Today I had a pregnancy massage with Lima and it was utterly exceptional .I felt completely comfortable in her presence and the environment was very relaxing too. I will certainly recommend Lima’s pregnancy massage to others. Really a transformative and healing experience.

I went to Gavin for two sports massages because of my very painful repetitive strain injuries, which I had several. After the first session, which wasn't long enough, it seemed the extent of my injury was quite bad and wide-spread down my right side. In the second longer session, Gavin was able to identify more troublesome spots connected to my main injury, including my back, and worked mostly on these remaining parts. I'm happy to say as of today my thoracic outlet syndrome, tennis elbow (with rest), and back have all experienced significant improvements (a few days after the 2nd treatment). He even showed me important stretches and exercises to do at home to help with my strengthening of muscles and rehabilitation. I admit I wasn't sure at first after the initial shorter session (the extent of my injuries were worse than I thought), but after the second session and with rest I am very satisfied.

Best massages in town. Trust me. I have chronic issues and extreme muscle tension. I've tried so much. This studio is the best! I am a regular with Gavin but Adriana is also unbelievably fantastic! My massage with her was hands down one of the best i ever had. And i've had plenty. I think everyone who works here really knows their stuff!
