Edit: before one of the biggest interviews of my life, I got my hair completely destroyed by a manager who did not listen to my wishes. I am asian, I know my hair, I know what it needs: cut dry. She ignored my request, said she has 20 years of experience, and then tore my hair to shreds. She knew she screwed up after she was done, but she didn't say anything. And that for 53€. I am never, ever coming back.

My hair was almost down to my waist and I wanted a styled up haircut. I showed the hairdresser photos more than once and told her how I wanted it. Still, she cut them way too short and there are no steps. Combing my hair is painful and the conditioner ended up on my face. 75 euros was absolutely not worth it and I wasted my long hair.

Very pleasant and professional Japanese hairstylist took care of my hair. I want to color my half-brown hair entirely to my natural color and she did it perfectly well. Was upsell to buy the hair home treatment. Pricey but works well. So hair it has been several months and the hair color stays and did not fade off. Thanks a lot for the TLC!

I don't know anyone who can cut Asian hair better than Kengo. He is a real artist with scissors. I've been with him for almost 2 years now and every time I'm satisfied and fascinated by how he perfectly implements my ideas. I looked for a suitable hairdresser for a long time and found him. Thanks.

Unfortunately a complete failure. Orange, angular and stained. Wanted a balayage but it looks like it grew out in 6 months. I had to get it touched up at another hairdresser. That says it all. I'm really more than disappointed.

Great service. Place is clean enough. My stylist Kengo was kind and professional. I got the new hairstyle that I wanted. Of course, as with everything in Europe it is pricey. 75€ for a women’s haircut, included shampoo before the cut and blowdry after. No more shampooing afterwards which is something that I am not used to. Would come again for a fresh haircut but considering the price I’ll have to find an occasion first.

I love this place! The stylists are not only incredibly talented but also extremely considerate. They ask a lot of questions so they can understand what you need/ want, they aren't also afraid to tell you if they think that you're making a bad choice (treatment, hairstyle, etc.). They clearly want to provide excellent service and are always trying to provide their customers with the best service. They put the customer's interests first. I don't mind a 2 hour train ride to have my hair cut by their master stylist, Kengo.

I'm so happy with Kengo cutting, he knows what style I like. I tried some of Friseur in Germany but can not understand what style I want. His also nice & friendly and other staff member also friendly For sure will recommend this Friseur to all my friends and I will come back again.

One thing that really impressed me was how effortlessly he understood my desired haircut, even when I didn't have a clear idea or a picture to show him. The hairdresser (Minako) was very accommodating and gave me good advice. She chose the cut of the hair well and she also followed my wishes when it came to coloring the hair and the hair color is still holding up very well so far (after four months). I can only recommend :)

Elidion took a lot of time for me and my hair, which I thought was great. At other hairdressers I was out again after 30 minutes... I felt very comfortable and taken care of!
