Frau Lehnen war leider für mich charkterlich sehr enttäuschend, sie verkaufte mir zwei Gutscheine und löste sie nicht ein !!! Inzwischen wurde einer der Gutscheine, nämlich der, der bei ihr nicht ausgehändigt und deshalb vergessen wurde, von einer 80-jährigen Dame insofern eingelöst, dass sie eine Behandlung für € 95 bekam. Trotzdem verlangt Frau Lehnen nochmal die Bezahlung von ihr per Rechnung und per Mahnung mit Androhung rechtlicher Schritte, obwohl ich die Behandlung bar bezahlt hatte, sogar den Behandlungstermin mit ihr persönlich vereinbart hatte. Den anderen Gutschein gab mir meine Freundin zurück, weil Frau Lehnen ihn gesperrt hatte. Eine Rückzahlung ist bis heute nicht an mich erfolgt. Ich verlangte mehrmals die Rückzahlung bei gleichzeitiger Rückgabe des Gutscheins, der für mich wertlos geworden ist, Frau Lehnen reagierte auf keines meiner Vorschläge, die Sache gütlich zum Ende zu bringen. Was würden Sie als Betroffene unternehmen ? Vielleicht reagiert Frau Lehnen endlich über diesen öffentlichen Weg.

Wenn man so durch das Wohngebiet schlendert, vermutet man gar nicht, dass es hier so einen tollen Ort der Ruhe gibt. Warmherzig wird man empfangen und die Räume sind sehr wohlig eingerichtet. Neben der Massage, die wirklich auch Nachhaltig ist, ist auch die warme und positive Ausstrahlung von Frau Lehnen sehr entspannend und wohltuend. Sehr angenehm und auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse abgestimmt, eine wirklich tolle Reise in eine (wohl immer gefühlt viel zu kurze) wunderschöne entspannte Zeit. Ich kann diesen "Ort" nur empfehlen für alle diejenigen, die hier in der Umgebung auf kurzem Weg einen kleinen Urlaub aus dem Alltag brauchen. An Frau Lehnen: Schön, dass ich diesen Ort kennen lernen durfte und hoffentlich noch oft besuchen kann. DANKE!

I went to Ms. Lehnen's for the third time today. Wonderfully relaxed atmosphere and first-class treatments. Time actually goes by far too quickly. Ms. Lehnen's positive charisma is contagious and you feel like you're in good hands. Always my pleasure.

I felt very comfortable during Ms Lehnen's treatment and was able to relax straight away and get involved in the relaxation method straight away. I had my first appointment with Ms. Lehnen yesterday, it was really wonderful. You are greeted in a really friendly manner, you smell of relaxation as soon as you enter and you receive your personal slippers just like in the hotel. We continue into the studio in the basement, which is lovingly furnished and simply invites you to feel good with its colors, light and scent. Ms. Lehnen really takes time for her customers, I had a detailed preliminary discussion where my complaints were addressed and also to get to know me a little better personally. I find this incredibly important, as this is the only way the treatment can be optimally adapted to me. The duration of the treatment was also as stated and the conversation was not integrated into the treatment hour. A very, very important and good aspect in my opinion. After the treatment, Ms. Lehnen also takes a few minutes for a short feedback discussion. This is also important for the coming dates in order to address “problems” and resolve tension blockages. My next appointment is already scheduled and I'm really looking forward to it. If you want to relax, whether you want to do something good for yourself or simply want to learn to switch off and unwind, you've come to the right place. RECOMMENDED!

It was my first time with Ms. Lehnen and I am very satisfied. I was able to completely relax in the quiet, friendly atmosphere and felt comfortable. I could already feel a change in my body during the massage. I will definitely come back and can highly recommend Ms. Lehnen.

Ich kann Frau Lehnen und ihr Massage Studio nur empfehlen . Es ist jedesmal wie ein kleiner Urlaub😀 sobald man rein kommt fängt die Entspannung schon mit der herzlichen Art von Frau Lehnen an . Sie geht immer darauf ein welche Beschwerden man hat , wo genau es am schlimmsten ist und massiert ganz individuell diese Zonen . Und das finde ich sehr toll . Nicht immer nach Schema F, Sondern im Sinne des Kunden . Das Studio ist mit ganz viel Liebe und Wärme im unteren Bereich des eigenen Hauses eingerichtet . Man fühlt sich total wohl . Und für ein Plausch nach der Behandlung ist auch immer Zeit 😍 Ich freu mich auf den nächsten Termin ☺️

Thanks to the calming atmosphere in the beautifully decorated treatment room and her sunny disposition, Ms. Lehnen allows you to immediately switch off from everyday life and simply enjoy yourself. Your studio is comfortably furnished and immediately creates a feel-good atmosphere when you enter. The massage itself was excellent. I've been there twice so far and unfortunately there were a few years in between. But Ms. Lehnen actually remembered me, which I thought was really great! Ms. Lehnen is a warm-hearted and kind woman who takes time for you, even for a little personal chat. There are even your own slippers that you get back with every visit. ;- I feel very comfortable in the beautiful and wonderfully smelling studio. :-) I've always enjoyed the treatments so far and they totally took me out of everyday life, just as it should.
