Avoid this place. Sticky floors. Outdated and run-down. Overall dirty. I burned my socks when I got home. Broken-down bootleg video games were the best part because they were so ridiculous. I don't know if any of the games worked. They were either not on or were visibly broken. I feel bad for the business owners, but even worse for the families who pay money to be there. The climbing area was very run down too. I felt gross after being there.

Okay, so.. it's Covid time! Covid time! Hello? That means absolutely NOTHING to this place. Extremely dirty place. I wonder how messy it was before Covid. Second, I'm so blown away that the city of Ajax lets this place still be open. The whole place is just waiting the first child victim. We will surely hear about it in the news one day. Lots of broken toys and the whole structure is cracking and wiggling. The place itself looks nice and entertaining, only if someone would take better care of it. Pricing is okay and they do not charge for sitting adults like some other places. Please, replace the broken toys and hire a professional cleaner.

Outdated place and too many hazards. Some nets are torn and child's foot falls through gaps on the stairs. The protection around the bars is torn up leaving sharp bare plastic. The children running through the games were tripping on the wires. Just not a safe place to play.

This place is great. You do need to understand what it is. A budget playground. Being able to price it at $10 a kid is phenomenal. Especially with inflation everything else has gone up double and triple. It's no surprise it takes some time to fix certain things.

What a fun day at Endless Fun. What I loved about this indoor park was that I was able to bring my own snacks/food/beverages in for my boys and plug in my laptop and work while they played. Sat at a comfortable table with a view of the entire park, easy to keep my eyes on the boys. My boys have food sensitivities so this was such a relief to not be forced into purchasing in centre food throughout the day. The park is extensive, slides, ball pit, climbing wall and even arcades. My boys couldn’t get enough and keep asking to go back. We definitely will. Thanks for the gentleman at the front, he gave me a tour of their little hall room that they rent out for parties of different sorts. A perfect venue!

We recently had our sons birthday at Endless Fun playground and in my opinion the price we paid ($400) for 10 kids and 10 adults was way over priced for what was received. I’ll say that it was nice to have all my sons friends come to a place vs come to my home and I was able to avoid clean up. However if you look at the pictures I’ve attached, you’d think for the price paid this playground would be safe (I say this because our room had push pins on the floor, and there was supervision on the floor - there were paper signs saying do not climb up the slide, however there was complete chaos on the playground floor, 1/4 of the kids arcade games were broken as well) and CLEAN and perhaps have some modern updates to the facility. When you get there you receive a wristband which gets you a coffee or tea during your time there (part of the party package) - I asked for tea and it wasn’t ready until the end of our party at 6pm vs when it started at 4. They also make an announcement over the PA system to get your kids back into the room to eat, and all the adults in the playground were laughing because all you could hear was like a mumbling underwater sound!… The rooms were dirty and very cold and the play place felt like a sauna. With the amount of parties happening during the time we had our party, and knowing the cost associated with the parties it was evident they would have enough revenue to clean and update this facility. The staff was helpful when it came to needing extra cutlery and plates, no napkins were provided. We received juice boxes and pizza as part of the package. The package stated water would be provided however that wasn’t the case. like I said it was nice to have a party outside of my home, but for the price associated with it, you’d expect a nicer venue.

Brought my child here for a birthday party and she had a fun time. The place does need an update, like a new coat of fresh colourful paint. The walls are a worn out grey colour, which is not very inviting for a fun place. It looks a little depressing and dark and some of the equipment is in desperate need of some TLC and proper safety checks. The one toboggan sort of thing where kids carry up a black sled then slide down some rollers does not seem that safe. Little fingers could get stuck in those rollers. The padding is also not adequate and quite slippery. Some of the arcade games don't work. The massage chairs will drive you to insanity if you sit on them or someone else does with the same message playing over and over that you need to pay $2.00 to use them. Other than that, it's okay, definitely not the best spot but for those on a budget, it's an alright place, just make sure to supervise your child.

