I have a lot of respect and trust for the management and the staff at North Medafix! It's a one-stop shop for almost all healthcare needs (except for dentistry perhaps), and I always feel welcome and appreciated. The place is clean, organized, and well-run!

North Medafix Unfortunately had to change my review about my experience with this clinic. Nobody is picking up the telephone, it goes by default to answering system. I drove all the way from Orangeville to see doctor Minas, the one and only one who is doing walk in patients. To my disappointment I was told that he is on vacation !!! So all my time and driving was for nothing. I had acute gout attack and was in pain barely walking yet I was refused medical help from the other doctor who was present at the time. I don’t think this type of medical assistance deserves the 5 star review I posted previously.

Dr Kayumi best in the business. He is kind caring and does not look at what pills he can prescribe. He looks at how to stay healthy and work with your body to create a healthy longevity way of life.

Dr.Adam Kayumi has been my family doctor for 16 + years and he is a very experienced and professional doctor and we have always had great advice from him and I would recommend him to all my family and friends and he always greet us with a smile and makes us feel welcome and his staff are all amazing as well.

The RECEPTIONIST picks up the phone cuts me in the middle of a sentence and ask how can she help me and then pretended she is not getting what I am saying. She doesn’t have good communication etiquette.

Worst clinic ever. I made an appointment to get my 4 month old regular vaccine and check up as currently we stay in Mississauga and our GP is in Waterloo. They called me and confirmed they have the vaccine a week ago. Today they cancelled it one hour before the appointment, saying the doctor says I should take him to his GP and they don't have the vaccine. They wasted one week when I could have found another clinic. I guess the doctor just felt like they need a longer break as they cancelled 1 hour before, when I'm on my way. with my baby. Not acceptable at all.

Lily is truly a great massage therapist, very professional and committed. Thanks for taking your time, I am starting to feel much better after a few sessions. The staff is Great as well, I would definitely recommend this place.
