This location is absolutely amazing! I will drive across town specifically to see the staff! Zack and everyone who works here is phenomenal. They helped me pick out amazing jewelry for my mother and are always extremely friendly, educational, and truly so easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

First...had to "order" a simple silver chain on 3/9 due to low stock " since Christmas!" Was told I had to pay for whole order- even before receiving- not happy...but did. Next, I was told order would be in by 3/22. I called in 4/3 ( almost a Month since placing my order)and was treated ignorantly by the man who answered. He actually seemed put off by my call. After five minutes he tells me he can't " find" my order. He needed to check with the special order department and that he would help me when he was "able. I paid for an item, IN FULL and now I am made to feel like a BOTHER. Cancel my order. I will go someplace that actually cares about their customers. This was my first PURCHASE in this jewelry store and my LAST!!!

Jacob is very rude and needs to be trained in customer service. Was it all a bad day or just bad timing? Your employee was running late, you acted aggravated and disgusted that she/he should have been there already... During our exchange of words. You stated you had "11 years experience"... (25 years of being a customer here) Jacob felt the need to express his opinion and try to give an explanation that this is "what happens when you use Affirm" (remember me) I called you on your statement and you were apologetic after the fact. You knew where you were coming from with those words. You should be ashamed and reprimanded. KAY should be embarrassed and consider you a liability. I've called and spoken with your "headquarters" and I have my label. Thanks. Have a great day.

Zack is my Go To man. All the staff are great. They are funny, friendly and always try their hardest to help Zack's suggestions are always right on the money. If Zack likes it, it's beautiful and worth the buy! That's why I Only shop at Kay.

come here first! great store! I looked online at all different jewelry stores and kay has the best prices, and there staff (Zack and Jacob), were great they didn't have exactly what i wanted but they have a great ordering system they were able to get my rings to me way faster then the website. i ordered it that day and they were able to ship it to the store and I didn't know my girlfriends ring size but they offer a warranty that covers unlimited resizing so it didn't even matter definitely the way to go excellent store great customer service.
