A bit more expensive than usual, but super friendly staff and many sauna room options! it is pretty big and calm. The restaurant is also reasonable price and worth mentioning that the staff is nice and so accommodating. I recommend Flammkuchen since it's only 11€. in love to join their Saun programme. Ms. KATRINA does her works perfectly. The pool is also nice and clean. Sunbathing area also quiet !

Beautiful spa, my very favourite! Calm and relaxing, with a decent selection of saunas, including the cosy Earth Sauna, which has a wood fire. The staff are lovely, the garden is pretty and the restaurant always serves good food.

Well appointed spa with Asian decor. Consisting of 2 parts. The older pools, steam bath and jacuzzis and a newer sauna, restaurant and changing rooms. Very clean and tidy. Mostly older patrons. Seems to have a regular clientele...

A beautiful spa with a very beautiful theme. Its pretty large, even though it feels small and cozy. All the saunas are great, if you happen to survive the special hot seance at the salt sauna beyond the second pour, it's an unbelievable experience. Overall, a super relaxing time for a half a day, go for the 24.50euro 10:00 to 14:00, it is sufficient, and if you decide to stay longer, or the full day, the most the price goes up is the full day rate. Amazing overall, will definitely return.

I am a regular visitor and the reason for that is that it is simply a great and relaxing experience. The steam bath is large and nice. The saunas are all kind of interesting, from the Panorama Sauna with a view of the garden (nice with lights in the trees) and a temprature that allows for a longer stay to the Salt Sauna with its intensive "Aufguss". It can become crowded at times and difficult to get a seat for an "Aufguss". In general the place is large enough that even during busy times you'll find quiet and realxing times. There is a large combined indoor/outdoor pool, a separate outdoor pool and an outside salt pool. In addition there are two whirlpools. The two things I dislike are guest related (blocking loungers and jumping into the pool w/o showering first). There is also lots of parking space as the supermarket lot opposite can be used as well.

Terrible experience. Waited 45 minutes for our food in the restaurant, the waitress came after to tell us they were out of one of the dishes we ordered.

Nice and clean. Because of the set up of the building you also do not notice when it is busy. Massages also of high quality and food is good too. Only a little bit expensive, but you forget this after your experience

One of the best sauna and spa places we have ever been. Everything is very well maintained, friendly staff, clean facilities and a very relaxing spa area. We have been black card members for years, definitely worth the money spent for a day.

We were asked to pay in advance for the stay. This is standard over there. 2h, 4h or day pass. Since I've never been there before, I had no idea. Have I had enough after an hour? Will I fall asleep at some point? Extended stay cost more. I came to relax, not to monitor the time. Anyway, I guessed right. I didn't take the day pass. Good because the quiet room does not exist, so I didn't come to full relaxation. I recommend the Claudius therme Köln.

I have been here today with my wife and found out that the rules from their site omited to say that you should use the swimming pools and sauna only naked. We found it only after spending 2 hours there when the sauna meister was very rude making us fell very bad in front of the people and asked us to leave the building. At the reception we had the same rude treatment from the lady saying us that it is german culture to use the swimming pools and sauna only naked. We used towel as everyone use in saunas but it seems that for them having a swimming suit it is offensive and you are asked to leave the building. It was very inapropriate for my wife to be asked from a men (personel of the sauna) to get undressed to be able to stay in this place. Receiving our money back was a hard thing and we didn’t receive all the money. And whille asking our money back we had the same rude experience from the receptionist. They did not even tried to appologize considerring that giving us a part from the paid ticket will solve the situation.

RIP OFF!! We scheduled a massage and went in and wanted to buy a 4 hour sauna ticket as well and they didn't tell us that the 4 hours then starts while we are getting our massages?? Even though we had paid for the massages separately...which makes no sense. The front desk girl said she would give us free coffees later as an apology. I can't drink coffee and had a tea instead, didn't think that was going to be a problem, but it was. Manager was rude and self-righteous and said we had to pay for the tea. Pretty place but I will not go back.

I wish I could give 10 star out of 5. It was my first time there. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. Every member of the staff I encountered was exceedingly friendly. I was fortunate enough to book a Hamam session with the talented and attentive Gabriela. Her care and skill exceeded my expectations, and I was truly moved by her care and dedication. Despite my limited proficiency in the German language, Gabriela went above to ensure that we could communicate effectively and that I fully understood every aspect of the experience. Even on a typically bustling Sunday, the atmosphere at this establishment was calm and serene, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the experience without any distractions. I also had the opportunity to explore the exquisite swimming pool and sauna facilities, both of which were impeccably maintained and provided a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. I am already eagerly anticipating my next visit.
