I
have
been
practicing
yoga
for
over
five
years
and
depend
on
a
regular
practice
to
keep
me
at
my
best
physically
and
spiritually.
I
have
been
a
regular
at
Inner
Dance
Yoga
classes
for
about
2
years
now.
The
spaces
are
comfortable
and
full
of
options
(bolsters,
blocks,
straps,
balls,
eye
pillows,
rollers,
knee
pads,
extra
mats
for
an
added
layer
of
cushion,
etc)
that
help
take
my
practice
to
a
new
level
.
I
have
taken
classes
with
several
different
instructors
and
each
has
been
been
welcoming
and
careful
to
ask
about
my
skill
level,
whether
I
had
any
limitations,
and
what
I
might
desire
to
work
on.
During
class
they
have
been
able
to
offer
options
and
careful
instruction
(including
at
times
personal
intervention
from
the
instructor
during
class)
that
was
easy
to
follow,
helps
me
get
the
most
out
of
my
practice,
and
prevents
injury.
Whether
you're
a
beginner,
self
taught,
or
a
yoga
veteran
you
will
be
able
to
get
what
you
need
out
of
a
class
at
Inner
Dance.
There
are
also
a
variety
of
styles
offered
to
ensure
everyone
can
find
the
type
of
class
or
instructor
that
they
are
looking
for.
Cost
is
very
reasonable
and
paying
for
classes
is
easy:
drop
in
rates,
passes,
cash,
credit
card,
or
check.
I
highly
recommend.
