Going to this salon already for a while and making lash refresh every 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately last experience was really bad. All the manipulation of the lady with my head were painful and very rude. On top of that the outcome is really sad. Lashes are looking super unnatural (2 caterpillars on my eyes). Glued together as it is even hard to brush them. When I asked to reduce the amount of extensions, lady did few manipulations, but it didn’t change the result. I wish there is a possibility to be able to decide with who to work and questions asked before the service is provided.

The ladies were so helpful and informative, advising me on what type of lashes would best suit, after care etc. They turned out great I am very happy with how they look and feel. I forget they are even there. I am also pregnant, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout with extra cushions :)

I get my eyelashes done here for a number of months, at the start there was 1 person who was doing my lashes and I was quite happy with them. Over my last 4 visits I had 2 different people doing my lashes and the results have been awful! Both eyes look completely different, the lashes last half of the time they did previously, which means I need a refill more frequently inevitably paying the salon more money for low quality service. The person who I believe is the “manager” has been very unhelpful on most occasions I had a problem and after the lash techs speak between one another in their language and giggle, which to a customer who does not understand and just complained about poor service, can feel very uncomfortable and like they are the topic of laughter.

I would like to thanks the team of Soa Lashes. Every time I go there, I appreciate the hospitality and the work of the team. Very professional and nice! I get very fast an appointment and I love my lashes after visiting them.

After so many trial and error I finally found the best lash place in Berlin! They really try to create the bespoke lash look that suits you the most 💕 Super friendly staff + very clean are just two huge bonus points! p.s don’t forget to collect and start to redeem loyalty points :)

Totally love this place. I did my lashes here for the very first time three weeks ago. Not only are the staff professional, patient and kind. The lashes came out beautifully and have stayed full up until now. Thank you SOA!

Careless Salon!!! This caused me Mental health trauma when she cut off my Natural Lashes with scissors when I wanted the the Extensions to be removed. Never go here ladies! You will regret it!!!
