    they forgot my fries and when I did get them they came with some sort of metal stuck to my fry I could not even eat them. Every time I come here they are understaffed and it takes around 10 minutes to get food. No not recommend

    Hey Wendy’s owner, get off your toosh and get this fixed. Ordered 4 large chilies and got half full bowls of incorrectly made chilli. I am so tired of paying for trash food. Get with the expectation for the business or go get a different job. Laziness and sloppiness needs to stop. For today’s prices it’s not asking to much for decent food.

    Food was okay but my NEW nacho cheeseburger didnt have everything on it as shown on the picture and the bathrooms were very nasty and if the workers were more worried about cleaning and making our food right instead of being on there phones and obnoxiously loud then you probably wouldve gotten a 5 star rating other than that has a very nice drive thru and good for bob tail semis

    The cashier at the second window that handed me my food was so sweet & kind! Curly hair, 8/22 around 10pm. You dont see that often especially in fast food. Hopefully you get some kuddos with your manager :) food was good/no problem with my order as well.

    Ordered 3 number 3 combos. Fries were hot, chicken nuggets were cold. Unacceptable to serve cold food. The management doesn't care as they put a woman who can't hear very well on the register. She does her job well but she has to be told 3 or 4 times before she understands.

    I had to wait for 25 minutes on my food which I ordered a 5 dollar biggie bag with a extra sandwich and drink, the cashier acted like she didn't want to be there rolling her eyes and attitude. My nuggets and fries was put on the tray before my sandwich's was made and when I asked for fresh fries and nuggets she acted like it was a inconvenience. My sandwich's was completely wrong and I just ate what was gave to me cause I drive a service truck and time is crucial when I stop cause at any point I can be called to leave and there was a bus of older people who came in so I didn't want to wait until all there food was done for 50+ people.

    Honestly at this point it’s worth it to just drive to Grove City for any fast food. Last visit I had, I asked and PAID for a breakfast baconator and got a cheaper sandwich instead. Didn’t get a receipt. Waited to get my food, drove home to eat it. They forgot a whole sandwich. Drove all the way back, and asked nicely if they could remake my biggie bag since I had to wait, drive all the way home to find out I’m missing an entire sandwich. And all the way back to get my food. The attitude they had giving me my food was ridiculous. If you had just verified the order was complete the first time, I wouldn’t have had to drive all the way back for a sandwich. The other fries and nuggets were ice cold when I got home.

    We walked into this location to place a take out order. We stood at the counter for over a minute and were not acknowledged by the employee (Jamie according to the guest receipt we received)standing at the counter, by the register) for almost 2 minutes despite her seeing us walk in. She finally said, “I’ll be with you in a minute in a rude, standoffish tone. Approximately one minute after that, she asked, “Is there for here or to go?” Continuing to be in a rude manner and definitely giving us the impression she did not want to be bothered by taking our order. We placed our order and I was dwelling on her rude, unprofessional manner as we waited for our food. I asked if there was a manager available. She rolled her eyes and pointed to another young female. The “manager” didn’t come to the counter area and heard my complaint from the fryer area also not seeming to care. The order came about 4 minutes later and the food was cold and the toppings on the sandwiches were very sparse. This location has declined steadily over the past few years. We usually drive past this location and go to the Groveport location.

    Dining room locked despite BIG sign saying it is open. 0 to 1 cars in the drivethru. Employee outside hosing the driveway did not seem to care. Lady at drive thru made me feel like it's my fault they are short handed. On the plus side the Wendy's in Gahanna had an open dining room and EXCELLENT customer service!

    The lobby was clean and decorated for Halloween, but no tea out for customers. The food was really good and fresh , the service was a big let down. Young people with attitudes!!! This is a trend at Wendy’s restaurants all over the place.

    This Wendy's location has become quite pathetic. We stopped here to pick up a quick meal on our way to a Christmas event. Before we placed our order, we specifically asked if they had baked potatoes. The young lady working the counter went back and checked, and she came back and confirmed they did indeed have baked potatoes. At that time, we went ahead and placed our order. We ordered 6 meals. They fairly quickly got the majority of the order together and bagged. Well, that is where it all went wrong. We waited [with 97% of our order left sitting on the counter] for over 30 minutes. Why? Because they DID NOT have any baked potatoes. So, they were making these potatoes in the back in the MICROWAVE. They nuked the potatoes. They nuked them so bad that the potatoes were not even editable. Meanwhile, after they finally managed to get the baked potatoes done and put into our bag, we proceeded to check the order only to find the 97% of the food that was done and bagged sitting on the counter went completely COLD. Every single time, we have been to this particular location in the last 6 months they have consistently done one thing right, and that is, they consistently screw up every single order. After this latest experience and others recently, we will not be returning to this location. Beyond unacceptable.

    I purchased a Double Bacon Classic with mustard, onion, tomato. I received a double, no bacon with mayo, ketchup, onion, tomato, pickles and lettuce. I tried calling in but no one will answer. Food wasn't even hot. I do not recommend this particular Wendy's.
