Aschaffenburger Hof

Old fashioned in the nicest way. The owner is super friendly, staff excellent. Absolutely perfect. In a great position for access by walking to the many nice places in this very nice town. Absolutely recommendable. Note I stayed here for a week at a time many times for work but this is equally good for holiday etc.

The hotel room I had for about a week exhibited the charme of the 1980's. A working mini-fridge prompted me to increase to 4 stars, as I had stuff which kept a lot fresher in a fridge. Service was helpful. The location in the middle of Aschaffenburg with an underground garage is tops. Charging 6 EUR/night extra for parking, not so much.

very bad experience. had no heater inside the room.spent an awful night. next day I asked the lady to check my heater she said we close it at 10. she didn't even bother to check. Waited till the night shift lady who offered me another room. That young lady was the only good person in there.

It was a lovely stay at that place. Great location and there was such a caring human who was at the reception who made our trip worthwhile. She went above and beyond to help every way possible she could and I couldn’t thank her enough. She was there mostly in the mornings, unfortunately I don’t know her name but I hope this message finds you well! Others were not as helpful as you and I can certainly say that without a doubt. We didn’t speak the same language but she never refused to help and made sure our needs are fulfilled. We travelled with our four legged companion and she was comfortable and playful with her too. TO THE PERSON WHO WAS KIND AND HELPFUL TO THE STRANGERS WHO CROSSED BY HER PATH, YOUR EFFORTS AND KINDNESS DIDN’T GO UNNOTICED OR UNAPPRECIATED.
