An hour of floating was announced. Completely “new territory” for us because we experienced it for the first time. After showering, we went into the approximately 2.5x2.5m pool. The density of the water is reminiscent of the Dead Sea; You (woman too 😁😇) feel truly weightless and are absolutely deeply relaxed - a real treat 👍 After the hour is over, take a quick shower and then go to the relaxation room. A bit of fruit, a drink and comfortable loungers complete the whole thing. Our conclusion: thanks to the friendly staff, great cleanliness and overall great ambience, a stay that we will definitely repeat 👌😊

Since it was my first float, I don't have any comparison options. The location was a bit difficult to find despite the navigation system because you have to turn into a driveway with several buildings. Parking spaces are available for this. The rooms on the first floor can also be reached with a lift and are very well equipped, with quiet music, a friendly welcome and nice instructions. You are completely undisturbed in a lockable room with a cloakroom, toilet, shower and the large floating pool rich in beneficial magnesium salt. Quiet music and color-changing light make relaxation a special experience. Freshly prepared fruit and water with lemon were lovingly available in the relaxation room. An unforgettable experience. I can absolutely recommend it. By the way, I was fit and full of energy, not tired, as expected.

Wir sind soooooo entspannt nach einem Besuch bei Schwerelos 😍 Tolles Ambiente , sehr freundliches Personal, alles sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Obst, Getränk und Ruheraum am Ende des Floatings hat alles noch schön abgerundet, danke für das Erlebnis, wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

The reception was nice and all in all it was a good relaxation, but there were a few things I didn't like that much. 1. The locker room is uncomfortable with no place to sit down. 2. This may be my mistake, but I thought you were lying in a “pod” like this. Instead it was more of a 2.5m x 2.5m x 0.4m bathtub. Also ok but not what I expected. 3. The relaxation room afterwards costs extra. The wow factor is missing.

Nice staff and good massage, but I didn't have a great service experience before my appointment. I had booked a massage online and was called a month later to be told that there is no massage therapist on Fridays (why let me book it then and wait such a long time to tell me?). Instead they insistently tried to offer me another treatment (not a massage). It kind of felt too pushy and in the end I had to wait for nearly 2 months for my massage...

We've already been there a few times to float, sometimes followed by a massage, and were largely satisfied. Unfortunately, I have now had an extremely unpleasant experience with an annoyed, unfriendly lady on the phone who didn't even let me finish. Due to this incident, we will no longer use this “service company” and cannot recommend it Regarding the owner's answer, I would like to note that it was not explained to me in any way why the voucher could no longer be redeemed and that is exactly the point... the lady was not only a little unfriendly, she was extremely rude and that's how you should be not behave towards customers, even if they are now former customers!

Disappointing experience with SCHWERELOS Floating & Massage Spa Aachen - lack of customer focus and lack of refund I would like to express my sincere disappointment in my experience with your company. In 2020/21 I purchased a voucher worth €150 for massages and floating from you, full of anticipation for the relaxing and soothing treatments that I wanted to take advantage of and nothing came of it! In the months that followed, I suffered a serious health crisis that forced me into the hospital for several months. Given these unforeseen circumstances, it was impossible for me to redeem my voucher. Furthermore, the situation was aggravated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which made it even more difficult for me to receive your services. Despite these challenging circumstances, I tried to find a solution with your company. I politely asked for an extension of the voucher or a refund of the amount paid since I was unable to use the services I paid for due to my health and pandemic restrictions. Unfortunately, your company's response has been extremely disappointing. Instead of showing understanding and offering customer-oriented solutions, my requests were ignored. No courtesy was shown and I was fobbed off with a cold “no”. This lack of willingness to address your customers' individual needs and circumstances has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. It is unfortunate that your company failed to adequately respond to my situation and offer more flexible solutions. Not only do I feel financially disadvantaged, but I also feel disappointed by the lack of customer focus and empathy I experienced in this matter. - 01/29/2024 Update: Owner violates privacy policy and publishes information about me. In addition, the owner of Weightless Aachen spreads false information about me and portrays me as a liar. Super tolles Erlebnis. Wir waren zum erste Mal dort (30 Minuten Paarfloating). Wir haben uns schon beim Empfang super gefühlt. Es wurde alles toll erklärt, wir fanden es auch super, dass wir begleitet wurden (in die Umkleide, zum Floating und zum Ruheraum). Den Ruheraum buchten wir noch hinzu und sind überglücklich, dass gemacht zu haben. Wir sind sehr entspannt aus dem „Schwerelos“ raus und werden auf jeden Fall nochmals kommen! Es ist eine sehr große Empfehlung, für alle, die gestresst sind oder einfach ihrer Seele etwas schönes gönnen möchten. Dieses Gefühl im Wasser zu schweben ist einzigartig! Und ganz wichtig: Hier wird Hygiene und Sauberkeit groß geschrieben!!

Vorab: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings sind wir schwer enttäuscht von dem Massageservice der dort angeboten wurde. Es wurde ohne viel Kraft massiert, obwohl ich mehrmals drum gebeten habe, fester zu massieren. Uns wurde im Nachhinein mitgeteilt, dass der Herr uns sprachlich nicht gut versteht (d.h. der Herr hatte gar keine Chance mich fester massieren zu können). Aus diesem Grund ist auch ein weiteres Missverständnis bei meiner Begleitperson aufgekommen, womit sie sich sehr unwohl während der Massage gefühlt hat. Wenn ich als Wellnesscenter solch hochpreisige Leistungen anbiete, darf sowas nicht passieren. Bei der Thai-Massage zahle ich die Hälfte und habe danach keine Rückenschmerzen mehr. Leider wird man mit den Worten "es hat sich noch nie jemand beschwert" auch nicht wirklich ernst genommen und damit hat sich das Thema scheinbar erledigt. Schade und unprofessionell. Für mich absolut nicht das Geld wert, zumal wir uns Monate auf diesen Termin gefreut hatten. Eine weitere Bewertung meiner Begleitperson folgt noch...

Ich fand es sehr entspannend und gemütlich im Schwebebecken. Das Salzwasser ist sehr gesund für die Haut das habe ich auch im Nachhinein gemerkt weil sich meine Haut sehr weich angefühlt hat. Das Tolle an floaten ist, dass man vorher und nachher entspannt ist und das es auch Verspannungen löst. Für mich war es eine sehr entspannende Erfahrung und im Ruheraum konnte ich auch sehr gut relaxen. Alles im allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr schöne und vor allem entspannte Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt beim eintreten & das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mit meiner Frau zusammen haben wir das Paar floating gemacht. Es war ein super schönes Gefühl & die Räumlichkeiten fürs floating sind super. Floating ist eine Erfahrung die ich jedem zum Entspannen weiterempfehlen kann. Danach habe ich mich total entspannt Gefühlt & beim floaten gemerkt was sind die Punkte in meinem Körper die angespannt sind.

I had the pleasure of enjoying an afternoon of floating followed by a massage. The Weightless is an absolute oasis of relaxation with tasteful furnishings and very friendly and professional staff. Here you feel very well looked after and can wonderfully escape the stressful everyday life. Floating was wonderfully relaxing and yet you didn't feel tired or weak afterwards. The massage rounded off the little wellness luxury and we then went to the relaxation room with fresh fruit and a refreshing drink. I really enjoyed my time out and will visit Weightless again.
