JUST TERRIBLE! First and last time ordering anything from this company! I made an order on the Saturday online a week before I had a big volleyball tournament. Delivery date was scheduled for the following Friday which was great. Company called me on the Wednesday to say that one of the items was not available and I agreed to switch to a different item. The lady that I spoke with was going to call me back regarding the pricing later that day, she just needed to check with her manager. No phone call nothing. Friday of the expected delivery day, I arrive home to no delivery. I phoned the company immediately to inquire about the delivery, and after spending over 30minutes on hold I was notified it had not yet been shipped out from the location. The lady on the phone was rude stating that I should have came in to pick up the items instead of having them shipped to save on delivery cost. I told her directly that the hours that I work do not align with their store hours and either way it did not matter if I wanted to just have the items shipped. (I happily paid for the shipping). After stating that, she proceeded to tell me it was too late in the day to ship it out and began to corner questioned me as to why I did not phone earlier. (When I was at work and didn't know the delivery was not shipped) Stating that I was at worked all day, I asked why a courtesy email or phone call indicating the shipment would be delayed was not sent out. She replied that I did not indicate I needed the item by the given delivery date and also because the item was changed due it being out of stock after I ordered. She additionally stated they needed an additional 5 business days for the delivery, which was not explained on the Wednesday, when they changed the order. I could have arranged for someone to go and pickup the items for me but again their lack of professional courtesy in communication prevented this from happening. In closing, I do not understand why it takes up to 5 business days to ship items across the city, I mean I know traffic is bad in Toronto but COME ON! I can ship items all across Canada or even the states, faster then them shipping out an item to their customers. No resolution, No apology for their errors I was given no choice but to cancel my order the day before I needed it. If you are considering ordering from them, don't expect good service and surely don't expect the items you have ordered because chances are they don't have them and will take their sweet time delivering them out later than the given date.

This store is not what it was Pre-COVID. Stock is limited as they have bigger contracts with other associations. There is still one wall for men's and women's volleyball shoes. Not open on weekends but can order online and pay for delivery.

Although the store looks great, the customer service of staff is sub par. Total indifference and the time they talk is pretty rude makes you feel unwelcome. Regret the winter drive from mississauga to here. They do offer some good deals, not sure if worth the hassle. Other badminton stores are much better in service.

Happy w purchase and service. Item shipped fast. Price reasonable. Needed an exchange and process was easy despite store not being open. Staff v pleasant and friendly.

One of the worst experience I had. I won't recommend anyone to buy from this place. I purchased a badminton shoe it was actually tight for me. The sales man said that shoe is the right size for me and he guaranteed that I can return the shoe with in 30 days if I feels it too tight. I could not play with that shoes because it was hurting my legs.. So I tried to exchange with a bigger size. Now the store keeper is saying once i used, it cannot be returned... The shoe is just like brand new not even a single mark on it. Even they admit that but they are saying they cannot exchange or refund my money.. This was not what I was told when I purchased my shoes.

Good Store. Cheap by Other Shop Standards in Toronto. I went for my Badminton racquet getting strung.Total cost incurred was 28 CAD. Guts was of 9.95 CAD. Apacs brand(Malaysia) racquets was there from 75 to 100 CAD.

I had an online order with Canuck Stuff, though the product was not what I expected, I cannot praise enough the customer service experience I received from Mark. I would recommend this shop without any hesitation. Nothing but amazing service.

Clean well maintained.. And generally helpful staff. They have quite some strings and different brands available. The price is a little high compared to other places. But pretty reliable in whatever you expect from this place..stringing as well as quality in goods. They have a good variety of shoes, bags and accessories as well.

Please check if they have the stuff u want on Line first before going to shop because they Have change the method of selling things. The store now is mainly storage stuff .The opening hours are Very limited. The staff is helpful for searching for things u want. Their shipping fee is $15. They have a lot of volleyball stuff. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Great place for Volleyball gear and swag. As the provider for many large events (OVA's, OFSSA) they also have past year(s) t-shirts and sweatshirts for great prices. Plus they have a huge selection of volleyball shoes.

Great place. They are obviously operating under covid restrictions, but went above and beyond to help a non knowledgeable person like me to buy the right, and not necessarily the most expensive, gear.

I have gotten my last five pairs of volleyball shoes here. I called to get recommendations for my last pair and they helped me choose between several pairs. I am super happy with the new pair, mizuno z4, if anyone is curious. If you need anything volleyball or badminton, this is the place to go. They know their stuff!

Helpful and courteous staff. This location is central. Sometimes it's missed as you tend to forget it is there, since it is nestled on a sort of slope a little below street level. My daughter was happy with the choice of the purchase and the neat carry bag she received.

I needed a rush order on a batch of shirts. I called and although it's their busy print season, they got the job done in 2 days. Not only that, but Mark went over and above the deal by helping on the art work and keeping the price down. When the price came, it was twice as cheap as my next best printing. option. Whenever I deal with Fred or Mark, I'm always amazed . Thanks for helping out in a jam, guys!!

Purchased this system 25 yrs ago and it’s still being used by my son. I recently upgraded to a new system and it’s just as good as the old one. I was in the store last week and Jack was amazing.
