I’ve been in this location twice over the last few months and both times I’ve had the same person cash me out. Both times, they ignored me when I said hello and asked how their day was. They didn’t say more than one word to me the entire transaction and midway through cashing me out the second time, he randomly slammed the shirt I was purchasing, down onto the counter out of frustration and exclaimed, “PLEASE!” This took me by surprise, even his coworker behind the counter turned to him and asked what was wrong. He didn’t respond to her either. I felt really awkward and stunned by his behaviour. After two bad experiences in this location, I think I’ll just order my clothes online.

Would give 0 stars if I have to. Ineligible untrained staff. The black woman was so rude to me today. All I wanted was to price match for my online order. She wanted to make my life difficult and said she couldn’t find the order in the receipt (clearly she was lying as she didn’t want to help me) and asked me to contact customer service and get price matched. Shame on you! People like you should not be in customer service. The Indian guy sales rep didn’t have a clue of what he was doing. Completely untrained This is my fav brand . Now I’ll rethink 5 times before stepping into this misery of the branch!

Terrible experience and service interaction with one of the Managers(an Asian girl with Glasses, i believe her name is Iris), using a rude and obnoxious tone to communicate with me, after which my friend and I vowed to never return to this store again. Would recommend for everyone to do the same and stay away from this store until they Train their staff properly on how to conduct themselves and talk to costumers in a respectful and polite manner.

Horrible customer service and rude employees. I was looking for a pair of pants with my friends and an employee comes up to us and asks with a rude and annoying attitude, "Are you waiting for someone?" I responded no so he asked do I need something from the store. Once I responded I'm just looking for some jeans he turned around and said "Jesus" with a mocking tone. Then he walked away to talk with his co-worker. After a bit, I found a pair of jeans I wanted to try so I went to the fitting room and the co-worker gave me a dirty look and opened the door. After walking in she decided to slam the door on me. Do better Hollister.

I regularly shop at this store location as it’s conveniently located. Last week I bought a jacket and after a couple of days it went on sale. I went back to the store to get a price adjustment. With my receipt and credit card, i was told by Key Holder-Dela Cruz that I have to BRING the actual merchandise as a proof of purchase. I told him that my proof of purchase is my receipt on hand! I even cited an example that other stores will accept the receipt and credit card to do price adjustments. He wants the actual merchandise to brought at the store as a proof of purchase (doesn’t make sense at all!). The receipt and credit card is more than enough proof. He became argumentative and saying that it’s the store policy and he doesn’t make the rules. He said we don’t have the same policy as the Gap! This is not Gap, that I understand and fully aware that Hollister is not Gap. Maybe before you become argumentative, check first from your Manager! My point is, listen to customers experience and maybe you can learn something from it to improve your customer service. Maybe it’s something you can apply to your store so you’re not causing inconvenience to customers. I brought the merchandise today as I was told by Dela Cruz. Danica, cashed me out and did the adjustment. She confirmed customer don’t need to bring the merchandise for price adjustment. What an inconvenience.

When doing an online return, the sales rep asked for the reason why I returned my item. Before I even had a chance to respond, she replied on my behalf, "too small?" which I find to be very unprofessional. I would feel sorry for any young person that are struggling with their body image to hear this from a store clerk. Please train your staff to be more aware. This is not an appropriate comment to make.

Hollister is the store that has all its clothing products with high quality and very strong prices can be a little high, but the quality and variety can make up for this point

Gianis is the best representative at this store. He is very client oriented, patience though busy while handling different responsibilities, excellent explanation and communication skills, friendly, outgoing and dedicated to work. He should be recognized and deserves career progression.

Wonderful experience, warm jackets. I went to shop and the store was full, initially I thought to came out from the store as I was feeling tired and nobody was helping me. I was looking for size L in a specific jacket style. I was okay with any color available (out of 3 colors available). I asked a girl who was working there and she said whatever we have on the display is what we have, so if u can't see L that means we don't have it. I was stepping out from the store and I saw a boy , folding the clothes.I asked him whether they have size L in female jackets. He immediately checked in their mobile or internal system and said YES ,they have . He took 5 min to locate the size L and gave me 2 colors in the same jacket.I smiled and I asked his name. His name was Deigo.I ended up purchasing 4 Jackets ( 2 for my husband and 2 for myself) because of his service.Thank you so much Deigo, for the wonderful customer service experience!!

I buy this year January and return after lockdown open and store give me gift card now COVID-19 and lockdown every where and i don’t want stuff now all store I buy online and return after 3 to 4 month later only holister 0 review this thing I have bad experience so because holister have policy before same give gift card after store open in lockdown so that’s not our fault so plz change this thing now days how to make money this COVID-19 time change This policy I hate this policy😡

Went there today looking for a jeans and generally just looking around, there was a specific employee, Lauren, she was increadibly helpful and went out of her way to help me find exacly what I was looking for. Overall I like this store, the employees are nice and the clothes are great!

I really like these clothes! Such soft and comfortable fabrics. Staff is friendly enough and will usually offer to help. The styles here change often enough I do come a few times a year. Definitely can get busy and crowded during the day and weekends but I usually don't mind as these are good deals and quality clothes that seem to last fairly well. I do recommend Hollister and thus location.

i was visiting toronto from ottawa and we don't have a hollister in ottawa so i was really looking forward to going there, and i wasn't disappointed! i was helped out by olivia and her customer service was amazing :) even though i wasn't able to find a pair of shorts that i liked the fit of (i'm super picky with shorts), she helped me find a pair of awesome patchwork jeans and i am so excited to style them! can't wait to go to toronto again so i can go back to hollister!

My experience with bad customer service. Order #21008182631 Long story short, I came to the store for shopping, and was told to make an online order at the store due to zero quantity in inventory. I signed up for delivery text alert, and check the status for delivery. Now, let's note that I live in an apartment building near downtown Toronto, and the buzzer code for superintendent is public (not to mention the number of people coming in and out). However, unbeknownst to me, the courier, who never reached out via phone/email/text, never sent an updated message/email saying the product is in delivery, never sent out a notice for failed delivery, decided to return the product w/o any notification. I only found out that I "AM" entitled for a refund when I chatted to a support chat today, which I initially did not want. All they can say was "Once the item is in transit, there is nothing we can do". That is very irresponsible! And to Landmark delivery, or whatever courier you are using, please reconsider. The worst thing is that I did not want a refund, was then told that my item was out of stock, and I should go back to store and see if they have any. What a bad experience and I will never shop at Hollister again. thanks! P/S: Giving 20% coupon for free since I don't need the compensation for none of my faults. Email if needed.

Horrible in store shopping experience, the staff seemed annoyed to have a customer... I'm not sure why this location seems to be so problematic but I won't be returning.

Great place with good prices for quality, but I have to mention that the paper bag they gave me to hold my newly bought clothes was razor sharp and even had teeth!!! It gave me several paper cuts. Hollister, please fix this!
