I've
been
looking
for
a
fitness
studio
that's
right
for
me
for
a
long
time.
Very
long.
Until
I
took
a
look
here
at
the
recommendation
of
the
neighboring
osteopath
and
arranged
a
trial
training
session.
Then
I
knew:
the
search
was
over,
I
found
it.
There
is
no
noise
here
like
at
the
fair,
no
one
is
looked
at
stupidly
here,
there
are
no
young
men
running
around
pretending
to
be
Tarzan.
This
studio
is
small,
but
very,
very
rarely
full,
so
it's
very
comfortable,
the
music
is
usually
playing
pleasantly
in
the
background
and
everyone
can
simply
train
as
they
like.
The
training
plan
is
carefully
developed
together
with
the
employee
who
accepts
you
as
a
member,
tailored
precisely
to
the
respective
needs
and
requirements,
and
can
then
be
expanded
or
changed
later
as
desired.
The
employees
are
always
friendly
and
can
be
contacted
at
any
time
if
you
need
help
or
advice.
They
are
well
trained
in
medical
matters,
so
even
my
colleagues
in
orthopedics
could
learn
something!
Although
-
with
the
exception
of
the
bicycles,
treadmills
and
steppers
-
each
device
is
only
available
once,
there
are
surprisingly
few
overlaps,
meaning
that
you
somehow
have
to
wait
longer.
It
always
works
out
somehow.
The
audience
is
mixed,
there
is
pretty
much
everyone,
from
the
teenager
who
has
injured
his
knee
and
comes
to
physical
therapy
regularly,
to
the
fit
senior
citizen
who
wants
to
exercise
his
muscles,
to
the
young
and
young
at
heart
who
simply
want
to
do
something
for
their
fitness
on
a
regular
basis
.
The
current
courses
are
advertised
on
the
bulletin
board,
but
I
haven't
taken
any
further
interest
in
them
yet.
You
can
buy
drinks,
but
you
can
also
bring
them
with
you,
you
can
take
a
shower
if
you
want,
there's
nothing
else,
but
in
my
opinion
that's
absolutely
not
necessary,
it's
all
good.
Yes,
ok,
so
if
I
could
wish
for
something,
it
would
be
longer
opening
hours
on
Sundays
and
public
holidays,
but
of
course
I
understand
that
the
employees
don't
want
to
sit
there
from
early
to
late
on
the
weekend.
