Ich finde es unglaublich, dass Bösen einen so mangelhaften Mechanismus für gekaufte und auf die Lieferung wartende Waren hat. Insgesamt finde ich die Gärtnerei Bösen also sehr nett und die Leute dort sind freundlich, aber Vorsicht, wenn man dort etwas kauft und liefern lässt.

Bösen offers the best range of garden plants in the region, although there are also decent suppliers in Wittlich and close to Vianden (LU). Staff is usually competent and friendly, but you also need to know what you are looking for. Constantly expanding, Bösen also proposes some landscaping on their premises, so you may get an idea on how you can arrange your plants. Most thematically there is an Oriental garden landscaping. Unfortunately, that is about all you can see. If you are used to how they do things in the U.K. you will feel quite disappointed, and you may find a bit more of that in Wittlich - Garteland Schmitt. At the moment, you can find a decent range of Spring flowers, in promotion, and some nice rhododendrons in many sizes. Covid-related you still need to wear a mask on the premises (!!). They also offer half-grown trees, not usually on display. If need more than the occasional house plants, I recommend calling in advance and book a guide/staff member. For big orders you may find it useful to negotiate the offer. If you also have a lanscapist, get him/her to come along. You may want to know that Bösen delivers free for orders above 700€ but they never plant your plants.

Hello. For the last 5 years I have bough my Christmas tree in Temmels "Bösen Weihnachtsbäume", however this year the sales person in Temmels has ruined mine and my children Christmas spirit. I spent few hours with my family to find a tree that suits our home and we made a reservation with a statement: circa. 3rd of December (meaning around 3rd of December). When we arrived to pick it up, the sales person was laughing and said - "I sold your tree a day later. Hahahaa." This is NOT acceptable. Me and my family is disappointed and I can guarantee, I will never by any tree from you as well as all my family friends. This is not acceptable! I strongly recommend to avoid this sales place at any cost.