We held our kid's 5th birthday party here and were pleasantly surprised with how nicely it all turned out. We chose the 20+20 package; it included all table settings including cutlery, and a bunch of balloon decorations as well. (We did swap out the blue and red paper plates and cups for our own Super Mario themed place settings). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Totally satisfied with this whole experience.

Visited this place for a birthday and personally like the place overall. A place that kids would like very much but as others said in review “safety” could be a concern. Didn’t find this place dirty and the staffs are quite nice. However, not a place for younger kids (<4) as they can get easily hurt. Also, the play area was little too crowded. Liked the coffee stall and seating area, they are pretty nice for parents to take a break.

At first glance, it all looked quite run down and old: reception area, party rooms all in need of an update and reno. The actual play area just got worse. Everything in the play area needs to be scrubbed down and thoroughly cleaned - it’s very obvious there is no professional cleaning done at all. The structure itself is broken and peeling in so many parts, and literally held together with duct tape and zip ties that are cut off in random jagged spots. The wavy slides have a design that basically throws small kids up in the air and then smacks them down. There are lots of bumps in the foam flooring making it uneven and a hazard for kids. Toddler area had nothing too dangerous but again, just so dirty. Arcade area is a scam and dangerous: many games are broken or have missing parts, and there is open wiring everywhere. I wasn’t expecting it to be brand new or anything but there should be a minimum for maintenance and safety if you’re operating a play space for small children. I’m disappointed because I was hoping to find a local space to host a kids party but this isn’t it. I’d be too nervous about a kid getting hurt while attending. Definitely do not recommend.

Had my daughter's birthday here during the week. It was a fantastic experience - the employees were extremely attentive and helpful. They offered to put the cake/food in their fridge, asked me what the best time to order the pizza would be, provided extra plates and napkins, offered to cut the cake and were on hand to answer any questions. They don't nickel and dime you like many other party places. They also allow you to bring in outside food/drinks (which other party places don't allow). Kids had a blast.

Went for the party of my uncles-friend.. I read the reviews before coming and I can confirm — they're right. The whole establishment got a... questionable facelift but the climbing gear stays the same and as dangerous as ever; Its also quite dimly lit as well which is a questionable decision considering the state of the climbing gear. The only working arcade machine they have is this offbrand m&m ball drop game which can be a tad bit unfair at times ( I got 2 seven times, im as disappointed as you are ). After wasting all my coins ( which was $5 = 10 tokens ) I managed to scurry around the floor for three more tickets... My reward for my trials and tribulations ? a green plastic spider. a VERY small plastic spider ( His name is now Hubert btw ! ) that despite its green colouring indicating that glow in the dark fun would be possible it did nothing of the sort. I'm not mad at Hubert but my uncle reminded me that the dollar store probably had better spiders for less of the work. TLDR; The reviews are right for the most part, the staff that were in that day were quite nice ( to me at least )

Went there on the weekend with my 13 month old. There were a few birthday parties happening all at once and it was pretty busy, looked like kids were having fun. However, the place is very old and toys in the toddler area are all extremely dirty and broken. Rocking horses don't have handles, musical toy buttons don't work and the foam play mat was very gross. Also I didn't see any supervisor in the play area so a bunch of older bigger kids just took over the toddler corner where maximum capacity said 2 kids but it was easily 12. Never going back

Great fun kids ages 3 to 14. Keep the kids and parents cool when there is heat wave warning. Got a small collection of coin operated games as well.

This place was terrible. We brought my son for his friend's birthday party. The floors were gross in the playroom, things were falling apart, broken, another child in the party's foot got stuck in ripped netting thay they climb on, another kids fingers got stuck on somthing else. The little "mini arcade" was broken as hell..not worth it.

Great place, very reasonable, does not rip you off with the prices. Some place charges for adults for just sitting there. Not this one. Kids have fun and are sleeping by the time I go home.

Here is our experience: There are multiple rooms for parties! You can bring your own food or use their menu. They provide utensils which is great! They do not charge for adults, so parents can relax and enjoy coffee and tea on the house. The play place is very large and clean. The entire facility is fairly old. There are several arcade games, however, more then half of them are not working. The tokens are cheap to buy for the arcade games. If you have a baby, its great to see they have a change table and universal bathroom. Please ensure you bring your own socks. If you don’t, you can purchase for $2 a pair. The prices were reasonable for the experience.

