This is one of the very few places you can find truly helpful and nice staff in Germany! (You know how difficult it is to find friendly customer service in Germany) Most of the employees of IKEA Lichtenberg speak good English. And even if they can’t speak English, they were super helpful and highly attentive to all my inquiries. I bought my new kitchen, mattress and some other furniture for my new flat, so recently had to visit here almost every week. Each time I visited, all employees were very kind, answered all my questions with patience. And later when I found out I cannot carry my mattress home, the employee at transportation arrangement helped me a lot by arranging express shipping service even after the closing time at 21:00 (!) I have a closer IKEA store to my home but I will continue to use IKEA Lichtenberg for sure… Thank you! Oh, and the food was delicious too!

One of the best IKEA’s in Berlin. It’s quiet most days, very clean/organized, well stocked, you can always find what your looking for and the staff is friendly. This is our go to IKEA, it’s the best one we think. The cafeteria also deserves a shout out, they are very friendly and accommodating. From every department, you will always find the staff smiling and joking around with each other. It really seems like a healthy environment.

Oh dear. Our favorite Ikea in Berlin so far is slowing down a lot. Children's play world closed, bibs empty, food dry, only one cash register open at 7:30 p.m. Family and customer friendliness looks different.

Had a meal on site, the restaurant was overrun with birds. No help on site, service online very complicated. How can the restaurant open in this condition? Hygienic disaster.

The Chat button is inactive in the working times. Unbelievable! You can't contact them when they are supposed to work. I also hate the endless strikes. It is a russian roulette when you want to return some items you bought there.

Huge outlet, you can get maximum things about everything you need related to your work, house, garden, car. They have wide range of quite everything, hardware has a bit of limitations over here but the rest you can get. The employees are pretty friendly and helpful here. And at the end the ideal IKEA hot dog is at best here!

Thanks for nothing, first putting the wrong parts in the box, then leaving customers on hold on the telephone for over 30 minutes, who then sent me to Lichtenberg. Drove 30 km here with the parts and now STRIKE! Are you serious? It's great that we still can't build a bed for my mother. Ikea and service, that was once....😡

Undoubtedly they have thought about everything about its customers experience in a store… right from having the furnitures displayed to the immense amount of options… to having the restaurant option as well as on the go edibles.. I especially enjoyed their plant balls and Hot Dogs several times during my visit to the store… to top it all they also have a section for kids play area where the parents can drop off Their kids. This especially is very thoughtful in terms of having a wonderful experience..

Good user experience. I find Ikea item’s quality in general good. Store has everything one need for the house. Restaurant section has lots of options with very reasonable price.

You often see cabinets that already have loose doors or drawers. Otherwise there is a lot of beautiful things to see. The showrooms are lovingly oriented and decorated.

Best on a weekday. Go at 11:30, have a nice inexpensive lunch upstairs without the crowds, then do your shopping & leave. If you go on a Saturday good luck to you...

Worth a visit for the food area, restaurant sitting area is huge, a big food menu with delicious food option offered for a reasonable price, drinks can be refilled as many times as you like. Both first and second floor layout are easy to navigate with many shortcuts taking you in and out of sections within minutes.

Ich war das erste Mal hier und hatte mir das Frühstücksbuffet etwas üppiger vorgestellt. Kurz nach Öffnung um 10 Uhr waren die Regale fast lehr. Erst nach Aufforderung beim Personal wurde mir etwas mürrisch Blick die Auswahl wieder bestückt. Es war eine Erfahrung für mich. Ich frühstücke lieber woanders.

Excellent furniture market. Readymade furniture (like kitchen/bathroom/bedroom) are extraordinary! But you can also customise with their professional editors! Moderate price. There are also a restaurant! Delicious foods with cheap prices.

IKEA isn't a shopping place, it's a world of its own. This IKEA isn't any much different. Everything related to furniture to home essentials at the best prices and quality. Right now I might sound like an advertisement commercial when I say this but this place is huge and to be honest a little confusing. But they have a lot of staff who are very helpful and kind. So yeah if you have a day off do give IKEA a visit. And yes they do have a restaurant inside the building.

