
you
for
doing
that.