I loved it! This play ground is huge and clean, perfect for winter days. I thought the staff there are doing their job and they take it very serious the rules of the PG. Which I think is great. There are a lot of chair and tables for adults, although you can also join the play time with the kids if you want to, to supervise your kids. Will come back again !

Celebrated my sons birthday at Endless Fun for 2 years in a row now. Venue is great. The indoor playground is amazing and the video game arcade section takes the cake! Strongly recommend this venue for kid birthday parties. We're definately coming back! 💯

We hosted our son's 7th birthday here and absolutely had a blast! We rented out a banquet room with a kitchen and bar, along with the indoor playground allowing the children to play safely with peace of mind knowing it was just our crowd. We had about a crowd of 80 people and the staff there, Jay did an excellent job. He was always on top of things and every so often doing rounds and ensuring that things were in order. I felt like I was in a big house jam with family and loved ones. Thank you Jay and everyone at EndLess Fun for the oppurtunity of making our night possible, we had an awesome time!

Our favourite indoor playground in Durham. We just celebrated our daughter's 3rd birthday for a party of 80+ people and everything went smoothly. In fact, they went above and beyond with our requests and made the whole experience one of a kind! All the kids had so much fun at the playground. It was safe and super kid-friendly. They recently renovated the place so it made the place livelier and modern.

Had my sons 5th birthday party here, did a private party after hours and it was amazing. Amazing staff so friendly and kind. Made sure I was all set up and had everything I needed but made sure to give us space to enjoy our birthday party. The kids and adults had so much fun. Will definitely be back and book again.

Visited this play area for a kids birthday party. The play area is very suitable for kids 8 and under. Arcade games are a little dated. Had three rooms dedicated to parties, one of the rooms had so little space and was congested. The host was friendly and accommodating to all the requests.

Endless Fun is a great place for kids! The packages they offer include everything you need for a very reasonable price. The place is always clean and well maintained with an amazing staff. They’re very helpful and attentive and strive to provide you with the best experience. They also have a banquet hall you can rent out for any parties or events. Overall I had the best experience here with the kids!

We had our sons 6th birthday party here today and it was so fun! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We brought decorations in a few days before and they had the room beautifully decorated for when we got there. The pizza was great. Tokens are cheap for the little arcade. The play structure is huge. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to have a party for your little one or even just go for a bit to play. 10/10

We celebrated my friend’s baby shower at the event hall which was the perfect size for our group party! Place was pretty cheap and very spacious and had over 30 people. Manager’s very accommodating and very nice! Highly recommend this place to those who’s very interested on having an event. You can also play arcade on the other side of the hall which was a big plus for us since we love arcades.

Extremely disappointed!! The play structure is Not clean at all!! The infant area has broken toys and small things all over the place, my son almost choked to death. The machines are pretty much all broken. Waste of money! Extremely unsafe and filthy.

I had my son's second birthday party this past Sunday- Jay and Reggie were just amazing to deal with. Always prompt with returning calls and providing responses. They were very accommodating leading up to the party and at the party. Even the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend using their facilities for any future events. Thank you both so much for your professionalism, timely communications and friendliness.

They stole our rental items and kept blaming others and at the end offered $50 for $300 worth of materials!! horrible place and super scry.. especially having your kids play there.. so please pay extra $$ n book a better hall!!

Awsome spot the kids loved it. Lazer tag was a hit. Some of the arcade machines weren't working and require a loonies, which the staff provide. I think I would be a little better if it had a token or card system. Maybe that may be coming in the future. Also we got to use the Lazer Tage once, it should have been 2 session, but something happened and it was no longer working, which was a bummer. Over all the kids had a great time and the absolute loved the Lazer tag.

EXTREMELY fun place for kids to burn energy! It’s also fun for adults 😁. They have private rooms for parties/birthdays. The staff will arrange food and drinks, coffee too. Many slides/games/toys for varying age groups. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!