I wanted to get a chair that was out of stock for weeks, and on a Sunday evening I noticed there‘s one availabe at IKEA Lichtenberg. We went there before opening, and we could already go into the hall area which was really nice because it was freezing outside. There were displays in the waiting area where I could already reserve my item, got a QR code that was valid for 5 minutes, so we only had to go to the cashier zone and 1 minute after opening my chair was reserved and pay for. We got a number and 10 minutes later we could get it at the Click & Collect counter. Really nice experience, and on top of that I could get hold of this beautiful armchair finally. 😊 (And!!! I didn‘t know that IKEA had a breakfast menu!)

Well ordered IKEA. The staff is kind and helping. Various items are in showrooms. The restaurant and cafe is clean and ordering process is easy. Generally, it doesn’t take more than 5-10 minutes to order and have it delivered in 10 minutes.

Great offer for houses, apartments, garden terraces and balconies! Unfortunately we couldn't find a suitable bedroom for us!

Going to IKEA means, delicious vegan hotdogs and ice cream after shopping! I love this hotdogs, specially now that they have the new plant-based hotdog, now I want to go to IKEA everyday just to eat them

The restaurant has deteriorated dramatically, coffee is no longer free for breakfast, prices are much more expensive than a few years ago, the cheapest sausage is available, everything used to be much better and also cheaper. Of course everything will be a little more expensive, just reducing the quality while increasing the price is not possible. There wasn't everything left in the selection either, we were there shortly after 10 a.m. If breakfast lasts until 11 a.m., you can actually expect it to be refilled.

I'm always surprised at how many different people visit Ikea, some looking for equipment for their apartment, others looking for a specific gadget, others just wanting to go to the restaurant and then going home with a new shelf/cupboard or table..... I always find it really relaxing here, among other things because there is enough space and you rarely step on each other's feet. And I ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING even though I go in without a wish :-)

It’s not just a furniture store. It’s a wholesome experience. From having a big parking place, kids play area, all that furniture and households to a very reasonable restaurant and delicious hotdog food truck, it’s everything for a day there.

You need at least 3-4 hours so please plan accordingly Great stuffs and affordable prices I went to purchase a wardrobe and the staff was very friendly to customise it for me according to my need. Great place also to do a window shopping and also not to mention about their small eatery place they have. The prices are so cheap and the taste is good for the price we pay. Bought a coffee, cake and fries it costed 4€ for all of these

Cool, but really crowded today (Saturday)

Went here to shop for supplies for the production design of a music vid. We didn't spend a lot and everything we did buy was quite affordable. Had a great time, and the beufae they offer is fantastic. Had a whole meal here, very decent food with cheap prices.

If I could give it -🌟 to the pick-up service area, I would. We've bought kitchen cupboards and the hanging off the wall system which were prepared and given to us by the pick-up staff only to realize at home ready to build the items that the package was open and it's missing building pieces. Now we have to go back to IKEA to claim the missing parts and are not able to build our kitchen for the next couple of days. Besides costing money, it also costs time and our plans to build are out the window. Make sure to properly double check the items taken from the warehouse by the staff and delivered in the pick up area, as it seems as if they sell returned open items with missing parts as newly unopened items.

I've been to a few Ikeas across the Western Hemisphere and this is my far one of the more efficient and clean iterations. Staff is helpful. Return process is extremely uncomplicated. Just prepare yourself for extremely long waits due to this being just a busy location.

Went to the restaurant yesterday and were surprised by several birds flying all over the dining area. Of course the restaurant wasn't closed either. This shouldn't happen, especially when it comes into contact with food.

It’s unbelievable how in 2024 a place “friendly” with the environment (producing so much unnecessary products) doesn’t accept dogs which are educated and well behave. Maybe IKEA should consider the politics according to the present times that we’re living.
