We working in logistic 12 years with German client and partners, first time we face so huge disrespect like from Audi Zentrum Berlin-Spandau. Nobody take car about call or answer emails! Absolutely scandalous. I brought my accidented car, and wasn't allowed to talk to a single worker. After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment (seriously?) I received a repair estimation of 18.000€. My insurance sent the accidented car to my country (France) where the cost were estimated by an expert at 2.300€. The car is now in perfect condition after having lost 3 weeks for nothing, and risking to be abused by this kind of practices.

Beautiful building but the service leaves a lot to be desired. To ask about a repair you have to go to one counter , tell them why you are there then they send you to the next counter which is literally just behind it so not sure why yoi need several steps for aomething that requires just one step. It was empty by the way, only staff. I'll take my business elsewhere .

I had a very positive experience repairing my car here. It needed two doors to be replaced and the whole side painted after an accident. Special thanks to the master Torsten Krausch, he was very friendly and helpful, and he spoke English which was very important for me. The car is like new now. I can't say much about the cost because I didn't compare it with other companies and it was covered by my insurance company.

Very nice building, easy to access, good structure. Customer Service was good and the Sales person was very helpful by explaining everything and preparing the car for pick up. Overall good and enjoyable experience.

Everything was good, got my first car here. Delivery is too long 2-3 weeks. Due to summer holidays, one small scratch haven't done, and asked me to come later to fix them.

Worst experience ever. Tried to reach sales person 2 days, always got response that he is busy and will replay me. Send couple of emails and no answer aswell. Client center is not responsive and not interested in clients needs. Do not recommend using this dealership.

Sehr guter und zuverlässiger Service, freundliche Mitarbeiter, da fährt man gerne hin. Ich habe da ein neues Audi S5 Sportback gekauft und wurde vom Herrn Marcel Wieczorek sehr kompetent und freundlich betreut. Er hat alle Absprachen und Termine eingehalten, mich bei allen Formalitäten unterstützt und mich sogar persönlich nach Ingolstadt gebracht, um das Auto abzuholen. Er steht immer gerne bei großen und kleinen Fragen zur Verfügung. Er spricht exzellentes Polnisch und Englisch, was besonders vorteilhaft für alle ist, die nicht über ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse verfügen.
