Bad service. Sukhmandeep, the employee told us that they are not supposed to tell customers about the bogo offer that they had and the manager told them not to. . Burger King staff is so weird about the offers . Very bad experience

Food is really great here. Customer service is also so good. One guy works here he so nice and polite. I think his name is “Piyush”. Totally recommended.

I had a negative experience with the staff today. When I placed my order, they failed to inform me about the available deals. It was only after I paid that I realized I was charged an extra $13 for the same items I ordered. When I asked the staff about it, they claimed I never asked for the deal. I am disappointed to say that the staff should have informed me about any better deals available for the items I was ordering. I am truly upset and find this kind of behavior unacceptable.

Very rude staff . I went to pick up my mobile order first I wait 25 minutes for 2 burgers nd a drink . After waiting that long they gave me order nd when I ask for a tray the girl name Nancy she told me we can’t give tray for 1 drink you have to buy more otherwise you can cancel ur order . Really is that the way the employees behave in Brampton at Burger King . The staff in Montreal is way better than here. Will not suggest anyone to visit.Nancy go nd grab some manners.

I really enjoyed my bacon whopper. It has been my all time favourite. BK makes the best bacon whopper in my opinion. I shopped at Bramalea mall. The atmosphere was as expected in a busy shopping mall. It was however clean.

I love to visit this place as it kill my hunger and Service is so wonderful with a delicious food. I always happy to be here.

My experience at burger king was amazing. Reasonable prices, with good quality food. They staff is really professional and almost never messes up with my order, except for once, I ordered chicken and got beef. Over all burger king is my go to. Every time I visit the mall I have to eat the 5 99 deal.

The burger king in bramalea city centre is conveniently located next to the escalators connecting the two floors of the mall, near the parking lot and the metros as well as the food court. The Whoppers have been good, the staff have been responsive and helpful. the lines can be long here depending on the time of day. I would ask for extra mayo and tomatoes for the Whoppers, those extras are free.

The order was missing one sandwich and we have to go back. Bad service and very slow service.

Staff is attentive to everyone, they go fast , and in order, polite, and ask if anything else is needed. The food court of Bramalea City Center has lots of seats to sit with family and enjoy your meal.

There was a long queue when I reached there and after about 15 minutes it was my turn. I ordered 2 whoppers and it took 10 minutes for my order. When tasted, it was not enough yummy as I expected. Overall experience was good but I enjoyed the company my friend provided me.

My experience at Burger King in Bramelea City Center was very good.

I appreciated the option that the server gave me. I asked her if they sold breakfast and she said no, but she immediately said to me they do have French toast available if I would like that. I appreciated that because some people could’ve just said no and sent me on my merry way.

I would say that I had a pretty good experience with this Burger King. I received everything in my ordered matter of a few minutes, everything was hot and tasted good. I enjoyed my time and experience at Burger King and will Definitely be coming back in the near future. ☺️
