The items arrived very well packed and protected from the rigours of the postal service. The scarf was of a very high quality material and my mum loved it. Simply perfect, I highly recommend both products and there's a reason why I shop on this site.

I purchased a floor lamp through NoTHS. On delivery the outer package was open, and parts of the inner package damaged by the weight of the base. One arm of the lamp was crushed and bent. I could not return the item for a refund because of the considerable damage to the packaging, and because it would be a struggle anyway because of my age and mobility. Fortunately, I received excellent help and support from Alexandra in Customer Services at NoTHS. She was very understanding, and persevering over a number of days, and negotiated a discount for me to cover the damage to the item and which I was very satisfied with. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
