I would have liked to have bought the promotional bag with 8 rolls this afternoon. The saleswoman packed 6 rolls until she realized that she no longer had 2 Gerweck. The bag was then tipped back into the display with the comment “I have no more white Gerweck”. My suggestion is whether you could pack two other rolls instead. Was commented with a very clear “works nice”. I feel the same way. That's not possible! I fully understand that not all goods are available at all times. But if you're so inflexible and don't want to pack a roll for 5 cents anymore, you could at least say I'm sorry. In the future, I'll find a baker who is a little more customer-friendly.

Please be careful, the plastic lid top of the coffea cup, has Plastik peaces. Wrong cut. Can cause serious damage to the stomach or throat. Do not use please. Throw it away. Kind regards

On Tuesday, January 18th, 2022, at 2:20 p.m. I got in line (4 people in front of me) to buy a pretzel before I started work. There were two saleswomen behind the counter and only one was serving the customers. There were 4 more people behind me still in line. I left the bakery with my pretzel 15 minutes later and at this point there was still only one employee serving. I certainly understand that you have to take trays out of the oven, but while the line in front of the counter gets longer and longer and the second employee starts sweeping away crumbs as if she otherwise had no work, I don't understand at all. Especially since the exact same situation happened to me in week 2, only I didn't wait that long and left without the goods. I'll probably go somewhere else in the future.
