This McDonalds is a complete joke. Stood at the counter while the manager walked by and she acted like I was invisible so I waited 5-8 minutes before anyone came to take my order. The container for the fries that I ordered were far from full and whoever put tother the Big Macs that I ordered must have been drunk because the toppings, etc. were all over the place and they were extremely sloppy. I also thought that McDonald's is now offering these with an "improved" and better taste, but this was definitely not the case by any means as the burger patties are extremely small and thin.

Service was sufficient and friendly. The quality of this food however, good lord. I'd much rather have saved my money and stayed hungry. Horrible. That was the most over mayonnaised sandwich I've ever had in my 40 years of life. The cardboard the French fries came in most likely tasted better then the cold fries. And why is it that they no longer give you a full box of fries? I do not recommend McDonald's. I say go to steak and shake instead. The quality of food is better. And you'll pay less for it.

This is the absolute worst experience I've had from mcdonald's!!! They forgot half my order & then tossed it at me like, "THERE YOU GO!!! . THE MANAGER DID THAT! So by the time I got home, half of my family's food is ice cold!!! Not only that, but she made it obviously clear that getting my sauces that I ordered was a complete inconvenience for her. I will NEVER return to this location, although it's right up the street. It's Christmas Eve to boot. Don't get me wrong, I get it.... it's busy! But I'm a nurse, so I get being stressed & being in a demanding position!! But it doesn't give you the excuse to be a horrible manager & deliver extremely horrible customer service!!!! I too work hard for my money!!!!!!!!!!

Just another day I sat at the third window for my food. Ordered a steak bagel combo. Ordered at 10:43. Paid at 10:47. Called McDonald’s at 11:10 saying hey I’m still waiting. Called back at 11:15 and asked for a refund. The whole pay and go wait in the parking lot system is trash. Prioritize my order don’t rush to help people that just pulled up while you leave me waiting. On large orders I can understand if rare items that aren’t prepared quickly. ONE BAGEL AND A HASHBROWN AND IM IN YOUR PARKING LOT FOR 35 mins w no food?

Ordered our meal through drivethru 53.00. Had cold fries. Had to go in because they forgot our sides of Mac sauce and sauce for nuggets. Our ice cream melted while we were waiting for our burgers to cook. I should have saved money and ordered my favorite pizza.

After going through the drive-thru looked to see item missing from my bag. Went in and no one at front counter. Finally. "manager" asked what the problem was. I said nuggets not in bag. Grabbed my bag and proceeded to look through it, touching my food with hands not gloved. Then went and grabbed nuggets and put them in the bag with attitude. Will never visit this location again!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Family and I went in to get a couple shakes and waited almost 20 minutes for them. Half of the employees didn’t look like they were doing anything. The SAME employee came up to us asking if we were waiting to order twice. One person came in a little after us, waited, and left before we got our drinks because no one was at the counter to take orders.

Worst mc donalds ever customer service is very slow even when not busy ordered a couple days ago for curbside which they should not have available if nobody’s gonna come out then waiting 30 mins and still didn’t get food when i called they didn’t answer the phone , stopped by today placed a order with automated voice it got it wrong a person then came to take my order and told me to hold on for 10 mins and and nobody was in the line but me

I just came to the drive-through I got a ice cream cone for my grandkid , the young lady in the window, drop the whole ice cream cone on my arm into my car, all over me , accidents can happen, it’s ok ,but at least you could’ve say I’m sorry or anything like that. No apologies nothing she just like me like I was crazy. !!!! No kind off customer service, I know is fast food but come !!!

Got there at 5:40 with only 1 car ahead of me and didn't leave until 6:15. People were pulling away non-stop from waiting! Then, said cash only and still was there forever!fool me once is all I can say. Definitely need to do better!

Ordered my food on the app. Get to the window and they pull me to a spot. A girl brings out my food and it wasn’t my order so I take it back in. I spent 35 mins inside while they gave me the wrong order 2 more times. Manager walking around not doing anything as frantic teenagers are trying to figure out what’s going on. A big mess! If you want fast food go somewhere else.

Manager argued with me on a caramel frappe. Never seen a frappe stop at the line of the cup but stated that’s how they are supposed to do them lol. Not even sure if they are the manger but the need to be fired because no way. This was at 5:50 am on Wednesday please get someone more professional than this I’m here.

I got my food fast and it was correct. For a fast food restaurant to accomplish these two things during a single visit, well, that's worth 3.5 stars alone. The employees seemed to work together and be polite towards one another. Other than that..... it was McDonald's usual, un-biodegradable, heart attack in a sack.

This McDonald's sucks. I've been there multiple times recently and each time has gicen me cold food, burnt food, cold and burnt food. The staff is not friendly and cant even give you a cup of water for free to wash down the awful food. The first bad order i placed and gave them a call about it and they wouldn't give me a refund theyd only give me more food. The food is all cold. The cheese is never melted and the food is dry and tasteless or completely inedible. Dont go to this location if you want something warm to eat on a cold day.

Dine in order....a few minutes after ordering another tables order was brought to our table....waited 42 minutes for our actual order. Order was missing 2 hashbrowns and my large OJ. Other customers were so frustrated they left the restaurant speaking obscenities. Definitely will be choosing a different location in the future.

Every time I order a mcchicken add cheese they never put cheese on it. Especially when you prefer doordash the other night I ordered 4 sandwiches and only received 2 and both were wrong. How are you gonna charge me for the cheese and then not put it on there

Placed a mobile order that the only thing that was correct was 2 hashbrowns and my drink. Sandwich was missing egg and extra sausage plus the strawberry pie I ordered was not in my bag as well.

First, you don't talk to anyone. About 10 employees in the dining area are having a meeting. 3 people in the back filling orders, and now I'm expected to learn the computer system to place my order. (Honestly, not difficult), but trying to end your order and pay is another story. Then someone barely rounds the corner, calls a number, and an arm hands you your bag. How does service get less but prices keep going up. I was just passing through. Also, something that is not their fault. It is a dang nightmare getting out of there and back onto the Interstate

Worst McDonald's experience ever I got the big breakfast the eggs were overcooked Brown almost not yellow and fluffy. There was some new ordering system they were checking out when we got there and it was just a disaster none of the employees knew how to work it all the employees were in back they would come out and just drop off the food there were other people that were just baffled by the system older folks who couldn't figure it out and the girl who tried figuring it out for them didn't know what was going on either it was such chaos in the restaurant we went and ate outside up against some wall so disappointing I don't need a McDonald's very much but their food's pretty consistent the fries are hot the nuggets are hot the eggs are nice and yellow fluffy sitting on top of the sausage not this time corporate needs to get in there as soon as possible and train it was a disaster.
